My hit chance reads at 15%, and Rating at 4760, which is the exact hit cap listed by the Icy-Veins guide. http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/wvs6v4ufv9q1ves5/details/20/ As this log shows, I missed 53 spells in the course of a Guardians of Mogu'shan LFR. And I'm curious as to why this is happening. My only guess is that it is a function of some super-small hit/miss percentage that appears to put me AT hit cap, but maybe a few thousandths of a percent below or something. Tehstool 10 Report post Posted February 11, 2013 You only had missed attacks on the feng encounter because the tanks didn't know what they were doing.Feng periodically casts Epicenter which reduces your chance to hit by 75%. Your hit rating is fine and nothing is wrong with any of your moves.
