Recommended Posts

I was waiting for this feature since I collected my first transmo set My bags are always too small to contain all skins I like so I could not have them all. Even thou I'm mythic raider and I enjoy almost all WoW content since I started (what wa few years ago) I love to have wardrobe <3

I'm looking forward to future class design. I'm excited about the new PvP system.

My favorite experience in WoW was 5.4 fury with a heroic(mythic) warforged EEOG. Rotation was smooth as butter.

I'm really looking forward to the new transmog system and finally getting to free up that bag space. The continuation of the story as well of course.  My fondest memories in Wow has to be raiding with friends and discover all of the lore

You don't have an idea.

New pvp system. Srsly. My thanks and blessings to all the titans.

We can use commons. And one day someone will explain me why now and nope in 2010?

In 2016, finally, is considered decent kill demons with broken bottles or a flagons :D

TATTOOS. HORNS. STYLISH BLACK/RED/ECC... BANDANAS. I really like those blinded winged demons spanker. <3

Hilarity aside, artifacts weapons and all that concerns seems really interesting, especially the quest-chain for obtaining them, but i will prefer if they don't retake such weapons like ashbringer or doomhammer. It would be nice see all new names, new things, and not the same old glory of the past. My fear for legion is only these. Same old glory of the past. Nothing, or only a little bit, new. Fanservice, fanservice everywhere.

I am looking forward to testing out all of the Warlock changes. I really want to see how Demonology plays now that it focuses more on pet management as oppose to Metamorphosis weaving. Affliction also looks interesting with the new soul shard mechanic. Overall, Warlocks are looking a lot more fun than they were in WoD. Since I spend most of my time raiding in WoW, all of my fondest memories are related to it. I would have to say my best memory in WoW was when I first downed Heroic Ragnaros in Firelands. My guild spent over 300 attempts on him and already had a 1% wipe earlier that night. There was a lot of screaming and happiness when we finally got that fight down

My fondest memory would have to be when my guild decided I would be the first to get Dragonwrath and having them all flying around in Org when I finally obtained it. Other fond memories would be while camping the time-lost proto drake I was bored so qued up for a random battleground and when it finished as the loading screen was completing NPC scan went off and TLPD spawned right behind me. Also I am most looking forward to playing my fire mage and experiencing the lore with the artifact weapons

The thing I"m the most excited for is probably the PvP system.  I've always wanted to PvP but I've always seen the gear curve to be very daunting, especially if I got a late start to an expansion's PvP season/seasons.   My fondest memory in WoW was back in Vanilla, once we finally had enough members in my guild finished with the attunement to Molten Core that we could field a raid team, I remember zoning in for the first time, and just seeing those Fire Giant's towering over us. The night was full of wipes, but also full of many laughs and friendships made due to conquering the content with friends

My fondest memory was when I first logged into WoW for the very first time back in 2006 and realizing how massive the world was outside of Northshire Abbey. It was the first time I experienced something so massive in a video game. With Legion, I am looking forward to having class lore expanded with class halls and artifact weapons. It feels like a natural progression of exploring the world. There is a nice contrast between starting out in your race's starting zone and becoming the leader of your class, leading the charge against The Burning Legion.

I'm really really excited for the overhaul Warlocks are getting. I feel like all 3 specs are kind of a mess right now, and after all the alpha content of Affliction and Demonology I've seen, I'm really looking forward to trying them out. Not to mention the super sweet artifact weapons. The scythe of the first necrolyte? How freaking sweet is that?

Hyped for Demon Hunter and for the return of Illidan, he has always been my favourite. Keen to test out the new pvp system and of course go on the hunt for every xmog piece!

I'm always looking forward to see everything in a new expansion. For Legion I am particularly hyped for the artifact weapons, the new PvP-system, the new zones, quests, lore, dungeons, raids and so on. But also the smaller changes or additions like the revamped models for Druids and the new animations and effects for spells and abilities. Everything I've seen of Legion so far really appeals to me and I think that Legion will be a fun expansion again. The only thing I hope for is that there are enough things to do to pass time in the game, because that is what's lacking at the moment in World of Warcraft. Anyway I can't wait for the release of the expansion whenever that might be

I'm super excited for everything the artifact system brings. I was skeptical at first when they announced it would be your only weapon throughout the expansion, but I have since learned to love how awesome it will be. I can't wait for my paladin to wield Ashbringer and explore the paladin order hall! The lore is always something that intrigues me greatly as well. Can't wait to jump in and take down Gul'dan once and for all!

I've really enjoyed min-maxing for the past few years, and I've especially enjoyed the wild ride that is the warlock class. It was my second class (Druid being the first), but the first ranged/spell casting class that I instantly fell in love with for reasons that are still unknown to me. At the beginning of Draenor, I really enjoyed being sort of bottom-tier because good performance as your class stood out that much more when raid time came around.

The most fun part, though, was by far when demo got the huge buff swing for that monthish period where demonbolt (if played nearly perfectly) was just amazing in terms of damage output. I really loved how that spec played, and it felt rewarding in all the right areas, and the damage being phenomenal was a huge plus. If you messed up even a little you typically suffered severely, and I loved that kind of style for however long it lasted. The "rhythm" of demonbolt was just really fun and I loved playing it.

As for Legion, I'm really looking forward to the new demo spec--even if it ends up being kind of bad, it looks different, which is enough to at least try it out. I'm still not sold on it (and likely won't be until I get to try it out), but it still looks unique and pretty fun.

Icy-veins over the past few years has been the main reason I was able to play my lock at or near the top level of raiding, and so I really love this site and the effort you guys put into your dps rotations/etc. It's way better than pretty much any other site, especially for a quick "here's what you need to know" kind of style if you're picking up a new class and want to sort of derp around with it for a while, but still have the general idea of what to do. It helps to understand what the guide is saying.

Thanks for doing the giveaway regardless, and best of luck to everyone else. Looking forward to possibly trying out Legion!

Thanks for doing this giveaway!

I'm looking forward to playing Survival Hunter in the beta and seeing if I'll main it. Also I might finally start playing PvP with the new system.

I still can't decide which class to main, beta access would allow me to test everything and make a decision.

My favorite WoW memory is fishing for the Sea Turtle with my friend. We were in Borean Tundra, my friend was fishing and I decided to join him. My first cast in his pool, the achievement pops up. We can't believe it. He got a bit mad and stopped playing completely soon after. Good times!

What I am looking forward to in Legion and what I remember/enjoy most about the past are actually one and the same - my character embodying a class fantasy.

I play a warlock - the same one I have since vanilla many years ago. Back in the day I had many, many abilities that helped with the "fantasy" of being a warlock while not being strictly part of a damage rotation. Armors, sense demons, stones (spell and fire), rituals (remember multiple players needing to help out to summon a soulwell? not to mention the doomguard!).

Over time these mechanics died off one by one. I still enjoy my warlock but I think a lot of the "flavor" is gone.

I'm looking forward quite a bit to the class hall and artifacts in Legion. I think my affliction warlock will feel like something special compared to today, especially due to the artifact, both visually and mechanically. I'm looking forward to my character invigorating my imagination and immersion like it used to. I hope it delivers!

I'm currently looking forward to the new artifact weapons and new raids in Legion! The WoD raids were very fun so i'm excited for the upcoming raids. The new Demon Hunter class looks very interesting and fun to play! My fondest memory of WoW was back in WoTLK when clearing ICC with a guild i randomly got invited to. They were missing one dps and decided to ask me if i wanted to join! It was the best experience i've had in raiding since TBC! Killing the Lich King was quite the moment with the new guildies i recently met. Thank you for this opportunity Icy Veins and Good Luck everyone!!!

I look forward to the bounty system in Legion the most, as a hopeful ideal of content that's still relevant even a month after expansion launch. And as far as most fond memory? I've got far too many to count, but if I had to pick one, it'd probably be stepping into Karazhan for the first time on my Troll Shaman. Such a cool place and the beginning of my WoW hobby

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
