Recommended Posts

I'm looking forward to having less competition as a ranged class because everyone rerolls melee for Demon Hunter/Ashbringer/Doomhammer/Survival Hunter. Who am I kidding I'm switching to Ret for the Ashbringer too

What I'm looking forward to is the new hero class, of course. Can't wait to actually experience playing a demon hunter. But I'm very excited to stand next to the Banshee Queen this expansion. It looks like she'll get a pretty big role. :3 I haven't played WoW for a long time. I started as a trial at the end of Wrath of the Lich King and upgraded my account at the end of cataclysm. So let's say I've played WoW for 5 years now.  My fondest memory of WoW would be climbing the Northern Elwynn Mountains as a trial. You could easily glitch up there with a mount. My friend and I used to do that all the time and just run around with paper zeppelins chasing us. I actually recruited that friend in 2015 back to the game. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be able to win a beta key.

For me, it's got to be the copious amounts of Druid lore. I'm a total lore nerd for anything Druid related, and I can't wait to see what happens with the Emerald Nightmare. Also, omg, we get to see both the Dream and the Nightmare. <3

Excited for legion due to the new demo lock changes and that they are bringing back melee hunters. Hopefully demon hunters will be awesome too, but not broken. I look forward to new raids as hfc is getting stale. Current wow has a lot of balance issues, as well as an extreme lack of content. My current fondest memory in Warcraft history would have to be a 3v1 in arena as destro back in MoP for an arena win.

I'm quite excited for all the changes coming to Legion. Can't wait to travel across sea and land with my best friend, wielding the legendary weapons as we crush demons from The Burning Legion. I have been playin WoW since vanilla. Most things went downhill post-cata, but Legion have some tremendeous potential. The new Specs look absolutely exquisite in my eyes. At last, the new PvP honor system. We've all been waiting for something to smoothen the experience in PvP, and here it comes.

What I'm even more excited about is the new Dungeon Challenge Mode: Really, it looks awesome, having different 'rules' set over them. Now its not timed, its about skill.

That's about what I heard of Legion, but I think there so much more to it, and I can't wait to either experience it or see it.

I'm certainly ready to move away from WoD, from the content I've read about and watched in videos so far of Legion I'm happy htey're making 5man content more relevant in an ongoing way rather than being redundant as soon as you get any raid gear. (6.23 withstanding, the mythic setting isn't difficult but just a bandaid that maybe slows the haemorrhaging of subs with atractive rewards)

And legendary weapon talents

Best thing coming to Legion? Narrative. It seems like Blizz is working one that more to implement into their questing. Artifacts? Hell yes! I have always wanted to wield the Ashbringer. As an RPer it, it is amazing to finally seeing the overall story progress. I have artifact weapons picked out, and once those are obtained i will make sets around that.

I've played WoW since Vanilla (Inb4 it was harder.) I only really started to enjoy it in Wrath, which to me, is when blizzard finally started focusing more around the story aspect of their amazing universe. I can't wait to see what it holds later on.  Both from a gamer and RPer perspective, I think Legion will be better than WoD... To me it seems like that already have a lot of stuff done that is better than it. I love the idea of a Questing experience you can change up every time, and being a guy with 22 characters, a class on each side, that will make things much more enjoyable. I love the idea you can obtain all artifacts, the new pvp system... things just look so much better than before. I pretty much just love the ideas blizz has and it seems like from their reveal at Blizzcon that they are holding up to promises made. And then some, i think there is 1 more dungeon than promised which is always awesome!

Also, Warcraft movie HYPE!

The main thing I'm looking forward to in Legion is the reworked specs like Survival Hunters and Demonology Warlocks. I'm also in love with the new Druid form models and can't wait to be using them

My fondest memories are the times i met people out in the world just doing quests or whatever and having fun with strangers in the game.  And because of that what i'm most excited about is the world content they want to introduce in legion. I would also like to check out how my main specs have changed

I loved Wrath and the need to travel to dungeons, join realm teams to complete quests, and the general excitement of new content.I'm most looking forward to not out gearing content. Venturing through dungeons and raids while dealing with new mechanics. That's what I enjoy and look forward to every 2 years

I'm really looking forward to the new classes and artifacts in Legion.I've been playing since 2005, and my favorite memory is when the opening screen came up, and I entered the world. It was, and still is, a fantastic suspension of reality

I started WoW back in 2007 as a Holy Priest and i've never ever switched mains. To this day im still playing my holy priest and i am really looking forward to the changes for holy in legion. Most of all im excited about the revamped talent's and the artifact weapon. The talent im mostly looking forward to trying is the talent 'Symbol of Hope' which currently gives all your healers in the raid free spells (no mana) for 10 seconds. I feel like that is a talent that could be gamechanging on intensive healing fights and could be a reason to get more holy priests overall since it feels like such a mandatory talent on progression. I think my fondest memory in WoW was back in Wotlk in the TotC raid. We had a raid when we were struggling on Icehowl HC even though we killed him before and the morale went down. Suddenly on a try the boss bugged out after hitting the wall and just stood there with a mage tanking him, dealing no damage. We got him down and the morale just skyjumped because it was the most hillarious bug and it happened on the best time possible

As mainly a tank player, I look forward to trying the new Demon Hunter tank.  I am also dying to see how the new Outlaw plays.  The only rogues I like are Combat rogues, so I am intrigued by the new spin on it

From what I have seen, Legion seems to be changing the World of Warcraft on a level not to be seen yet. With the honor system and the artifact weapons, the gameplay will be much different from previous expansions. I look forward to the reworking of all of the classes, especially the changes that completely rework some classes. Some of my fondest memories have occurred on WoW whether it be bonding with real life friends, or meeting new friends through my guild. Although  I have never met most of my friends in real life, I still hold them to be some of my best friends. Many people say things like "its just a game, those you don't even know those people." But in my honest opinion the people I have met online are like another family, and I believe that there are many people who will agree with that

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
