Recommended Posts

I think one of the things i am most excited for so far, is all of the new dungeons. They all look absolutely amazing! Its also very nice to get a new "feel" for the game. As in a new environment/landscape to play in. smile.png

Been playing WoW since Vanilla. On and off I never seem to be able to get away. I can't wait to see what legion has in store for PvP.

I'm looking forward to the new wardrobe system, that sounds amazing. The new PvP system looks nice, I'm thrilled about the artifacts. I have concerns about the new legendaries (world drop legendaries? come on.My favourtie moment of WoW is seeing Ragnaros for the first time with my guild in Molten Core. That was when I truly fell in love with WoW almost 11 years ago

I am sooo excited for the new T-mog system, I am a t-mog hog, and have my void storage and bank completely full of t-mog. It is now at the point where i am deleting t-mog that I don't use to make room for new.

I think the best memories i have of wow are the ones with my friends. Cause lets be honest.... i wouldn't be playing if it wasn't for them. Starting new xpacs with friends is one of the most fun experiences i've had... I've had so many memories over wow, from in-game weddings, running across Tanaris at level 15 with no gear, to meeting my boyfriend and going into mythic HFC.

I cannot wait for legion, and would love to have a beta key!

I am looking forward to Legion for multitude of reasons. The main, to be honest, is the lore and the story. We will be finally returning to established lore, to established and well known enemies, and it will all sure be packed with lore (as the new WoW Chronicle suggests :3). Then of course the demon hunters. I love trying out new stuff, so this is a big yes from me. Artifacts are keeping me cool, because to be honest, most of them are not really. that "legendary". But of course, there are outliars to this, like the Ashbringer. An artifact that I like the most got to be the Skull of the Man'ari for the demonology warlock - which also looks like it will be a load of fun again. My fondest memory. uhm, that one is hard, after the 11 years I spent with WoW. I love coming to those two old raid videos from Cata an old guild mate did back when we were raiding. surreal, to watch it after this time, the feels, you know. Anyway, I can't wait for all the new stuff Blizzard throws at us.

I have been playing World of Warcraft since late Vanilla (Launch of First Expansion) I've seen some phenomenal changes to improve the game and make it more user friendly. As years (Expansions) progressed. I saw the game turning for the worst, late Cataclysm early Mists of Pandaria, lets not even mention Warlords of Draenor. During our current expansion, there has been tons of Imbalances between classes, skills etc. The WoD expansion has hit an all time low in content causing most to unsubscribe, however I am still around.I would hope to see new Battlegrounds, new raid/dungeon boss mechanics and even scenery. I've done a little youtube research on some aspects as far as classes and I'm pretty impressed about the combat animations. However, to be sure I'd like the expansion and its content, I'd have to try it myself. Hope to get Legion Beta access and see what's in store for future soldiers of Azzeroth.

I've been playing WoW since 2006 and I've played every class at max lvl in raids and I'm frankly getting bored(or have been for a year) with the gameplay. Aswell as a new honor system that's similiar progression to most shooters(cod, battlefield etc) will probably make me revitalized in PvP. A BETA key would be amazing to try all this stuff out and see if I wanna set aside that first 2 weeks after launch for another launch marathon(Almost got server first 90 back in MoP)

I'm most looking forward to seeing the "feel" of all the classes in Legion with the new talents, rotations, and artifact enhancements to come.  I'm a bit of an altoholic, so I like to try just about every spec of every class to experience gameplay from a variety of perspectives.  My main is a shaman, and I played Elemental in Cataclysm primarily, Enhancement in Draenor, and both are looking promising in legion - although I do miss moving lightning bolt casts. I now have a 3 month old son, so while my wife and I won't be able to raid or play for the same amount of time we had in the past, I'm still looking forward to the new content Legion will offer, especially the artifact experiences for each spec and the new Demon Hunter class. My favorite moment playing WoW was probably when my guild killed Nefarian/Onyxia in BWD and we got our dark phoenix mounts.  That was a fun tier, and the progression was paced well for us.  The final fight was initially difficult for our group, but we made more progress each week until we finally downed him, then could kill him consistently.  Good times.

It will be very interesting because the interface change much in the game as well as the new mechanics of it. however as long for the high difficulty that had the world of warcraft, this will incentivized to play not only because it was a great world to go in pve but invites you to immerse yourself in a world totally in expansion and that is what this chapter called legion is to bring back again

New expansions have always been fascinating for me. I'm hoping that Blizzard would give us a great expansions with 3 or 4 raid tiers and balanced PvP system. Both raiding and PvP have keep me playing WoW for years. I don't wanna see another expansion like Draenor and I think that Blizzard has learned a lesson too. For example Farahlon would have been great place with exciting adventures. My main focus will be in PvE because dungeons and raids are looking great and have a lot of content there. But I will still be PvPing with my friends outside raiding. Unfortunately PvP's biggest down side has been incorrect class and race balance which should be fixed in legion. For Icy-Veins I'm hoping that they will continue their great work with this site. I would like to read more Warcraft and Hearthstone related articles in future too. Also I'm happy to see how many different tools this site is offering nowadays. See you all in Legion

I have stopped raiding a few tiers back and I am starting again with legion so I can not wait myself to test out the changes to my belowed shaman, new raids and dungeons. Because once I prepare that way, I can enjoy the leveling and playing more because I will have the strategies and rotations figured out and practiced in advance

I'm excited for the class halls and the fantasy they'll bring back to the individual classes since a lot of the classes have been homogenized. Also excited for the transom system

As I am role switching to a main spec healer, I cam very much looking forward to all of the QoL changes for Restoration Druids and Mistweaver Monks.  I am also one of the TradeSkillMaster developers, so of course I am also looking forward to the new "ranks" on crafting recipes as well as yet to be discovered new ways of making gold

I'm excited for the focus Legion will bring to the classes themselves, the class halls and the artifacts being the main thing that will certain give a unique identity to each, as well as the sweet new animations. Also really hyped up for the Demon Hunter and Illidan!

I'm really excited for the new enhancement shaman. I already main one on live so i hope there finally are getting more interesting. I'm also really excited for the new dungeons i always liked them even more than raids. I mean in a raid your just a tiny piece of the other players and in a dungeon you really having the idea your doing something great. I hope there making leveling also interesting again instead of it just costing a lot of time. They should keep the treasure's from draenor. It has a lot of content besides the raiding and pvp. I'm not a great raider or something so im searching things besides that. I exctaly liked mop that way there was a lot of content besides raiding and pvp. Hopefully legion is gonna get so much content your never getting bored. Cinematics from WoD also where amazing give us more of that blizzard. Hopefully legion is gonna be great

My favorite part of legion is caliming the Ashbringer and the other artifact and experience the mightiest lore in the Broken Isles. I can't wait to see the new dungeons. I joined WOW in MOP knowing nothing at all. Thanks to the support of the community now I know what to do

I'm excited for everything in Legion, but mostly about the Artifacts.  I think it's a really cool concept to have, that way players aren't worrying about getting different weapons and not spending tons of gold on weapon enchants.  I also really like the fact that we're allowed to have all specs now instead of only have two and switching between them by yourself without have to go find a class trainer

I like the idea of artifact weapons and class halls, people will be more dispersed instead of just at the capital or "choose expansion point of preference" and of course the new pvp system is going to change things. prestige will be something similar to old pvp system of ranking for the rest to see so you can show off your time spen. Really looking forward to start leveling to 110 and gaining prestige.

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
