Which spec has the best AoE / cleave damage that's good for this kind of dungeon spamming? Sorry for the nooby question, I've never really played mage! fordfiesta 1 Report post Posted January 4, 2016 don't listen to the above post. arcane is BY FAR the easiest spec .... you literally just run around and arcane explosion, you don't even have to target anything. I can level an arcane mage AT LEAST twice as fast as anyone could possibly level a frost mage.
