I am really excited for all the new animations and being able to use pieces of Frostmourne as a frost Death Knight. Also the new PvP system is looking promising.

The Artifact and pvp systems look interesting and fun, but I'm most looking forward to being able to swap between all specs for each class without bounds and the same going for swapping talents. The new challenge modes also look like a fun way outside of raiding to get to acquire gear, since it changes week to week, it'll at least keep things somewhat more fresh for a longer time than grinding raids for months on end.

As for a favorite moment in WoW, WotLK will probably still be one of my favorite expacs as far as raiding and group content went, as no raid since ulduar has given me nearly as much fun as the progression back in those days. Hopefully there will be some fun or radically different mechanics for some of the new raids like there was back in uld.

All that being said, legion is looking to be a great expansion gameplay and lore-wise, as I love the history of the burning legion, this expansion is something I've been looking forward to since getting into the story of the Warcraft universe.

First off, Congratulations on 5 years! Secondly, I can not wait to see what the Artifact weapons and questlines are like. I am particularly interested in the new transmog system. Most of all, I am looking to see how much I can break in beta so it doesn't make it to live! Can't wait to play my main and possibly new main during beta. I enjoyed the playstyle of my SV Hunter, so I'm looking forward to see the new melee hunter (although we kinda had melee when I first started playing in BC). Thanks Icy-Veins and here's to another 5 years that will fly by!

Looking forward to the artifacts, dungeons, raids and the transmog system (finally can free up some bank space). My fondest memory is the opening of the gates of AQ in Vanilla. It really felt like being part of something cool. I died horribly many times, but enjoyed every second of it.

I'm looking forward the classes rework mostly, it is incredible that the Hunter will have a melee spec. Daemon Hunter looks awesome but I prefer the Be in contrast to Ne. The real problem is choosing a main for this expansion :/ glad to finally have pvp talent and not pvp gear, so I can enjoy both content without having 2 gearset:)

Have you ever heard the tale of Jangus? In every generation be it the near future landscapes of cyberpunk or the ruined kingdoms of old, the name Jangus can be heard in whispers upon the wind. Since ancient times, every civilization's ruler has had the same idea, when people unite under one will, they become stronger than the sum of their parts, and what do rulers use to bring people together? Jangus.

Like the hero clad in green, Jangus appears throughout history when times are most desperate, often deciding the destiny of the world. Now that the legion has returned, it seems as if he might be the only one who can stand against the onslaught. Like a candle in the wind, he remains amidst forces beyond reckoning. All that is needed, is a beta key.

I'm really looking forward to legion and all the class changes. After playing a hunter for many, many years, I'm hoping the DH will be my new main. The zones look super pretty and I can't wait to try out the artifact weapons.

I think my most fondest memory was meeting my husband for the first time in Orgrimmar :P

I remember when i first started this game, I was pretty young & had no idea what to do. Roaming around the Ghostlands as a level 21 Blood Elf Paladin thinking how awesome I was smiting all the undead & spiders.

Finally hitting 40 & making enough money to afford my mount then riding it through Tanaris with my childhood friend.

WoW has given me some of my best memories playing with my friends & now all the fresh new content, artifacts (Ashrbringer woo!), animations, talents. All of it! I just can't wait to play & make more epic memories with them.

hi,

I play wow since the beginning of the beta in Europe, there are more than 11 years. A huge fan of the lore, having also played for 3 episodes of warcraft. What I expect from this expansion, above all, the story, see or review the mythical characters. I think Illidan. Except the lore, I look forward to see the new weapons system. Could face even more bad guys in the raids.

What I regret most on older extensions, the Difficulty of the game downgraded general manner. The disappearance of 10 raids in mythical. On the last extension there were no new races and new classes. The arrival of the demon hunter thrills me.

I think clearly that the new extension has pontenciel for returning players. Maybe not like in the heyday of TLK. But at least enough to succeed raid in good conditions.

Few people talking meetings they could do about the game. But I'm sure we all have friends in the game we met for the first time thanks to him. So yeah I can not wait, or rather I hope a massive return of players to meet new people. That's also what the beauty of this game, a great meeting place.

sorry if I do not write very well in English, I am French . I made an effort Hoping to have been understood. Hope this is not detrimental to the contest .

Good luck to everyone !

5 years already? WOW! Man, time flies.

As for Legion...looking forward to the Rogue changes, can't wait to test drive Outlaw...haha. The artifacts and of course Demon Hunters are interesting as well. As a side the closet system seems kind of interesting for transmog...especially if they go through with finding every piece of gear you might have had but don't because of bag space.

Been playing since Vanilla...and I have to say, my fondest time was during Wrath. I loved everything about that expansion. My fondest memory was staying up all night because we were so close to killing the Lich King we just kept going, we finally killed him at 6am and I congratulated everyone then quickly logged out so I could make it to work by 7am. Other than that, most of the friends I made during that time I still talk to everyday and still play with some of them.

I am hoping to see Legion be as epic as Wrath was, very hopeful :)

Can't wait!!

I'm really looking forward to the freedom with scaling zones while leveling in Legion! (great for my alts)

My fondest memories of WoW in the past is exploring zones for the first time with my friends and gearing up for raiding (its all about bringing friends together!)

For Legion, I'm looking most forward to trying out all the new classes, and to experience the lore while questing and raiding. Usually in WoW my biggest problem is trying to find a main class to play the expansion with. I'm really excited to play with the classes changed for Legion and try Demon Hunter. I started playing in WoD so my fondest memory was my first raid experience which was LFR Kargath Bladefist. Even though I look back on it and realize how easy it was, tanking a raid boss for the first time, seeing all the people around me and listening to DBM counting down abilities is something I wont forget. I'm also going to try to PvP in Legion, the new system where armor doesn't matter as much seems really interesting and gets rid of the ilvl difference that sometimes steers people away from PvP.

With so many new additions to the game, picking out the single best of the bunch is hard! If I'm to be entirely honest with myself though, I'm looking the most forward to the Demon Hunter class, and I know that it's one of the key features that most of my friends are excited for as well.

I've got some fond memories of the previous hero class experience, and I've already set up a "let's level DH's together" deal with two friends whom I play with regularly. One of them leveled a Death Knight with me back in Wrath, and that DK remains my main to this day. I'm hoping the new class might take the lead in Legion and onwards.

I have to say what I am waiting for since BC is the abandnoment of the honor system that required honor point grinding to buy gear. Really looking forward to more and easier accessable pvp.

Legion looks really great so far, considering the fail that WoD was. Everything now seems to shape into the correct direction, in my opinion:

Scaling dungeons with endgame rewards, pvp talents, accound wide mogging ... all things I am looking for since ages!

So far my views on Legion are mixed, even though mostly positive. I really like what they're doing with most of the classes and specs in terms of strengthening the class fantasies (unfortunately it is my own class that I dont like the changes with, rogue). WoD fell short in some the aspects of the game that I really enjoy like reputations and professions but I've still had a ton of fun during it mostly raiding with friends. It is also one of my proudest moments in the 11 years I've played this game when I killed mythic Archimonde with my guild since this was the first expansion I really got into high end raiding :)

Every time a expansion rolls around i get goosebumps. Very much looking forward to legion. The new artifact weapons looks really nice, and those pvp talent tree /drool.

I've played this game for a very long time now (b.c. which is long to me, maybe not as long as others :)), and love seeing new stuff added, things changed, things "tweek'd". Legion also brings a new class, Demon Hunter!, which i'm hoping to master.

Wow has had a big impact on me, as a non so social person in the real world, working with raid buddies and making pvp teams is the most social i've ever been. I've been through many guilds in my time playing but almost all of them have left a positive impact on me. Wrath of the Lich King expansion still will be remembered as my fondest exp in Wow. The 25 man raiding scene back then was the most fun ive ever had, competing for top dps and less dmg taken became a fun competitive game among my guild mates. I've never had more fun with other ppl in a video game, and i have Wow to thank for that.

Thank you to Wow, and Icy Veins of course for your awesome guides!

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
