Icy Veins' 5 Years Anniversary: 200 Legion Beta Key Giveaway

Recommended Posts

I'm looking forward to the artifact weapon system.  The lore behind certain weapons should be fairly interesting, and always having your BiS weapon should be a freeing experience in terms of dps.  In the past I've enjoyed my guild's first Nefarian kill and being able to finish my Netherwind set, it was a very positive experience.

I played Wow since Vanilla version.. I think each version of Wow is amazing, and I wish Blizzard can make the game better and better.

If new contents can update each month or two, they might have more people to subscribe.

Make the game a schedule!

Happy birthday, ICY VEINS!

Can't wait for Legion!! Really looking forward to the new raids and class changes! Mained HPally since Cataclysm and the new changes are awesome. I love that they got rid of holy power and changed a bunch of talents. You can choose to play in melee or range it seems with the new talents. Super super excited!

Well where do i begin? I am very excited to play a demon hunter! I never even dreamed  that they would make it into the game , last summer when they released the features trailer i was blown away.I also love that they are giving Illidan another chance! He is a true anti-hero that deserved a better story that the one we got in TBC. I wont spoil what i've learned in the recent Wow Chronicles or from the Wow datamining posts but it seems that things will get very dark and very interesting in the future of wow(old gods ,bloody loa and the sorts), I can't wait for the expansion to be out !

I would first of say that I loved and played world of warcraft ever since 2004 and fell in love with it. I remember some of vanilla WOW... hard leveling, difficult dungeons, no one had a clue on how to play their class. But I am really looking forward to playing legion... like new animations, revamped classes which looks amazing, new dungeons, new pvp prestige leveling system, new mythic raids, easier to play the classes, new artifact weapons, and especially demon hunters are going to added.

I would love to play the new expansion. I have it preordered already.

2.New artifact abilitesangry.png angry.png angry.png

3.Adventure mode and the challenge modes.cool.png

4.PVP honor system,only a littlesad.png

When a game, transformed into a kind of culture, and finally become a group of people's feelings, which shows that we have grown up.Ten years in the world have been with us young frivolous, wanton vent strength from the young, victory to hoarse roar, failed to be angry roar.

The world did not hesitate to give us each former wower, colorful game experience, both the alliance or Horde is a warrior or mage, we always in the world to find their goals, and work hard.

And, not only is the game itself, with the accumulation of time, many of us from playmates variable to friends, friends, even for the sake of many Shenxianjuanlv.

The world is not just a game so simple, after we substituted the myriad emotions and experiences, the world has become the each of us wower life is an integral part of.

Many of the old game player also tried to pull in the new game player, and now do not play well, but to our memories, let us try again! However, I remember that two days before I find my brother to play together, he played fast asleep, my own play tired ~ this kind of thing is not a two times of.

Sincerely hope that the world of Warcraft can be better and better, I do not have the achievements of the column "World of Warcraft ten anniversary" and there will be thirty, twenty...

Warcraft is not dead!

I am looking forward to the Demon Hunters the most. Sounds like a fun class, and I hope it will get me out of my rut. In the past (way past) I loved the community aspect with everyone hanging out in the major faction towns (Org for me) and unlocking chests, helping newbies and actually defending locations from faction attacks.

Honestly, as a person that has never really been into PvE, I'm extremely hyped for PvP this coming expansion. With the new prestige system, along with new arenas, and honour talents, it should shape up nicely! A little worried how my shadow priest is going to fare, casters in general seem to be lacking in mobility, so not sure how that's going to turn out.

My favourite moment was probably after pickpocketing a giant troll from Zul'Aman - using the world shrinker + an already huge model lead for some more than interesting times in Warspear.

As a WoW veteran, I'm really looking forward to seeing the changes of my 11-year-long main, the Guardian Druid and the different skins associated with the artifact weapon. In addition, I'm looking forward to the next chapter in the story of WoW, and seek justice for Gul'Dan's treachery! The new zones seem amazing, including the revamped questing system, and I'd love to dive into the lore. Dungeons and challenge modes have always been my guilty pleasure, so it'll be interesting to see what the new dungeons are like, and how challenge modes will operate in the next expansion.

Finally, I've never been invited to a Beta in my years with WoW, so this would be a nice change of pace.

Legion will probably make ma respec to DH since self surviving tank is my way of playing, from what i read i dont like the tank change from undying to need to be healed more and slower wounded dps. Icy helped me a lot when changing from Resto Shammy to Brew Monk and i hipe they will next time!

As someone who has every class at max level, I'm mostly looking forward to trying out some of the spec overhauls coming in legion. I'm having a lot of trouble choosing a main at the moment because there's no specific class that really grabs my interest more than the others.

As for a memory from WoW,I'll have to go with the night I got my first mount in vanilla. It was on my shaman, I had just hit 40 in SM Cathedral after grinding all day. I remember going straight to Orgrimmar, picking up the gray wolf and riding around for way too long.

I played WoW in patch 3.35, the summit population of WoW. I witness the population drop dramatically after several version but never give up. My friends who take me to Azeroth left me separately. However, I deeply fall in love with this game and I think whatever the game develops, I will still support WoW on my way.

I will focus on raid in LEG, so i will be pleasure to test bosses in Beta. That is my favorite.

So please just let me test LEG Beta!

I enjoy the look of the new PvP honor system, Demonology is really getting some love this expansion isn't it? I could definitely see myself enjoying it in Legion, does anyone else feel the same? If I get a beta key, I'll definitely be spending alot of time trying them out!

I'm looking forward to the new zones like Stormheim, the new raids, the keystone dungeons, new lore (About time Maiev appeared again, she's one of my favourites) and most of all the Disc Priest rework!

I do hope that they'll make things last longer when it comes to content, I don't mind if it's a bit of a grind that takes a while with the effect of feeling satisfying and rewarding. I also hope they'll push people into the world instead of what we had in WoD... MMO like WoW really need to maintain a better sense of community like it once had, even though it can't be compared to how it was several years ago.

Other than that I'm pretty excited for Legion, for all the mentioned above and more... And also just getting out of HFC forever, bit tired of that place. tongue.png

See you all in Dalaran.

Im really looking forward to the new shadowpriest, as a shadow from day one in classic, going through all expansions and all up and downs. Its good to see shadowpriest is getting a new feel and connection to the Old Gods.

Im going to surrender to the madness.

Demonology in Legion looks so exciting! I love the way they seem to be leaving the Metamorphosis mechanic to Demon Hunters and focusing more so on the summoning and buffing of demons!

I'm looking forward to the class halls, and also the legendary in my bags no longer being for show. It's probably going to be the first expansion where I actually get a legendary whilst it is still relevant xD

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
