I'm most excited for the changes to Combat into it's new form of Outlaw! I'll be excited to swap my main from an Arcane Mage to an Outlaw rogue and becoming the ULTIMATE trade troll by linking my artifact skin that looks like Thunderfury.

I do really look forward to Legion, been checking some of the alpha streams and I think it will be a really fun expansion. I hope they listen too feedback and change stuff like the extreme pruning going on but I still want to challenge Illidan again!

I really can't wait to get a hold of my Fury artifact weapons. They look amazing and I love how they feel for the class fantasy. And the fact that we get to put Gul'dan in the ground for good is a plus.

I'm looking forward to the PVP system and talents.  I did the grind back in vanilla, and I just want to be able to log on and play without being two shotted by folks in top season gear.  The talents provide a nice way to customize a character to make it just a bit different from all the others and keep people guessing.

I'm most looking forward to enh shaman actually having an on demand aoe, will make old raids so much more fun. My fondest memory is raiding molten core on my not yet 60 hunter, and passing on everything in hopes of getting the bow quest starter from majordomo.

the thing I'm looking forward to the most in legion has the be artifact weapons, I'm a big fan of the lore so being able to finally wield some of these weapons is amazing. One of my favorite moments from wow though before I got into raiding was doing the Wrath gate quest in Wrath it was such an amazing experience.

I'm looking forward to a couple things, but mostly the new Demon Hunter class because I've always loved them in W3, so why not try them in WoW. I'm also looking forward to some of the healing changes for paladins, which is my current main (at least for wod), so hopefully the new changes are fun.

The thing I'm most excited is the artifact system, to me it looks like a new way of character customization and personalization, many may disagree since everyone will have an artifact, but then you can always transmogrify it into whatever you like the most (I CAN WIELD FRIGGIN' ASHBRINGER, HELL YEAH).
Also, dropping legendaries isn't something that bothers me, the exact contrary. I love the Diablo way of "farming" items, and to me it's the most rewarding loots system ever, and seeing it into WoW makes me want to play more.

What I always liked about WoW in all those years are the zones (except the Outlands, ugh) and to me, even if I didn't like the last expansion very much, Draenor is the most amazing and beautyful questing-wise and look-wise zone in the World. (of Warcraft).

Thanks for doing the give away :)

Well, the thing I'm most looking forward to in Legion is, of course, the return of Illidan. I loved Illidan in WC3 and was very upset when he apparently "died" at the end of TFT. I remember being so excited when I discovered he wasnt really dead, then bitterly disappointed with how he was depicted in TBC. I'm hoping this time round they do him justice!

My favourite memory is from vanilla WoW - I was 15 at the time and I remember spending days/weeks on my first character in Dun Morogh. I only played the one character and at the time Dun Morogh seemed like a huge and endless expanse of snow. Eventually I got a quest that took me to Loch Modan. I've never experienced in a game since, the feeling of travelling through one of those tunnels in the mountains, (after having spent so much time in a white, snowy landscape) and coming out at the other end to the lush green vegetation of Loch Modan. Then, just a few moments later, I stumbled upon the huge enormous dwarf statues that guard the enterance to the lake. My teenage mind was blown. I don't think I'll ever experience that sense of wonder again.

Ah, perhaps my greatest thing to look forward to in Legion is the potential rebalance of PVP. In the current PvP meta, it is absolutely shocking that 95% of most players above 2.2k rating are all Alliance, simply because of the racial abilities.(I'm looking at you, humans!)

With the new PVP talents being brought in, I feel as if Alliance vs Horde ratio when it comes to Arena at least be somewhat balanced once again. It will feel as if we are working towards something as well with the new talents.

I am also looking forward to seeing the changes to my main class/spec, that is balance druid. I have mained it since late TBC up until this point, back in Season 5 when Starfall gained it's first buff, it made boomkin PVP viable and from that point it has gradually got stronger and stronger to the point now where it is actually deemed overpowered. I cannot wait to see if my favourite class and spec will have some skill put back into it, compared to now where I press one button and blow people up.

I should also say the new boomkin form looks amazing.

As a long time Guardian Druid, I am especially looking forward to the updated character models and their customization via the new artifact weapon(s). Therein it will be equally exciting to have a re-vamped tool kit for Guardian Druids and use the artifact trees to tweak performances of our beautiful new looking bears.

Every time a new expansion is released, friends tend to come back to try the new features (albeit less friends each time). I think what I am most looking forward to is reconnecting with friends from the past (those WoW only friends everyone makes) and remembering the good times. Life is different than it was all those years ago with responsibilities and commitments, but the memories of our achievements never stop putting a smile on my face.

Let me see the pvp overhaul!!!  Its been a long trip, id also like to see the legion lore.  Im looking forward mostly to the challenge modes.  I loved the MoP ones and the WoD ones were good too, but the Legion ones could add a new spice.

I am really excited for everything Legion is adding to the game.  The Demon Hunter and the updated specs like Survival Hunter and Demonology Warlock!  The new redesigned Challenge mode and raids like the Emerald Nightmare.  The updated PvP system and new arenas.  I'm sure I'm forgetting things, but those are just the few things off the top of my head.

Everything Blizzard is doing seems amazing and moving the game in a positive direction.  I can't wait to actually play it!

Where to start... I've only started playing WoW just over a year ago, but I've quickly been taken in by the intense amounts of quality story-telling, the rich vibrant worlds, and the amazing variety in gameplay that you get out of the game. It's tough to pick something I'm more excited about than the rest, but if I absolutely had to, I guess I'd say the lore. The story of warcraft has taken me in completely. Very rarely have I played a game that could even compete with the history, relationships, characters, motivations, and just sheer scale of the story and lore behind the game. For cryin' out loud the game has like 20 races with a full history and political scene for each of them, not to mention the myriad of factions, cults, alliances, etc. And the characters, oh my god. Fully fleshed-out characters with obvious, clear and logical motivations and strengths and weaknesses. They have logical, believeable relationships with one another that evolve in interesting and complex ways. They react appropriately to their character and when they falter it always feels like there's a reason behind it. All of this, while true and amazing, fails to mention that of every single character in every fictional work I've ever looked into, Illidan is BY FAR my favorite. I refuse to call him a villain, even if he was he final boss of Black Temple. I refuse to call him a hero, as he clearly was not. He was an ambitious and powerful.... person. More relatable and believable than any I've read. Betrayed and shunned by his people, who refused to see his sacrifices on their behalf for what they were. Driven mad by a mistake he made in his arrogance, to the breaking point of his very being... Shivers down my spine...

Anyway, I'm sorry, I've been rambling. I tend to get carried away with my happy rants. I'll cut it short here, but really, there's very little that I'm not excited about for Legion.

TL;DR I really love the story of Warcraft so lore is definitely my most hyped up aspect, plus Legion is my first experience with a new expansion in the game, so the hype is real!! Also, Illidan is the best. Period.

I can't wait for the awesome Artifact weapons, the New PvP system, but most of all the DEMON HUNTER!!!

Not to fond of the ability pruning though, but i have faith that blizzard will listen to the community, if the pruning gets too bad!

I miss the days when you had to run to the instance entrance though, i love the dungeon finder, but not the teleport to dungeon feature!

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
