I am looking forward to Artifact weapons and all of the interesting perks they bring to each spec. One other thing I am excited for is the changes to pvp and the requirement to get a whole set of pvp gear being gone. My favorite and most vivd memory comes from firelands when as a friends and family guild we got heroic rag down on the last pull of our last night of raiding before they put in the nerfs to the raid. Getting that fight down after pulling it for weeks and the excitement, joy and elation that followed from everyone in vent and the raid was just amazing!

With the upcoming overhaul of Shadow Priests, I can't say that I am less than hyped for this new expansion. The whole Old God theme has always fascinated me and now I'll be able to experience it without changing my main. Hopefully Legion will finally see Shadow Priests shine a bit, as we've been under the carpet for most of this game's history.

I'm looking forward to the heart system. In playing Diablo, I hoped to see this and was frustrated that something similar wasn't available. Now we'll benefit from that design and I'm hoping gear designers as well. Great is why I play and it's boring, the design over the last two expansions lacks imagination and zest, the Diablo gear is varied and interesting, so I hope we get that too. Thanks for you sight, you make me a better player, I couldn't matter my alts without you.

I honestly love the looks of the Broken Isles, Mardum and omg, the legendary weapons. Also, let's not forget about the new class the Demon hunter which everyone has been waiting for since TBC. I remember doing the Black Temple and looking at how cool Illidan is and wished they would something like him a playable class. Legion has a lot of potential and it looks like a lovely expansion.

Hai Icyveins community \o

I am looking forward in legion to the artifact system and how it will be balanced among classes. Also hyped about the choice for the leveling zones given to the player and how it will work. Looking forward to it.

Have a nice day :3

I'm looking forward to a hopeful resurgence in world PvP. With the new daily quests forcing players into the world zones I'm hopeful this will encourage players to team up and fight in the zones on a more frequent basis, especially in Suramar! That place looks like it was designed for world PvP.

Also looking forward to Demon Hunters. I've honestly been waiting for a playable demon hunter race since warcraft 3 originally showed off Illidan and his warglaives. I can't imagine being able to finally play as one and fly around with my demon wings!

My favorite WoW memory is from vanilla as Horde on a very active PvP server. My guild was composed entirely of rogues and we would camp the Alliance boat from Menethil Harbor. All stealthed, we would wait until the boat had left the harbor and made for deep waters, then as one we would strike, destroying all of the boats travelers before zoning across to the other continent. It was important that we kill them before zoning, as once you crossed over the players would resurrect automatically as part of the game design, at which point, we get to kill them all over again! Good times were had there, great times in fact.

Also, my birthday is on March 29th, so, it would be the GREATEST birthday present ever if a key was sent my way. Also I love your guys site, first post I've ever made, but I'm on here lurking constantly reading your WoW forums and using your very comprehensive item lists. Great stuff, keep up the good work!

For the Horde!

Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm very excited about Legion class overhaul and the new pvp system, can't wait to get my hands on Outlaw rogue, and try out some other classes also ofc! I've been spending most of my evenings watching videos from people who have gotten to try out alpha (Sensus, Nixxiom, Bajh etc.) as always after every expansion announcement. Yet, after 9 years of WoW, I have never gotten a beta key, just youtube videos to keep me thirsty, hopefully Legion proves to be the charm for me. As for the site itself, ever since I started out my sometimes casual/sometimes hc raiding, IV has been pretty much the greatest help for me with it's guides, so I want to thank you all for your hard work and keep the guides coming. biggrin.png

I'm not sure what I am more excited about with Legion, I would say first and foremost is getting to play Demon Hunter. I have always enjoyed the history of the Illidari, and Illidan is probably my most favorite WoW character. Secondly I am excited about all the new cinematics, I'm very nerdy when it comes to that and I usually get super geeked up when Blizzard releases a new one. 3rd would be artifact weapons, I have been following how the artifact UI will work and all the different ways you can customize your talents. I have a lot more but it would get to fangirlish lol, but the new zones look amazing just visually stunning and I seriously need to get cracking on my new rig lol.

There's a new MW monk pvp talent in the legion build called Way of the Crane that boosts dmg by 50% and immunes snares and roots healing 3 nearist alli for 200% of dmg done.

Personally I have a problem with this but I'm realllllly excited to see if they would listen to my suggestion to make Crackling Jade Lightning an ability that can be effected by Thunder Focus Tea. Making CJL finally useful for more than keeping stealths in combat. And potentially becoming a FoF for a healer xD

Can you imagine a Thunder focus talent you pop way of the crane and use two consecutive Jade Lightnings for big surprise deeps from a healer?!? I'm hoping for that to happen so hard.

As for the other stuff... I'm a bit nervous about some of the changes and hopeful for others. I.E. PvP lvling prestige and class halls, I want them both to work out well. More importantly a new and improved BRAWLER'S GUILD!!!! Yeah that's right, the most important thing is easily the amazing changes that will come to brawlers pub, maybe... please

Monks for life~

I'm honestly quite hyped for Legion. I really like how each class feels more unique through Artifact weapons (They look incredible and fit their respected specs just fine.), and class halls (even though i don't like some of the garrison touch to how they operate, the design and look of them is just incredible).

I'm also looking forward toward the new PvP honor system. Even though i've never been a huge fan of WoW PvP (especially at the moment), These changes are a step in the right direction.

Also really looking forward to Demon Hunters! A class i've wanted for a long time for is finally almost here.

As for what i enjoyed most from the past? Probably raiding Karazhan back in TBC (glad its getting attention in Legion) and raiding Ulduar back in Wraith. My top 2 favorite raids by far.

I'm most intrigued with the Artifact weapons, I like the fact that we get one weapon but level it up and change it from farming dungeons and questing.  Also looking forward to tanks being viable in pvp, that will make pvp a bit more interesting.

Warlords was considered a failure by many (not me though, I found lots of joy in it when I started raiding!), but Legion has a lot of hope. I am interested in the artifact system and how it will play out throughout the expansion (and even going into other expansions). Probably the thing I'm hyped the most for is the wardrobe system. I really hate replacing a piece of gear on one of my characters, and then lugging myself to Stormshield or wherever to re-apply my transmog, which is an easy waste of 30-70 gold, more or less, depending on what I mogged. Oh, and DOUBLE JUMP.

I suppose the most anticipated thing for me in this expansion will be the demon hunter class and starting area, and a short second is the class halls and artifact leveling, though the designs i have seen for the dungeons in the alpha have looked awesome too. As far as my favourite memory from wow history it'd have to be old style 40man MC hands down, i never had as much fun raiding as i did then, even with all the issues that came from just trying to get 40 people together, once we got going it was a tremendous amount of fun, second fav. raid i suppose would be a tie between ICC or wrath Naxx. looking forward to having some new fav's with the new expansion thoughsmile.png

I'm really hyped for demon hunter, artifacts weapon and legendary items. i wish that they can change a bit classes's itemization. New warrior look like fantastic, as well as the new raid.

I started playing wow in tbc, in 2.4.3 patch, discovering Black Temple raid, Illidan's lore, and the magnificent world of wow. I really liked many of the changes have had so far, and i hope that this expansion is fantastic as the others.

In Legion I am most looking forward to challenging dungeon content to compliment the amazing raids this game has offered for 11 years.

My most fond memory of wow is killing Ragnaros 25 H in cata we spent several weeks progressing and the screams of joy over vent after him dying is something i think of often.

I am looking forward to Demon hunter and the new survival hunter rework! I am also glad to hear that Blizzard is going to try reproduce the bring the player and not the class philosophy.

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
