At a reasonably quick glance the uptime on archangel is under 40% and could be more than 50% which means there was less then optimum uptime on archangel and less casts of empowered archangel. The solace talent has been taken but it was not used on cooldown so there was far less mana returned. If they are having trouble using in on cd then perhaps take mindbender as its a use once per minute set and forget. The channeled mana pot was interrupted too so some better planning for that use will give more mana so that there can be more shield spamming.
