The thing I'm looking forward to the most in legion is finally having a group of great people to raid with. We started late this expansion, always playing catch-up in Highmaul, almost managed heroic Blackhand before HFC came out and we just never managed to dig ourselves out! We've got a great group now and I'm looking forward to getting those kills with my friends :)

I am so looking forward to the Shadow Hunter. I can't wait to try this new class and I hope I can become awesome at it. The adventure mode has captured my interest also. My favorite thing from the pass has got to be the Lich King. I learned how to raid doing the Lich King so it is my favorite expansion so far. Can't wait for Legion to be here already pre ordered it so now just waiting impatiently for it :P.

First off, I would like to thank the contribitors to Icey Veins for their hard work they do to keep things updated. Thanks to them, when I came back from a break shortly before Cataclysm ended, I was able to pick up my hunter and continue raiding in WoD.

I honestly have a hard time picking one thing that I am looking forward to, so here are a handful.

The artifact weapons! These things have been a rumor since the first players started on the questline for the Ashbringer in vanilla. So, to me this has been a long time coming. Since I was never able to do that quest, since I was a hunter(hunter weapon!), I seriously look forward to getting it on my paladin alt. Plus, they are bringing back the hunter quiver, at least cosmetically!

Secondly, the class revamp. Since I have played a hunter since vanilla, it has seen constant changes. From energy like a rogue, to mana, to have a deadzone, to losing said deadzone. While not always considered the best things to happen to a class, I look forward to the experience of learning a "new" class.

Last but not the least, I cant wait for new pve system. The large amount of dungeons and raids that will come with release, will be a welcomed change. Also the challenge system looks really good.

As far as nostalgia goes, there are a lot of things that I miss from WoWs past. I miss the time when a server was your home. Where you knew everyone and you ran into each other all the time. I started on a pvp server, and it supplied some of the greatest times I have ever had in gaming. Massive fights in Hillsbrad, and Winterspring, to ganking mote farmers at the Elemental shelf, to being ganked myself. All of which always led to huge battles.

I look forward to forging, if not the same kind of memories, then new ones with the new friends I have made.

The things I'm most excited about for Legion are the artifact systems and simply seeing how all the lore plays out. I can't help but hope that we fight the avatar of Sargeras or even Sargeras himself this expansion!

I am so excited for Legion! Mostly because of the new transmog system and the artifact weapons seem like they'll be pretty cool. Also looking forward to checking out Demon Hunters.

Well. Me and my friend are huge WoW lore freaks and Legion is bringing so much on the table. I am leveling a tauren druid and i am hugely excitet to see Val'sharah lore and begining of druidism in azeroth. And i cant even tell how much i am looking forward for Burning legion invasion and everything coming with it. Also, Azshara and naga, maybe even old gods. Even Lich king aka Bolvar is getting nervous. Overall it is something i cant wait to come and enjoy it.

With the ebb and flow of class changes each expansion I tend to look for the class/spec that has the highest skill cap and for me, fun factor. In Legion (RAWR!!!!) I am exceptionally excited to smite my foes to heal my allies!!! Yes, that means I am super excited to play Disc again. After going through a phase where we have been playing bubble bobble, it will be refreshing to have such a unique way to play. My personal belief is that this class has the opportunity to drastically change the way teams approach mechanics and raid composition. I could not be more excited to get into this class and start theory crafting, then putting that into play to see what works well and what does not. Will I be able to spec to maximize my dps for certain fights and compete on charts or keep it a streamlined max hps output through dps build? So many questions to be answered!!!!! Oh, and don't even get me started on the shadow changes!! The priest will be logging many hours of enjoyment this xpac!!! So excited!!

Cheers!!!

I'm very excited about the chance to ACTUALLY face off against Gul'dan. Sure we foiled his plans at the end of Hellfire Citadel, but we never got to fight the guy.

Also, the Artifact weapons look cool! As a big Destro fan, I am keen to see what these "beneficial portals" actually DO, and raining infernals from the sky will be delicious. I will shatter reality!

My favourite WoW moment was probably seeing Yrel's development over the expansion into a major hero! One of the highlights of Warlords, few as they were. Closely followed by Taran Zhu shoryuken-ing Garrosh, and Pandaren being playable.

I'm really hyped for artifact weapons. At first I was a bit wary of spending the whole expansion not getting a proper weapon upgrade, but I feel between the lore and "artifact power" (or whatever it's called) it will be a splendid replacement for the legendary quest line.

This will actually cause me to level classes and specs purely to experience the unique storyline.

Also, the 7.0 transmog system cannot come soon enough. These Big Crates of Salvage are burning a hole in my pocket.

I can not wait for the new content, although I am a casual player for the most part, the new Demon Hunter hero looks intriguing and interesting. I have recently gotten more in to pvp and I also can not wait for the new pvp system as well as the new honor point system, looks like it will over all be a good expansion, besides the nerfs to the classes such as the hunter.

There's much to look forward in legion with a new class, new dungeons and raids, and an entire PvP system based on skill instead of gear. Like other expansions I can't to see what they do next to improve this game further.

I look forward to the new talents being separated and they can now focus on their on stuff (PvE, PvP) and i look forward the new changes to my main, Warriors. I enjoyed Flex raiding cause it gave some sense of reward even though it wasn't that hard as heroics.

Looking forward to how they tell the story throughout Legion.  Really interesting things look to be happening, and looking forward to doing all the content I can with the group I play with and experience how it unfolds.

This ties into some of my best memories of the game.  Whether I was raiding or doing more casual content at various points through my time playing, enjoying the game and story with others is what has kept me going.  WoW has been a good place to spend time with the game, and the people in it.

My main toon is Mayoradeath-Cairne created in October of 2008 :) I have enjoyed the ever changing environments and progress of the game over the years and currently have the #3 ranked pet collection on my server according to Warcraftpets.com and also I am the GM of one of the biggest guilds on the server Slaughtered Dreams :) My son who is now about to turn 18 has been playing with me since he was 8 years old and he does most of our raiding and PvP stuff while I focus on making our gold and collections :) I can't wait for new pets to collect and new tamers to battle in Legion, I currently have 738 unique pets all rare quality and at level 25 and I was hoping for pet breeding to possibly get some Epic or Legendary quality pets but it doesn't look like that is gonna happen any time soonly :(

I gotta say, the thing I'm looking forward to the most is the PvP Talent system. I do wish they would give us back some of our utility, but overall it looks fairly cool. The honor system also looks like it might be fun! I'm not sure how I feel about reseting all my talents to 0 in exchange for rewards, but I'm glad we're getting something at least. Honor has been fairly useless for several expansions now after the first month of the expansion.

Fondest memory? Definitely world PvP on Isle of Quel'danas; by far one of the most fun daily questing hubs in the game.

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
