Im gonna try to build a form of this deck once i get the rest of naxx expac, but i will still lack the 3 legendaries listed (Grommash, Dr. Balanced and Sir Murloc) are there any okay replecements for them? i barely have legendaries (only have malygos and Emperor as of now, but plan to get all the naxx legedaries soon) so are cards like loatheb and kelthuzad and even emperor any good to replace the legendaries i lack for this deck? also, any good substitute for armorsmith? only have about 500 dust and dont wanna spend them crafting such a specific card, was planning on getting a couple of knife jugglers or something like that,

This deck isn't really viable without all the late-game power. You could try Loatheb, KT, Shredders and a Cruel Taskmaster, but the deck will have much lower winrate than it would have with all the needed cards.

Armorsmith is used in Control Warrior, Dragon Warrior, Midrange Patron, Fatigue Warrior and Reno Warrior. I don't really think you will miss the dust.

Why Kor'kron Elite over Piloted Shredder?

They can be used as finishers, board control tool, if you're racing for damage they also help.

Anyway, I played patron from rank 14 to rank 3 with 60%+ winrate. Paladins and druids are still easy to beat, but this deck does extremely well against face shamans, Renolock (they run only 2 or 3 AOEs and you simply out tempo them), Priests often don't have that much board clears or they have to waste lightbomb on a Frothing (happened a few times).

Although this deck is still very powerful, the more I play it the more I miss Warsong, it's such a shame they nerfed it like that sad.png

what can i substitute for sir finly and gromash. I'm thinking loatheb and cruel taskmaster, but I'm also thinking gorehowl instead of taskmaster, since it would make a better substitute for gromash.

Gorehowl is not really a replacement for Grom. Taskmaster, 2nd Corsair, and Loatheb are the best cards to go into the deck if you're making changes.

So i'm short a grom hellscream at the moment. I do however have a leeroy, would that be a viable replacement for the burst damage? granted it's not near the power of grom. It's the best I have and the only thing missing from this deck build is my lack of a grom. thanks in advance. cheers.

Did you read the comment above you? It answers the question you ask. If you are too lazy, the recommended minions are Taskmaster, Corsair and Loatheb.

Trying to learn this deck by playing in casual at the moment and having fun from the off. Can anyone recommend good YT vids or archived Twitch streams for this one? The guide is great and all but there's nothing like seeing someone who knows what they're doing actually play the deck.

Coming across a LOT of Face Shamans and thinking that Harrison Jones might be an excellent thing to have right now. What should I drop for him? I'm thinking probably Finley because he's not much use in these matchups anyway.

Small thing: The guide text mentions Loatheb but he's not in the build.

Sottle, have you played this one on stream? And have you considered linking guides to your archived Twitch videos?

I can recommend StrifeCro's video of him playing Midrange Patron (he has more of them, so you can look for those).

That would be a reasonable swap, but your winrate will go down a bit against non-aggro decks.

So I ran into the original creator of this deck, Crane333, on ladder yesterday, and he told me that he has stopped using this particular build a long time ago. He said finley isn't that great and that he now plays belcher, cruel task, and shredders over kor'krons. Just an FYI if you are thinking of updating this decklist.

I also dropped Finley for a Belcher and swapped the Elites for Shredders. I just about prefer the Shredders but there's not a lot in it. Sometimes you really miss the Elites but the Shredders are better on curve I think.

I love this deck. The synergies in it are just insane. A Berserker just solo'd a game for me at 11 attack on turn 6 and 18 on turn 7, thanks to his Imp-losions and my Death's Bite and Unstable Ghoul. One dead Zoolock on turn 7. And I still had seven cards in my hand, including both Patrons and Grom. I'm looking at the replay in disbelief.

Belcher instead of finley, shredders over kor'krons, so what does cruel task replace?

funny how random decks at rank 17-20 beat the crap out of you using this deck

Any thoughts on the viability of this deck in standard? Shredders can be swapped back to Kor'krons, Dr. 7 can easily be replaced by any large threat, but Death's Bite will be hard to replace. I've been experimenting with a simple Arcanite, but it simply doesn't have that effect.

Hi! I just opened Grommash in arena award, and I have all except second frothing berserker, how can I replace it? Thanks.

You can use any card from the swap section, but I am sure that you can find 100 dust somewhere hidden in bad cards.

it took me one day to translate that sentence, please don't omit "dust" next time. I'll try to use kor'kron elite, saving dust for some more rare card.

Oh, sorry. I gotta admit that I wasn't perfectly sober when I made that sentence.

Although Kor'kron might save you dust, Frothing has simply higher value and can grow huge, especially in aggro/pally meta.

Hearthstone is taking a bold step into the StarCraft universe with "Heroes of StarCraft: The Great Dark Beyond," a 49-card mini-set launching in January 2025.
Featuring iconic factions like Zerg, Protoss, and Terran, complete with legendary leaders Sarah Kerrigan, Artanis, Jim Raynor, this set blends StarCraft nostalgia with Hearthstone's gameplay.
Additionally, Arena Mode is getting a massive overhaul, introducing shorter Normal Arena runs and a high-stakes Underground Arena with a game matching "re-draft on loss" mechanic, giving you the option to re-draft cards, edit your deck, and keep your run alive, after you lose.
The year ahead promises 3 expansions, including the Emerald Dream's battle between Old Gods and Druids, a return to Un'Goro Crater, and a Chromie-led journey through alternate realities.

Hearthstone: Heroes of StarCraft – The Great Dark Beyond Mini-Set
Early next year, Hearthstone is going beyond Warcraft and into... Heroes of StarCraft! This special Mini-Set will have a whopping 49 new cards across three themed factions, which show what the StarCraft universe would look like in the Hearthstone Tavern. Each faction is made up of cards that can be used across multiple classes, including an iconic Hero card.
       Zerg
Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Hunter, and Warlock have joined the Zerg! Led by the formidable  Sarah Kerrigan, they will have aggressive cards that win the game by swarming the board.
       Protoss
Druid, Mage, Priest, and Rogue fight for the Protoss Empire. Led by the High Templar Artanis, they will have powerful, high-cost cards that are made cheaper throughout the game.
       Terran
Paladin, Shaman, and Warrior make up the Terran forces, led by the one and only Jim Raynor. They will command Battlecruisers—a special take on the Starship mechanic from The Great Dark Beyond.
The Mini-Set will feature a slew of StarCraft units which are sure to invoke nostalgia, as well as the Terran-armored Murloc, Grunty, and new, thematic music. You can chart a course for the Heroes of StarCraft Mini-Set, launching in January 2025! More announcements, details, and card reveals are coming closer to launch.
       Major Arena Updates
Then, for the first time in 10 years, Arena Mode is getting a major overhaul. With that update, there will be two kinds of Arena to choose from. Normal Arena will be shorter form, allowing you to complete your runs more quickly. Competitive Arena players will be able to play in the higher-stakes Underground Arena, with longer runs and a new feature: Re-Draft on Loss. Re-Draft on Loss means that, after you lose, you’ll have the option to re-draft cards, edit your deck, and keep your run alive.
Ratings will also be added to both Normal and Underground Arena. Normal, skill-based matchmaking will be used for Normal Arena. Underground Arena throws caution to the wind and lets you face off against opponents of all skill levels.
This major Arena revamp is coming in the first half of next year. Look out for more details about this update closer to when it goes live.
A Preview of the Year Ahead: The Year of the Raptor!
On top of those updates, Hearthstone has an exciting year of expansions ahead, with much-requested themes, locations, and familiar faces across Azeroth.
In the first expansion of the year, enter the Emerald Dream and join the battle between the Old Gods and the Druids of the Emerald Dream for the fate of the World Tree. Things will heat up even more when the Druids of the Flame light up the Mini-Set (releasing earlier than normal this year, during the 32.2 Patch).
The second expansion of the year will be Hearthstone’s first-ever sequel: the return to Un’Goro Crater! Join Elise on a hunt for a mythical, lost Tortollan city. When you find it, join the Tortollans in a festival to celebrate the mighty dinosaurs of the crater in the 33.4 Mini-Set.
In the third expansion of the year, travel with Chromie through alternate realities to recruit Legendary Warcraft heroes like you’ve never seen them before. Leading to the 34.4 Mini-Set: an epic showdown against Murozond at the end of time!
