Heroic Dagger (502) vs Normal Sha-touched Claws (496) for OH?

Hi All,

Just a question on what I should use for an OH as a combat rogue, panda racials.

My MH is: http://www.wowhead.com/item=87032, the Heroic fist off Gara'kal. I have the Heroic dagger off Stone Guards for an OH, but I was wondering if the Claws of Shek'zeer off Empress on Normal mode would be a better Offhand as 1. it provides an additional 660agi off gems and 2. is slow so on fights where i use Killing Spree on CD, it should amount to more damage.

Anyone done any extensive testing or theorycrafting can help me with this?
