I'm actually really hyped about the Legion-Expansion. I've been up-to-date on almost everything on the Alpha front so far and what I#ve seen thus far has been amazing. All the Lore but also this new world coming to life is incredible to see.

But what I'm more hyped about is playing with some of my friends again that all gone their way once Warlords of Draenor was 'out of date'. I mean we know each other since Wrath of the Lich King, had some fantastic but also emotional experiences, and somehow we all more or less lose each one but knowing they all are gonna return in Legion is something special and really appreciated. :)

With Legion I am obviously really looking forward to exploring the Demon Hunter class, but I'm also looking forward to more night elf lore. I'm also excited about Sylvanas role in the new expansion!

I try to not read too much about it, so that I'll go in blind without knowing much of whats gonna happen. But some things you can't avoid reading about, like Illidan and the Demon Hunters. But I hope they'll make it easier to communicate with strangers, whereas the Garrison in WoD made things quite antisocial.

My favourite WoW experience must be how my guild was a few years ago. We were a really tightly knit guild and we did all sorts of "crazy" things together. We were a bunch of noobs really, but somehow, one day we found ourselves at the gates of BWD and although it took a few hours, we got through it. This was when Dragon Soul had launched, so the content was technically way below us. But it was one of the funniest evenings I've had on world of warcraft.

I cant be hyped about legión after wod. I am hopeful, tho, that legion will bring players back, and maybe, new ones. The pvp system looks great, and so do the new zones. The artifact weapons look very cool, and I would like to try the new dungeons.

Hi there!

One of my favorite parts of every expansion (played since Vanilla) is leveling/questing exploration of new areas and stories. Usually I level up 4-5 chars before going deeper into lategame. Also cannot wait to see all the new things Legion will bring to WoW! This game seems so immortal, nevertheless few years ago it was considered as dying.

I'm so ready for Wod to end already, legion is breaking new ground in warcraft, New playstyle, extending transmog, I'm going to enjoy the new artifact weapons, and long last demon hunters

First of all congratulations! You guys have been helping the gaming community for a while now and I wanted to say thanks! I hope your passion for World of Warcraft never dies out tongue.png

As for the game itself, I'm really hopeful that the "extended" team will do a good job with Legion. Seeing as how Blizzard's other games have been paying very good attention to player feedback and making updates / patches in line with community expectations lately, one can't help but wonder if WoW will follow.

I'm really looking forward to how the lore will be explored and revealed in Legion. I will probably spend time most of my time playing with Enhancement Shaman and Demon Hunter classes so I'm hoping gameplay will be awesome with them.

The best moment in WoW for me was killing Sartharion 25 Man 3 drake for the first time. If i remember correctly we were alliance first in my realm as well so we were very proud.biggrin.png

I really look forward what Blizzard does to the classes. The changes I have read so far make me excited that Blizzard tries something new and or unique for each class, so to make every class different in playstyle. Also the scaling leveling experince is something I look forward to, to make content relevant agian when you go back at max lvl and finish them.

Overall, I'm excited to see the interface changes but nothing is more thrilling than the huge lore burial ground than the Broken Isles themselves. It's one of the things that makes the game exciting for me; story matters just as much if not more than gameplay itself, keeping me invested no matter how many thousands of times I'm clicking macros. As for my favorite WoW memory, I'm torn between a spot on Rotface impression while on a Skype call with a friend or struggling through Ulduar 25M with my guild back during WotLK.

Recently I joined a Forsaken RP guild in WoW, which've lead me to many fun moments - rarely in the favor of my character, though - as I like to live dangerously and piss off our Executor..!

What I'm looking forward to in Legion is to explore the new Forsaken lore - Sylvanas Warchief? Revamped Forsaken Dalaran? And the new Brill!!!

I personnaly I  think  Legion is going to be a great expansion. Why? Because if this expansion ends up like WoD, WoW will die. Blizzard knows this so if  think they will try to make this expansion atleast better than MoP. I just hope there will be more than just one or two content patches.

Class fantasy is the thing I'm looking forward to most in Legion. In the past, I've liked it that they've spent a good deal of time making the world feel cool and real, and I'm sure they're doing that in Legion. But the class fantasy is improvements are what will make the game world fun to play in.

One of the things I'm most excited for is the massive overhaul of the animations! I've watched some of the videos of the ones that are in the Alpha so far, and man do they look amazing! And a favorite memory? That's an easy one. My first time seeing the Lich King in ICC. Doing that fight for the first time was just breath-taking, and no end raid boss has ever scared me to death like Arthas!

I am looking forward to Legion for a few reasons. Firstly, I joined in BC so it is giving me them feels of when started the game. Secondly, I have a little OCD about getting good weapons like in FFVIII - FFX spending hour getting the ultimate weapons! So I am going to enjoy artifacts weapons in Legion! Last, but not least, is to finally see and get some lore on the Emerald Dream/Nightmare even if it only a portion of it as well as some Queen Azshara stuff. wub.png

5-man dungeons. Love them. Looking forward to more of them in legion and the revamped challenge mode system to keep them relevant longer.

Few things make me happier than passing time crawling through a 5-man dungeon with some close friends shooting the breeze over mumble.

I'm super excited for legion. I've been playing since day 1 vanilla. I raided pretty hardcore until the end of Cata until I just didn't have the time anymore. Or more like my schedule didn't line up. I still put in 10-15 hours a week even without all the raiding.

I'm really looking forward to all the updated animations and class reworks. I'm also looking forward to all the world legendary drops, I'm sure I'm in the minority on that one! I haven't pvp'd since BC, but the new pvp revamp actually has me looking forward to trying it out again.

Warlords disappointed me as I'm sure it did many. But from what I can tell they're rectifying a lot of the porblems that plagued WOD. Can't wait to get in and test it out!

First of congratulations on the 5 year anniversary

I have so many great wow memories, from the great people I have had the pleasure to enjoy the game with, to more personal moments. The one personal memory that stand out would be the first time I had a world epic drop, so many years ago in western Plaguelands. My hunter was level 40 something I believe, when Precisely Calibrated Boomstick dropped. I could have made quite a bit of gold from it back then, but I couldn't make myself sell it, so I equipped and used it. I still have it in the bank today.

There are so many things to look forward to in Legion. One of the things I am very excited by, is the proposed changes to the profession system.

The questing system to get recipes and then ranks for those recipes to reduce crafting cost (or increase the amount of materiel gathered), sounds awesome. Also potentially having the crafting professions using materials from more than one gathering profession (especially thinking of skinning here), could be a nice change. Also hopefully getting prospecting back for JC. Ah and shouldn't forget the Obliterum forge system, which in my opinion has great potential in regards to improving gear even further after having crafted it.

In short I am looking very much forward to Legion

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
