Multistrike vs. Mastery for Necroblight playstyle?

If we scale it down to 1-2 targets, what is really the main stat as a necroblight UH DK? MS or Multi and why?

You shouldn't play Necroticblight on 1-2 targets ever. In any case, multistrike is better than mastery until 4-5+ targets.
