Really looking forward to Legion! I'm excited to see class identity getting some much needed love. I'm also excited to see the new class halls and collect all the different artifact weapons!

One of my fondest WoW memories would have to be getting together each week with my very first guild to have guild meetings in what is now the Dwarven District bank. After the meetings, we would gather in The Barrens for world PvP at Crossroads. Fun times!

Here's hoping that Legion lives up to the hype!

Looking forward to some illidan stormrage kills in legion ('waves fist' get back down you, raids :D) and my favourite moment from previous expansions was leading my first guild in ZG back in vanilla.

I think I'll be looking forward to the Protection Paladin artifact inv_shield_1h_artifactnorgannon_d_01.jpgTruthguard and inv_sword_1h_artifactnorgannon_d_01.jpgOathseeker, the new wardrobe function and additional collections. A better way to hold all the things I hoard will certainly clear up my bags, however knowing my obsession with collecting I very much doubt the space will last me but I'd like to try and see how it holds up. I could clear my void storage and add it to my transmogrify tab! I can't wait to try it. Blacksmithing and Mining has me interested and I have adored professions in the past. I hope legion has a very complex and intriguing professions system this too I cannot wait to try out!

I previously loved Wrath and Pandaria and feel the story telling in-game was great and didn't rely upon you knowing the lore from external sources to understand the story entirely, both those expansions really told the story and got the players involved.

I have some concerns in Legion concerning Protection Paladins and their Haste-based active mitigation play style but without getting a feel for it myself I'll just have to pray to the light that they don't feel too clunky with all the changes they are making.

WOW! I am so excited that Icy-veins is now giving away beta keys! I have always wanted to join the beta and try out the newest content in legion!

The best part of the game that I enjoy most is the way WoD does for the story-telling. It feels so much more like a RPG, which is what MMORPG should be at its core. As well, I also like the variety of different ways that a player can interact with game contents, like garrison campaigns, bounous objectives, etc, besides just joining end-game raids. BTW, I always love the strategy guide Icy-veins provides for raids, which is extremely helpful, and I think it is one of the best.

What I look forward the most in Legion, is that they redesigned many classes to match the class fantasy, which further enhanced the RPG element of the game. I am so glad that Blizzard is doing this, because, again, RPG is the core of the game, rather than some restless raiding competition. Not to mention those artifact weapons are awesome!

I really look forward to the beta, and the official release, to experience all those exciting contents!

I am most excited about the new warrior talents right now.

But much more importantly, I am most curious about how raiding, instancing and the mechanics behind WoW will work in Legion and what sort of things we can expect in that area and if Blizzard will be able to improve themselves or if the game will be dumbed down.

And as God Emperor of Hunters I am obviously very interested in the developments surrounding the Hunter class.

On a sidenote, is this contest for Europeans as well?

In Legion I am looking forward to leaving my garrison, artifact weapons, legendary armor, PvP honor system, PvP template based balancing, revamped and smoothing of the classes with a focus on fantasy of the spec, and surprisingly over sized bobbers for fishing.

In the past I have enjoyed all forms of PvP, leveling characters, learning about gold farming (but never doing it), and grinding every heirloom (that dread pirate ring though).

Really excited for Legion. It was a great deal of fun accompanying Illidan in the heroic dungeon Well of Eternity and I am hoping that Blizz lets us have more adventures with him.

The artifact weapons look amazing. I saw a video that showed a raid boss fight in Legion, sorry don't remember the boss name or the raid name. But, there was a mechanic where members of the raid have to run to the outside of the room to eat cake before robots can get it. Sounds simple but that mechanic, besides being hilarious, has me hyped to get into some of the raids if that's how the mechanics are going to be in most of the raids.

Thank you for all the helpful info you've provided me with about optimizing my characters in WoW icy-veins team.

I'm really hype for the new PvP Honor system. I want to try out all my main classes to see and feel how the changes are. It'll be cool to see Illidan in glorious HD, too! biggrin.png

Hi guys,

Great contest and love the positive vibe =) .

For Legion, I'm looking forward to exploring the world and all the new dungeons, especially the new challenge mode structure.  No matter which expac, I get pretty pumped for it and normally take a week off work to simply immerse myself in the game and enjoy it full on.  My wife does the same.

As to fondest memories ... this is tough since I have so many, but I think the fondest is the night I first played WoW.  It was myself - my wife - and two friends, using trial keys I picked up at a Blockbuster video.  I just remember being absolutely floored that a world like Azeroth existed the way it did.  We played all night and have never looked back.

Cheers!

So looking forward to what happens with the storyline of Illidan Stormrage in this expansion and how exactly he is important for the Legion's victory. The excitement back in the day with the second expansion when you got to climb the Black Temple to face him after his defeat in Icecrown after following his story through the old Warcraft 3 games. This led me to wonder if Kil'jaeden would have a deeper use for him instead of just seek revenge for his failure that might show up in some future expansion such as this and now in Legion he's somehow the key to bringing forth the fallen Titan Sargeras? So curious for how this will unfold and now there are more and more hints that Illidan had some secret agenda against the Legion and that the Amalgam of Souls boss in the upcoming Black Rook Hold has something to do with Gul'dan severing Illidan's soul from his body. Can't wait to uncover the missing pieces and see how everything comes together.

But I do wonder if Kil'jaeden will return in this expansion and with the knowledge that the demons souls would just flow back to the Twisting Nether after being killed outside of it, might other big named characters like Archimonde and Tichondrius for example reappear?

One of my favorite parts of Warcraft III was traveling to the Sunken Isles and opening the Tomb of Sargeras.  I was entranced by the backstory section of the Warcraft III game manual... the story of the fallen titan and the formation of the Burning Legion.  While I never played WC1 or 2 it was a lot of fun getting to see the Legion's second attempt at dominating Azeroth while playing through WC3.  When WoW hit I was hoping to experience the Legion's 3rd shot at Azeroth and now with 'Legion" about to hit I'm hoping it's equally as enthralling as WC3 was!

I am looking forward to how the new legendaries will work actually, I find it interesting how they have designed that system and of course artifacts are fun. My oldest memory is when I made my first character and it was a gnome mage that I still have.

I'm looking forward to some spec revamps--some of the specs currently are just in a very bad place (warrior for example). I hope they can also get PvP right this time. WoD has been a complete disaster as far as PvP goes, and I would only consider myself slightly above casual in that field. While raids in WoD were good, they were definitely lacking in quantity. Let's bring back three-tiered expansions please!

The thing I am most excited about is artifact weapons and all the talent changes being made to the classes. So much potential this expansion!

My fondest memory would have to be downing Garrosh after many many wipes. I remember being there for the first time after downing the klaxi, doing the trash, and seeing him standing on the throne.

I'm definitely looking forward to the changes to all of the hunter specs. I'm going to have to keep researching on them though because i have no idea which one to pick, they all seem so fun! I previously loved how all of the raids have been contentiously improved since Vanilla and I hope this will continue.

Really really reallllllly excited for  all the class changes and emphasis on class fantasy. Many of the class changes look incredible. So much so I am having an increasingly difficult time deciding which class to main in Legion!

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
