Really looking forward to the continuation of the main background story. I love the lore and finally getting more Old Gods and Titans really gets me hyped. The new progression and 3-spec will allow me to choose any role i like.

The new dungeons and raids look great. The new Wardrobe finally frees up my bank and lets me play around with looks.

The overlall feel and look of Legion gets me excited.

I am looking forward to seeing each class specialization fell unique as well as the demon hunter. (Always wanted to be illidan) something I'm a bit worried about is the changes to brewmaster monk (my main) because I really like how they play now, though if I don't like it i can play a Druid or demon hunter.

My fondest wow memory is booting the game up for the first time as a 10 year old and being amazed at the size of the world and exploring it on my dwarf Hunter with no other goal than to look around and level on the side, just because it was fun!

I'm a little concerned how Legion will impact WoW. A lot of people are excited for artifact weapons, but I'm not. I think they may end up being a bad idea. This comes in two parts: 1) artifact weapons are these massively important plot line weapons, and we're going to use them either just for one expansion pack to be discarded in the next or we will be using them for the rest of the game--neither seems like a great choice to me. 2) This may be a minor problem, but there are some specializations (shadow priest) that have two different level 100 talents that have completely different itemization priorities. What if the weapon for that particular specialization has the wrong stats for one of the talents? Either the talent gets reworked, or, more likely, it sits there and does absolutely nothing as everyone is forced into one particular spec. I am super excited about the transmog closet, though! And I will wait and see on class halls.

My favorite moment in WoW... It's hard to pick and choose because there are so many of them. Perhaps it was mountain climbing between Loch Modan and eventually successfully climbing my way up to the Ironforge Airport in vanilla with one of my friends. Maybe stepping foot into my first raid in vanilla and having zero idea of what I was doing but knowing I wasn't screwing up the strategy when the raid leader was yelling at everyone else. Haven't stopped raiding since, other than when I took a break from WoW.

In past expansions I enjoyed doing world content outside of Raiding. Here's to hoping Legion will bring back the content I loved so much!

Awesome giveaway, I'm interested to learn/see more about the shadow priest insanity/voidform and how it compares to MoP/WoD spriesting. Shadow Priest tends to change a lot but it is one of my favorite classes - so, looking to check that out

As always, I'm definitely excited for the class changes. A lot of people complain about the pruning, which is kinda legitimate, but I'n really excited for the way they're making your talents sorta choose if you want to have a complex or simple rotation. I hope they do a lot with it. Also the hard focus on dungeons they're doing this time!!

My fondest memories are from raiding during Cataclysm, actually, for all the beef people have with that expansion. I played the Worst Warlock spec and i really hardcore raided for the first time, and aah it was so good. Cata Destro was my 10000000-button gcd-locked clunky baby and I'll miss it forever.

Well, I've enjoyed the PvE content in every expansion so far, and Legion is looking great so far!

Also, a new class to tank with is always welcome, so the expansion can't come soon enough!

Since vanilla wow Raiding was the one thing that kept me subscribed to WoW. So i am most excited for the new Raids and realy hope they will go back to the 3 Tiers per Expansion formula. And since i am Tanking in WoW since Wotlk i hope the Tank changes will play out nicely.

Hi there! I've been reading news posted here for a long time but this is actually my first comment on a post. "Hell, it's about time!"

Before I start, I wanted to thank you guys for the awesome content. I read every post about Heroes of the Storm, my main game at the moment, and I've stayed updated on WoW and HS as well. Thanks a lot from a former anonymous reader!

I am so excited for Legion. I used to play a lot of WoW during Vanilla, Burning Crusade and Lich King, and even since I stopped playing I have remained very passionate about the lore, and followed Deathwing's resurgence and Garrosh's fall from afar.

My bets memories are related to PvE. I loved cleaning Blackwing's Lair and Naxxramas in Vanilla, and especially Black Temple in Burning Crusade. My first encounter with Illidan in the Black Temple was the peak of my PvE career. The whole dungeon was so full of details, and I had waited for almost 10,000 years for Maiev's revenge. That moment was epic!

Naturally, seeing him again in Legion will be a big moment for me. I am very curious as to how things will turn out. Still, it is not Illidan but Sylvanas that I will follow very closely during Legion. Her appearance in the cinematic left me with the feeling she is going to play a big part in the events in Legion.

Can't wait to see what other people think!

I know this is fairly minor in comparison to all the other changes that are coming about in Legion, but I'm really looking forward to the mechanical pets that are being added.

My favortie WoW memories has to be working through the BC 5mans with my guild.  They were challenging and a blast to work through with 4 other buddies on voice chat.

That being said, Im most looking forward to the new Challenge Mode system in Legion. It promises to bring back that difficult 5 man experience, and I cant wait to blow an evening working through some of them with my guildies.

As an old skool lore junkie, I can't wait to see some of the storied quests leading up to and including the artifact quests. The lore and store of this game is so immense and immersive!

I'm an old WoW veteran (farmed up to 25 Lich King Heroic back in WotLK) but just haven't had the time to play WoW anymore because of many real life issues. I'm also a lore lover and I adore WoW's awesome lore.

Legion is bound to bring a great deal of lore (here's hoping Sargeras himself will show up) as well as really nice encounters and new mechanics.

Maybe I will even still have old friends from back then with whom I'll instance and PvE a bit. That was the best, 5-man running instances telling jokes all the bloody time.

Thanks for your attention.

Cheers for old Defias Brotherhood-EU Revelations if anyone's reading.

There are a lot if things I am looking forward to in Legion, but one of the best things for me is that you get another chance to kick Illidans Ass.

His first appearence in WOW was a littlebit disappointing, now Blizzard takes a second chance to give him a propper Place in WOW History.

Favorite moment in WoW of all time was when me and my guild back in WOTLK took down Putricide in ICC, it was a huge accomplishment and a great time! I cant wait for WoW Legion I've been waiting for the legion to return since BC ended and have ALWAYS wanted to play a demon hunter. The animations to the classes look so interesting and I cant wait to test them all out! SO pumped for Legion!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really looking forward to the Order Halls and the revival of Melee Hunters.

It's been a long time since Hunters got a real overhaul (last one that comes to mind was when they replaced Mana with Focus and removed Ammo), and I'm looking forward to seeing how the differentiated specs play out.

For what I'm looking forward to in legion...the transmog system. New raids and content and all that are going to be great...but emptying my inventory of some items I've held onto for nostalgia or appearance over 11 years of play would be best.

As for memories. There are a lot of moments in raiding in particular that stand out, good and bad...but I think the "last man standing, frostshock kill of Nefarian" in BWL was best, especially with all the buzz around frost shock at the time.

There's actually a ton I'm excited for. I know it's a controversial one, but I'm excited for the world drop legendaries if they stay in the game. I'm also excited for the demonology warlock changes. I'm hoping the professions take a step backward from WoD and become a bit more relevant again, especially the gathering professions. I felt like some professions ended up useless, like jewelcrafting when items no longer roll guaranteed sockets.

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
