With Warlords all but completely beaten by me and my buds, we are all looking forward to getting back in to a raid environment and getting the whole guild back together to play. Many of us have stayed in contact but it will be nice to have all of us "hanging out" once again. Can't wait to try out the new raids and honor system!!!

 

Some of my best gaming memories are of progression boss kills. My favorite from the last expansion has to be Blackhand. Dropping through the different levels to finally end up in the fires of the foundry was so epic! What a great challenge with such a good fight.

Dear Blainie/Icy-Veins

I am looking foward to Legion for following resons: 

 

1st: Demon Hunter Hype, I am totally rerolling and are going for some world class logs, one of the only ways to make that happend if I can pretest Demon Hunter to find out how I am going to play it, and how I can maximize my dps. 

 

2nd: It looks kinda like the expantion that I've been waiting on since TBC, I loved Wotlk but since then I feel that wow has taken a swing downwards, and it is about time they take a swing upwards again. 

 

3th: Artifacts looks like the old talent tree given back to us, and I would love to try it out. 

 

4th: I wanna compete in the top again, but sadly I diden't make the race for the first 1000 alphakeys because of sickdom when my guild cleared Archi. Therefor this would be an golden opportunity to check the raids with guildies. 

 

5th: I used Icy-Veins for 3 years untill I found out I was better of simming/trying my own things, and I would love to help you guys sim and check Demon Hunter out.

The thing I enjoyed most in wow is content for smaller groups e.g. 10 man/flex raids, mythic dungeons etc. because I can play the game with a group full of real life friends, so I really look forward to the new challenge dungeons and raids in legion.

 

On the other hand i really enjoy grinding for rep. Just listen to a podcast or good music and grind away. So new factions are also very welcome.

 

The day I finally got "the Insane" was just awesome. That and when my friends and I killed LK on hc. The nerd screams were real.

I think the most exciting thing about the upcoming expansion to World of Warcraft would be the return to Burning Crusade content. If there was anything I enjoyed most about the game, it was The Burning Crusade story, the content contained in it, and the way systems worked. Trash mobs mattered back then, making Rogues and crowd-control-effect classes extremely necessary. It's something I hope they'll bring back. I look forward to learning more about the systems in Legion. I remember my favorite moment was Magtheridon. Having a group hit the cubes at the same time was almost impossible, and the entire raid would die. I miss Karazhan, and the Chess encounter.

 

Returning to older systems may not be the best idea, as I don't recommend it. However, I believe that this expansion needs to matter more than most, as it's a defining moment for the future of World of Warcraft.

 

Also, it's about time I changed from Lurker, to Member.

I have been playing since mid wrath, I love the game and the lore that I learned throughout my experiences in game. I love my guild Lights reminiscence on Arygos/Llane and I really look forward to the changes in legion! We are currently 1/13 mythic (getting there) and are looking to get serious in legion. I personally want to get involved in that tasty lore! Illidan being freed to help fight back the legion wayyyy further in time opens up secrets he could tell and hidden magics we can harness. All in mind that we will be the Hero's of our classes! (rip tyrion) playing a DK I've always loved the armor of the lich King and the legendary sword frostmourne, I use shadowmourne in time walking a lot but the icy twin blades look sooooo cool. I just wish that I can get a peek and help to get the game as perfect as it can be, I have never minded submitting bug reports and I've always had really nice GMs... And yes some tell jokes... It's freaking hilarious! This being said if a beta key comes my way by miracle I'll record a bunch of it just go to YouTube and look up Gryphon Standish. The channel has a tiger for the profile picture. Thanks and good luck in the beta!

The thing I am looking forward to the most in Legion is the Artifact Weapons!!!! They all look so cool it is making it hard for me to choose a main. Some of my favorite moments in my WoW career were finding new and awesome looking weapons to slash people with as I Bladestorm them to death!

as a long time druid player i am very hyped about legion. getting really tired seeing the same cat or bear models (im not countin recolour) and now in legion with the new models and even a moonkincat ! can´t wait!

The addition to transmog is great for me also.

Probably the most exciting thing for me, is the new advancement in the lore, pandaria and warlords felt like they were avoiding the main plotlines.

I can't wait for artifact weapons and the new legendarys it's going to be very interesting to see how all these Really cool mechanics will play out in game. I'm also pretty pumped for the new pvp system and how we get pvp levels.

I can't wait to try out demon hunters. I love their mobility and all of their abilities feel so powerful. I'm also want to check out all of the class artifact quests because they all look to have some great story and build on the lore.

I remember when i first started raiding and really need some help with my mage. Our guild community kept yelling at me to go get tips from Icy Veins. At that time I had no idea what that was. Turns out it helped me become much better at raiding. I am really looking forward to the new artifact weapons. The upgrades look similar to the old talent trees we had.

Man I'm so hyped for Legion. The Demon Hunter looks really fun, the artifacts, the wardrobe, it all looks incredible. But probably the biggest thing for me would be the new PvP honor/prestige system. I've only recently started trying out PvP and it's really fun, but I feel like at the moment there's really no motivation to do it. With the new system you will be able to keep playing to reach new prestige levels and collect the rewards (assuming reaching max prestige won't be a super fast process).

I am looking forward to all the Warlock changes (especially the class hall / artifact quest line) and getting back to some raiding with my guild. I think my favorite WoW moment was when we finally killed Vashj way back in BC after months of guild setbacks.

I just came back to wow last week I'm preparation for Legion and I can't wait! The class order halls sound really awesome, and I can't wait to get ashbringer!
