Recommended Posts

I'm super excited for the new animations. It makes them look more up to date and just pretty to look at. So hyped.

The Artifact and pvp systems look interesting and fun, but I'm most looking forward to being able to swap between all specs for each class without bounds and the same going for swapping talents. The new challenge modes also look like a fun way outside of raiding to get to acquire gear, since it changes week to week, it'll at least keep things somewhat more fresh for a longer time than grinding raids for months on end. As for a favorite moment in WoW, WotLK will probably still be one of my favorite expacs as far as raiding and group content went, as no raid since ulduar has given me nearly as much fun as the progression back in those days. Hopefully there will be some fun or radically different mechanics for some of the new raids like there was back in uld. All that being said, legion is looking to be a great expansion gameplay and lore-wise, as I love the history of the burning legion, this expansion is something I've been looking forward to since getting into the story of the Warcraft universe

Secondly, I can not wait to see what the Artifact weapons and questlines are like. I am particularly interested in the new transmog system. Most of all, I am looking to see how much I can break in beta so it doesn't make it to live. Can't wait to play my main and possibly new main during beta. I enjoyed the playstyle of my SV Hunter, so I'm looking forward to see the new melee hunter (although we kinda had melee when I first started playing in BC). Thanks Icy-Veins and here's to another 5 years that will fly by.

Looking forward to the artifacts, dungeons, raids and the transmog system (finally can free up some bank space). My fondest memory is the opening of the gates of AQ in Vanilla. It really felt like being part of something cool. I died horribly many times, but enjoyed every second of it

I started playing WoW in September of 2006. I have remained through BC, WotLK, Cataclysm, Pandaria and now WoD, but truly, it's been a while since I have been as excited about an expansion as I am about Legion.

I'm looking forward the classes rework mostly, it is incredible that the Hunter will have a melee spec. The real problem is choosing a main for this expansion :/ glad to finally have pvp talent and not pvp gear, so I can enjoy both content without having 2 gearset:)

I'm super excited for Legion, im really looking forward to the artifact weapons and quests/lore to obtain them. And the new Transmog wardrobe will free up a lot of space in my bank and bags. And the whole quest/level in any zone you want is cool.

Have you ever heard the tale of Jangus? In every generation be it the near future landscapes of cyberpunk or the ruined kingdoms of old, the name Jangus can be heard in whispers upon the wind. Since ancient times, every civilization's ruler has had the same idea, when people unite under one will, they become stronger than the sum of their parts, and what do rulers use to bring people together? Jangus. Like the hero clad in green, Jangus appears throughout history when times are most desperate, often deciding the destiny of the world. Now that the legion has returned, it seems as if he might be the only one who can stand against the onslaught. Like a candle in the wind, he remains amidst forces beyond reckoning.

Looking forward most to artifacts, cause I've waited years for Ashbringer.

My fondest moment in WoW was finally killing LK 25 man Heroic in September 2010. It was the culmination of so much effort and dedication and I will never forget the feeling when it finally happened. Second place must be the first time leveling through Azeroth. Such wonders and mysteries.

WoW is back.

There, I said it. I haven't been this excited for an expansion since Blizzcon 2009. We are getting WoD-level questing and raiding with what appears to be an -actual- endgame. Yes, Blizzard has let some of us down in the past. I for one was really disappointed with Warlords' patch content. But don't tell me that they don't listen to feedback. Not only do we have our usual slate of gorgeous zones, but because of level-scaling, the entire continent will be endgame. And that's not even including the end-game zone of Suramar that has yet to be even opened on the alpha servers. Between the surfeit of open-world questing zones, class order hall missions, dungeon challenges, and artifact quest lines, I truly think that 7.0 will go down as a golden age for endgame players.

My fondest WoW memory actually happened just recently. In December, I got a Grove Warden mount through Asmongold's the Moose is Loose event. Without his and his volunteers' help, I would have never have gotten with the raiding schedule I currently have. The event really reminded me why I have stayed subscribed for so many years: the strength of our community.

I look forward to the changes in the PVP system.  I really would like to try the new challenge mode dungeons. The new zones look great to explore.  Ready to wield new artifacts. Try new rogue things :).

I am looking forward to all of my friends coming back and being in a community again. Being able to hop into chat and hang out with friends/Family will be amazing.   Oh, and the new Demon Hunter will be cool too =) Congrats on the 5 years too. You guys/gals have saved my butt on last minute boss mechanic cramming and class tips/tricks.

I can't wait to see how the artifact weapons play, especially the super sweet lore filled ones. I've always enjoyed the dungeons and raids blizzards made and can't wait to get into all the new ones.

There is actually quite a few things i'm quite interested in for Legion. Demon Hunters are definitely big on my list as I've wanted them as a class for so long and will finally get the chance to play one. Also looking forward for PvPing this expansion due to the new talent trees. I love the idea of Artifact weapons as well, since it brings more class identity back into the game, and the fact that theirs a decent amount of customization with all the various skins.

As for my fondest moment in WoW, its hard to say. The 11 year old me would like to say witnessing Highlord Kruul attacking Stormwind in the TBC pre-event, but I honestly think that my best moment was with my guild when i finally cleared all of Heroic Dragon Soul back in Cata, felt very rewarding especially after 100 or so wipes on Heroic Spine of Deathwing.

After playing a hunter for many, many years, I'm hoping the DH will be my new main. The zones look super pretty and I can't wait to try out the artifact weapons. I think my most fondest memory was meeting my husband for the first time in Orgrimmar

DEMON HUNTERS!!!! Ever since Burning Crusade I have had a weird obsession with Demon Hunter persona and lore. So once I heard we were finally getting my dream class I was hyped no matter what else was said.

Hmmm my favorite moments in World of Warcraft would have to be spending quality time just exploring the world with my friends while I was in college. I wouldn't trade those memories for anything. Be it from downing the hardest raid bosses to sitting in the Inn and sharing a laugh. I will never forget the time I spent in this game.

I can't wait for artifact weapons. especially the druid one that changes your appearance of the druid. Another thing in legion i am excited about is being able to switch between all specs available to that class.

I remember when i first started this game, I was pretty young & had no idea what to do. Roaming around the Ghostlands as a level 21 Blood Elf Paladin thinking how awesome I was smiting all the undead & spiders. Finally hitting 40 & making enough money to afford my mount then riding it through Tanaris with my childhood friend. WoW has given me some of my best memories playing with my friends & now all the fresh new content, artifacts (Ashrbringer woo.), animations, talents. I just can't wait to play & make more epic memories with them.

I started playing World of Warcraft just 6 months ago, and only capped 2 months ago. since then what has happened has been incredible. I've never played a game as hard as I played WoW in the past 2 months. hours and hours poured into heroics, bgs, and lfr just trying to gear up for the first time and actually experience wow late game content. Then I did gear up and got into mythic dungeoning and normal raiding. I've had so much fun with friends getting to learn this amazing game down to every little detail about my class and about the mechanics of the game itself. I don't have much experience compared to a lot of people but 99% of it has been absolutely incredible.

So if you ask me what I'm excited about legion for it would have to be everything. From the awesome artifact weapons or the new honor system I'll have another wrinkle to learn and experience. However, by far my most anticipated thing about legion would have to be being there at ground zero. Finally be able to experience something in wow with everyone else and absorb every detail about how incredible it will be. The story, dungeons, raids, questing content. All of it I can't wait to experience for the first time.

So yea, even without the years of experience, or metric ton of stories to tell about the old days of wow I'm shaking in my boots, so excited for legion to launch.

hi, I play wow since the beginning of the beta in Europe, there are more than 11 years. A huge fan of the lore, having also played for 3 episodes of warcraft. What I expect from this expansion, above all, the story, see or review the mythical characters. Except the lore, I look forward to see the new weapons system. Could face even more bad guys in the raids. What I regret most on older extensions, the Difficulty of the game downgraded general manner. The disappearance of 10 raids in mythical. On the last extension there were no new races and new classes. The arrival of the demon hunter thrills me. I think clearly that the new extension has pontenciel for returning players. Maybe not like in the heyday of TLK. But at least enough to succeed raid in good conditions. Few people talking meetings they could do about the game. But I'm sure we all have friends in the game we met for the first time thanks to him. So yeah I can not wait, or rather I hope a massive return of players to meet new people. That's also what the beauty of this game, a great meeting place. sorry if I do not write very well in English, I am French . I made an effort Hoping to have been understood. Hope this is not detrimental to the contest .Good luck to everyone .

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
