Need help low dps Fury Warrior

Hello, I hope someone can help me. We got a fury warrior in the raid team that does quite bad dps and i was wondering if someone can help me see what he is doing wrong and how he can increase his dps. I would do it myself but i have no clue how to play fury warrior.

Generally if a warrior is doing poor DPS for his gear, it's because they're not maximizing their enrage up time. At a cursory glance, that is what your guy is failing on as well. If you look at the buffs section for Ogali, you can see that his enrage up time is somewhere in the realm or 60-70%. It needs to be at least 90% or more. Each attack he does outside of his enrage is ~30% less damage (in his gear).

My enrage up time there was actually a little lackluster, but I was still at nearly 89%. I also fit 26 more bloodthirst casts in on a fight with basically the same duration. If Ogali increases his bloodthirst casts per fight and make sure to smartly use his berserker rage--to proc an enrage after a drought of bloodthirst crits--his enrage uptime and DPS will go way up.

My other critique is that he didn't run bladestorm on mythic HFA. Bladestorm is huge on that fight. If you guys have it on farm without him, that's all well and good, but even in his gear and not keeping up enrage he should see 80k dps or so with bladestorm.

IR is not a great fight for warriors of really any spec, but he should see improvement if he can keep his enrage up more consistently.

He cast it one time in the Hellfire Assault encounter.

He seems to be running low on crit, and gear prioritization is a bit off. Could be from bad luck, as I have horrible luck getting gear I need (Oh drinking horn, where art thou?), but with only 23% Crit, and 31% mastery, he's/she's losing a lot of damage potential.
