What I'm excited about? Changes. To be honest what I really want is new content and Legion seem to have a great deal of new, innovative content indeed. Everything from the artifacts to the new PvP honor system, I'm excited for it all.

Everyday I go to mmoc to see if something new interesting about legion has been announced. I think Blizz will deliver this time.

For me the launch of Legion is all about Nostalgia. Even though we might be going to a new continent again, to me it closer resembles what in my head is the 'real' Azeroth being only Kalimdor, the Eastern Kingdoms and maybe Northrend. Northrend was without a doubt the best looking continent and everytime I see footage of Stormheim and Highmountain it just reminds me of how much fun it was leveling in Grizzly Hills and Storm Peaks.

Warlords of Draenor has not been my favorite expansion due to alot of things but mainly because i have not had the time, due to irl stuff, to actually do what i like doing in WoW, which is raid at a high-ish level. Legion is a new start for me and not only does it bring a new class to play it also brings another very cool epic factor in shape of the artifact weapons, and I do not care what anybody says! They are the ultimate class and specc fantasy aspect.

All in all Legion looks like it is bringing back the WoW that I have always prefered and if it lives up to the expectations I have for it (which it looks like it will as of now) I will probably be the most active player on my server.

I remember , way back in classic , a good method of farming gold was farming Runecloth in the Wester plaguelands. One day , while doing so on my mage, a Shaman came and joined on my farming spot. After taking mobs away from each other for a while we decided to instead form a group and start AoE farming the entire place together.
After doing this for about a week , he asked me if I was interested in joining a raiding guild. After hearing all about this (at the time) mysterious and magical place called "raiding" , i joined and soon after became a core member of the raid group.

Today the guild doesnt exist anymore but im still playing with the same old shaman from the old days. After reading about the Legion legendarys and that they are probably gonna be farmable out in the world , I got really excited , because thats exactly what me and my friend enjoy doing and I'm really looking forward to it.

Hope you enjoyed my little story ^^

I'm looking forward to the class changes. As controversial as they always are, shake-ups of how the classes play keep the game interesting across expansions. Old mechanics are removed, and new complexities emerge to take their place. Would we still be playing this game if our class mechanics were the same as they were 10 years ago?

I really hate what they have done at WoD with the Garrison, i'm looking forward to see how they are going to reduce its influence at max level.

Can't wait for everything about this expansion. As a veteran player since vanilla, each time an expansion comes out, it brings a whole new life to the game. Just seeing the new spell animations and stuff on youtube seems to really put this expansion on another level. Some of the animations are out of this world. Really Really can't wait to try everything out, and get all my 100's to 110 just to experience each class' flavor.

In Legion, I'm looking forward to trying out demon hunters, looking at the class halls and checking out the artifact weapons. I'm great at giving feedback and reporting bugs.

As an avid Shadow Priest, I am really looking forward to the shadow priest changes. The "Surrender to Insanity" talent looks really cool, and I will love to be able to switch back to the traditional shadow priest feeling, with dots and even more dots :D

I think it's wonderful to see Azeroth expand to a new continent filled with secrets predating back to the creation of the world. In addition, the expanding lore, the weapons, and especially the scenery are what I look forward to in this new expansion! :)

After 8 years playing WoW I'm really hyped again after the news of a remodeled Burning Crusade theme *___*

We have the oportunity to kill demons again, there's nothing more I want in World of Warcraft than to kill those f*ckers!

Also, I really like the idea of a "class hall" >w<

After playing DK since Wrath, I'm really looking forward to trying out the pretty drastic changes to Unholy. And if I don't like them, I'm hoping the retuned Rogue specs will be enjoyable so I can finally switch mains!

I can't wait for Legion cause I'm expecting a lot from it. WoD really wasn't my cup of tea mainly because of the whole garrison concept, so I'm somehow hoping that Legion will fix it and make WoW a priority game for me. smile.png
I've always loved to play WoW - both PvP and PvE, but PvP was THE way for me since start. I've been playing on my own for a long time before a few of my old friends re-joined me. My favourite moments are probably from all these really close random BG's back in the day when people actually gave a sh*t, were polite and actually communicated and worked together to try and win the damn Battleground! I find these very rare these days. sad.png

Anyway what I'm most excited for is ofcourse the new PvP system. Me n my friends are ready to start grinding ASAP!

That's about all I'm hyped for (please DO deliver, Legion!).
See y'all ingame,

Kejploony-Drak'Thul

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
