I look the most forward to the wardrobe if I may be honest.
Can't wait to have all the gear I gathered on various chars to be available for all my characters. The bad part is that I'm actually hoarding even more at this moment.

Secondly, the artifacts. I've leveled every class so far on my mainserver to maximum level just so they can have the artifact. This does ties in with the changes in playstyle.

 

I've never been much into PvP, but what I know about the new system now, makes me want to step into that part of the game more.

 

It's a promising expansion, let's hope they can live up to all the expectations.

Honestly I'm more excited for the new areas to explore, I like finding the small secret out of the way spots Bliz adds in every expac- as well as getting more into the story and figuring how things turn. Also, I'm SUPER excited for the Warlock changes, especially with the new demon models and Demonology revamp. Can't wait.

Iam actually looking most forward to the development of the story, i love the story, history and lore of the WoW universe, and cant wait to see whats going to happend !

I'm looking forward to the new Instances and Raids, what I've seen so far from the alpha via streams looks pretty promising. Even some mechanics from plain 5 man instances look amazing.

 

Next up the artifact weapons, do I need to say more? no? good :)

 

And last but certainly not least, the mage changes!!

My favorite moment in the (distant) past? The fulfilling moment of defeating Onyxia (60) in a PUG. As the Dwarf Priest, Fear Warding was key to victory!

 

What I'm looking forward to? The Transmog UI update! Demon Hunters! Challenge Mode updates! Flexible leveling experience! (AND THE MOVIE!)

 

...I'm shocked how many entries skipped the first rule. x_x

Really curious about this whole artefact system and the lore behind it, heck, I'll even level more alts just for that one thing.

Wardrobe coming in at a close second, no more would I have to farm like a madman =D

First of all , Happy birthday to Icy Veins and thanks for 5 years of awesomeness.

 

I'm most excited about how they are handling class changes in legion. WoD class changes made my main kinda unplayable for me and made me reroll. I'm really happy with the changes they have done so far in alpha.

Another thing i love about legion is the lore and how it connects to all titan,demon and old god lore.

For me there is so many things to look forward to in Legion. I used to only raid, but in Legion there is the new PVP leveling, which I gotta try.

Challenge mode dungeons sounds fun this time around, I wasn't keen on the way they were in Mist of Pandaria and Warlords, but bringing over Greater Rifts from Diablo sounds more like my cup of tea.

 

The artifact weapons sounds cool as hell, and I'm having real trouble with what class to main this expansion, i know i have to get them all sometime :D

 

Still a bit reserved about the Demon Hunter class. They sound kinda OP at the moment, but also very simple in their rotation, but granted we are still in alpha, so a lot can change.

 

The new transmog system sounds nice as well, I actually run old raids now just to get ready for this, and i rarely transmogged anything before.

 

Overall I'm just really excited to get back into a game i played since Vanilla, but kinda miffed out on in Warlords, and if everything looks as good as it seems right now. Man what a great expansion this is gonna be.

Can't wait to try it out soonish!

There are two major things that make me excited for Legion other than the usual features (like new raids):

 

Story and Lore: Finally a bit more of the Burning Legion story will be driven forward, which is one of the most interesting storyarchs left in WoWs portfolio. Hopefully we will really get deeper in touch with the Legions roots.

 

Challenge modes and 5 player content: As a mythic raider, raids are of course a thing that each expansion must bring to stay relevant. But interesting 5 man content has always been a thing for me (like BC Heroics, early Cata heroics...). I never was a big fan of the MoP/WoD CMs, since simply being fast was not that appealing to me. So that new CM system is hopefully allow a bit more playtime outside of raids, that feels relevant for PvE.

I've been playing wow for about 9 years now, but this expansion i am looking most forward to! I have a feeling blizzard really listened to it's players and i am curious how the new artifact weapons option is going to be! Would like to get a beta key for once lol

Feature i'am most excited in and cant wait to start working on it is definitely Artifact weapons and how they work for druids! :) I think its great alternative for past expansions ''legendary building''.

 

Stuff i enjoyed in past - small sized raiding (yeah kinda not relevant now), rep grinds (liked how they were done in WOD) and overall accessibility of game is at great level, you learn to prise this even more when you look at other mmos!

i would like to get a chance to participate in beta because i would like to express my emotions about the new game style , changes ( and report bugs ofc ;) ) and new lore , so if i could get a chance i can tell to my friends and let them come back to the game .

I'm most looking forward to playing a demon hunter and exploring the new zones. Also, the wardrobe system and artifact weapons look cool.

I am actually really hyped about this expansion.

I think that blizzard made several right choices. Artifacts which makes game play more interesting and making it last longer.

I'm so looking forward to playing the new Windwalker Monk. The Combo Strikes mastery is just <3. The stone fist look we can get for our artifact is looking sick also. 

Also looking forward to going back to raiding with friends, recently moved to Alliance and setup a guild ready for Legion! Going to be so much fun.

Also can't wait to see our order hall and return to Shen-zin Su. And Dalaran of course! Legion is shaping up to be a pretty good expansion so far.

I have been playing WoW for 10 years now and Legion is the most exciting one after WotLK for me. Because it is changing lots of things like weapons and new abilities, new animation and a brand new class with cool abilities. You may ask why ? I am playing melee classes most of the time so i am realy hyped about new animations including swings and hiting animations.

Warlords of Draenor has been hit &miss for me. I enjoyed the new systems like the Heirloom tab and the model updates. Sadly, world content is practically non-existent and PvP has been a complete mess.

I have taken the entirety of the expansion off from PvP, due in no small part to burning out on the many MANY Rated Battlegrounds run in the last season of Pandaland. Yet I am really looking forward to the new honor system! No more idiotic gear grind!

I have been a core raider in my guild and I am very much burnt out on Hellfail Citadel. I am looking forward to something different that isn't all Orc,all the time.

Finally, Class Halls. I have been talking about class quests for years, especially back in Classic where some classes were shafted on the quantity and quality of their class quests (*cough* Rogues). Now EVERY CLASS gets a focus on their class and spec of choice.

What I am not keen on are all of the skills, spells and abilities being pruned for "class fantasy". Other than that, I have yet to see anything that bothers me about the expansion.

I am looking forward for Legion, to check and play the new mechanics of my class (warlock). I am also very excited on the new spell animations for all other classes as well! My hope for Legion is that it will resurrect Wow from its current sad state.

i am really looking forward to demon hunters and Demonology  spec warlocks. as well seeing where the story goes from WoD. my favorite moments from this game were in classic wow. i hope legion makes some good memories. hopefully it wont lead to the nightmares i remember of doing Jail Break in BRD.

What am I looking forward to the most in Legion? Pretty big question... They are overhauling most classes and specs, so I'm curious on how they'll balance everything. Mostly I'm excited to play the actual game. Have been for 11 years, so I won't stop now.

In terms of features I must say the transmog system is a lifesaver. On my main warrior I barely have any space left, even with Hexweave Bags in every bag and bank slot. Though, I'm not sure what to do with the extra space now..

 

Basicly just excited about the expansion. It's looking great so far.
