Recommended Posts

I am looking forward to the changes to disc priests, primarily. Am most interested in how they will perform in a raid situation.

My favorite moment(s) in World of Warcraft was when I was raiding with my first guild i had ever joined. This guild was nothing special, I actually realize now that it was terrible however me being a fresh level cap at the time had never raided before, it was the most fun I had in wow to this date

I think that with all the changes that are coming the thing i am most looking forward to is probably professions, artifact weapons seeing how the Disc Priests play. I could not stand the way that professions worked in WOD. My fondest memory of WOW would have to be killing the Lich King. No LFR, actualy bonding with other players over a common goal. What a great time it was.

I have been playing wow now since the beginning of WotLK and have really never stopped since! Although content can sometimes run dry, i am always very excited for what blizzard has in store next. Congratulations on the five years of great success and hopefully the success will continue for many more! I really look forward to testing out the MANY different specs that i play (I'm an alt-aholicbiggrin.png ) and really feel i could contribute to the overall success of Legion

I'm mostly just looking forward to the artifact weapons and the transmog wardrobe. That first Ragnaros kill still has a special place in my heart

I'm excited for Legion because of the PvP templates and the PvP talent tree. It will give the pvp devs a lot of control they said they never had before. But I am also scared for Legion because they are taking away lots of abilities that are needed for classes to not just be bad/good versions of each other. They did this in WoD with Disc priest and it made that class not as much fun to play and then they just tried to bandage it up with Saving Grace. Will Leigon be better than WoD. Will is be better than Cata (imo the 2nd worst expac) This is yet to be seen by me because Blizzard has added things to the game like bringing Inner Focus back and having a replacement for SW:D but then they just removed them without giving any reason behind why even though they have always been good spells in the for outplay I.E deathing blinds consistently and not getting sheeped all the time. From what I can see in the Alpha Disc has no way to dodge cc or outplay anything they are just meat sacks.

I'm playing WoW since 2006 and it has been a great time since now.I played PvE and PvP and I enjoyed. In the past everything was a bit different. The community was stronger and friendly, you needed more skill for being in raids etc.Today WoW is more friendly to beginners and casual gamers.Blizz tried often to develop new things for the game. But all in all I like the work of the company. If the game hadn't change it wouldn't exist anymore. I'm looking forward to the new PvP systems and all other new features  Greetings from Austria.

I'm really looking forward to the artifacts coming in legon. I've always played a feral/guardian druid since bc, so I cant wait for the new artifact forms to choose from. Who does not want to be a frigging stone bear. My best memory from World of Warcraft will always be my guilds first The Lich King HC kill. After months of struggle and sweat, we managed to beat him. I have never felt the same, with another end encounter since, will always be a fond memory of mine

Really really looking forward to revisiting some of the WotLK content revamped. Demon hunters look like an awesome class to play, and I'm dying to see how hunters play out in Legion. I was part of the WoD beta and I'm really looking forward to hopefully getting involved in this one. I've played WoW for so many years now and I really hope this will be the expac to bring it back to the level it was previously

Very interested in to see how Blizzard managed to pack all big characters and story lines into one expansion. Also looking forward to the transmogrification collection and new PvP honor talents. They sound like very nice improvements over all

Personally, I am most looking forward to in Legion will be exploring. I love getting new zones & finding all the hidden things. My friends and I have great fun with it, and if one of us finds something cool we'll yell in Guild or party chat "Hey xxxx come see this." along those lines lol.  We are all casual raiders, so in my off time I like to go mount and / or battle pet hunting. I, as an altoholic cannot wait to get a demon hunter. Gotta have one of every race too, haha.

Let me start with this. I've always played a druid, always. Then those pandas came to our lovely world of warcraft, and I just had to reroll. However they could not be druids. It was one of the hardest choice ever. Sure you can have multiple characters, but. I guess that's not me.Well, now i've been a  full-time fuzzball in Mist of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor. However, that will all change in Legion. Druids updated forms, finally I have a good reason to go back to my shapeshifter. Claws of Shirvallah didn't really speak out "druid" to me which was a big shame. Warlods of Draenor had it's charms, but they are few. Legion seems to work against that, that's something I'd like to see and help support. I think personally Mist of Pandaria was the best thing that happened to WoW, and I've been playing since 2008. Wrath of the Lich King PvP was awsome, Cataclysm is where I really started raiding, sure I got into some boss fights in vanilla but there's something about Deathwing that will always have a place in my memory bank. The artifact weapons seems cool and all but they're not the reason I want to play befoe official launch, as I've stated above, the forms and animations are. It seems that you really can feel the force of every weapon swing and the gracefullness of running around in cat form etc. The new zones, dungeons and areas, I'd like to look at them as well. Now,The new hero class. Hmm, I feel that I will be playing it for the lore and quests, not so much for the whole illidari feel, it wasn't really my thing.  The prestiege system for pvp is something I'd like to have a look at as well before official launch since I'd like some time to figure out stuff by myself and it seems a bit different from what we're used to, so it could take me just that, some time. I feel like each class will have more integrity as well in Legion, that's awsome. That's some thought and reasons as to why I'd like to check out Legion Beta. Have a good day and keep up the good work icy.

Since there is a small content drought, I'm looking forward to seeing new content. I can't wait to see how my favorite classes have changed, for good or for bad. I'm excited to have to relearn things because adaptation to change makes games fun

I am most excited about the new Challenge Mode dungeon system, simply doing something faster and faster was a rather narrow approach.  The addition of affixes and the introduction of additional mechanics will be more interesting and appealing in my opinion.  I really like doing dungeons and anything keeps them relevant longer is a good thing for me.

Very much looking forward to the shaman rework, finally my favourite class is important enough to get its own resource :-) I started playing WoW again a few weeks after WoD release and i hadnt played since classic. It was very confusing to experience all the changes that wow had undergone. I still remember the days where nobody had money for his mount, where you had to pull 1 or 2 mobs even in low level instances, utilize CC to its maximum, it had a real sense of achievement to beat the Dungeons back in the day. Every Victory was glorious, i hope legion will make a step back towards the roots and reintroduce more challenging content

I'm extremely excited to be able to play as a demon hunter.  The new transmog changes are also a welcome addition to the game and will allow everyone to finally clean out some much needed bank and void storage space. I'm really hoping that Legion brings back a sense of the world that has been missing since BC and WotLK.  The game just used to feel much bigger before the dungeon finder and garrisons were introduced and I'm excited to hopefully be immersed in a giant world again

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
