Mythic Mannoroth Demolock

Hi, I'm progressing on Mythic Mannoroth now and I've seen some videos with demo locks starting with a bezillion imps. Does anyone know how to do that? or if its just a one time thing and cant be used for every pull?

I mean, I don't know if this is how they did it, but you could glyph HoG to cast at a targeted area and just cast it over and over again with the class trinket to spawn a bunch of imps out of combat. Just an idea. Obviously remove the glyph before entering combat.

I've never seen it, I don't watch much videos of other warlocks though. Even if you can the damage wouldn't be major since most of the demo lock damage on that fight is wave and cata.

The demonology class trinket allows for insane amounts of imps to be spawned, but not before a pull.

My understanding was that very shortly after the HoG pre-pull imp spawn became a thing it was corrected by Blizzard.  That video was from July 15, 2015, so I imagine that is no longer possible.

Yes, Chaos Wave has a chance to spawn imps.
