Recommended Posts

i can't  wait to try the new artifacts system and the upgrades it will cause for each classes, and of course... can't wait to try the new hero class demon hunter and jumping around around and around through azeroth and enemies tongue.png .

i can still remember the first day i started playing world of warcraft with my friends, our first raid and battlegrounds... *__*, we were in Wotlk, and i still think it was the best expansion i played... maybe because it brings with it all my memories and achievement... our progress, our newbie moments... hahaha. and then.... when i found icy veins guides... everythink became clear and less difficult to understand thanks to your FREE work!! thank you!! YOU entered in my/our lives really soon, and you helped us to became what we are nowadays! wub.png tongue.png

In Legion I'm looking forward most to Demon Hunters and the artifact weapons, because they seem to be at least a little bit similar to the old talent trees, which I miss. As for favorite past experience, hands down it was meeting my wife. She brought me to Horde side and we still play together and raid regularly. Her engagement ring has the Horde symbol on it too lol.

I've been a melee die hard the 9 years I've been playing WoW.  I am very excited that hunter will be getting a melee spec.  I am a warrior at heart but lately the speed of rogue and monk have been fun to play around with so having demon hunter coming also very moment oriented seems fun also. Also all the new npc models and spell animations!  Man I can't wait!!

To be honest, I'm most excited for the Artifact weapon system and for the revamped PvP system. The current PvP system is a slow grind. And if you don't have great gear, you're pretty much just cannon fodder. Hopefully the new system will be much more enjoyable.

I kinda know that I'm not going to win. Hell's bells, I'm terrible at raffles and whatnot. But I see no harm in trying.

I'm seriously hyped for the artifact system and the intro scenario / quest line to get them. Currently playing warlock and I'm so exited for the affliction and demonology!

I'm really looking forward to the changes for enhancement shamans. I started playing my shaman during cataclysm because my raid needed that 6 second interrupt. At first I was scared of the changes that blizzard was making to enhancement shamans. I thought it might make me more like a warrior, but from what I've seen so far it seems I'll still have a unique play style, and I'd love the chance to try it out for myself.

The hype for Legion is real. From all the videos and streams, you can actually see how hard they are working to bring back the game to high standards. I'm very hyped with the next raids coming and the lore attached to it with all the new artifact weapons.

I'm really excited for the artifact system in Legion because of the interactions it brings with gameplay as well as the lore behind each which will make me want to obtain every one. My favorite moment in WoW has to be finally reaching max level for the first time in WotLK alongside my brother who I'd been leveling with since day one

I'm very excited for the updated animations and sound effects and looking forward to playing the changed classes and the new ones. It's all going to be fun at first because it's all new content. Demon hunters look very fun to play with all of the mobility and the broken isles content looks good as well. The leveling should be enjoyable like every expansion and I like the idea that you get to choose which zone you want to start at. The legendaries will be interesting but probably too strong since the item level it like 940 but there's a lot of new stuff coming in legion and it should all be fun to try out.

I joined into World of Warcraft about 6 months ago, when I got my first secure part-time job in college. I'm having a blast playing Warlords of Draenor, and now that Legion is coming out I've sorta kinda given up on trying to rush HFC content, and instead am leveling alts to get ready for Legion. I plan on maining either a Frost DK or an Arcane/Fire mage in Legion, and I am extremely excited to see the guides written by Icy-Veins to help me get into the action!

Can't wait for the new Talent-Tree hidden in the Artifact Weapons, hopefully giving back more complexity and diversity to our Playstiles . and Gimmicks. Uh-uh and Demonhunters.you know, on my personal Wishlist since.hopefully they won't mass-cut Things again.

I'm really interested in seeing the new demon hunter class, as Illidan has always been one of my favorite parts of the lore. Even besides that, BC was the most exciting xpac imo, and returning to all the things with Illidan will be cool. One of my fondest memories is finally being able to fly for the first time in Hellfire Peninsula.

In Legion I'm looking forward to try the new demon hunter class, but also to try the new transmog system, I'm completely out of bag space.

One of my fondest memories in wow was when I finally got Legacy to drop back in Kara, so long ago.

I'm definitely looking forward to trying out the Emerald Dream, and earning Doomhammer for my shaman even though he's a dwarf. The class areas look amazing from the previews and I can't wait to explore each one with all of my toons. Warlords was pretty good and it has gotten me excited for the release of Legion as wow continues to evolve and grow.

I'm most looking forward to awesome new ability animations for some of my favorite spells, like a way cooler fan of knives for rogues!

My fondest memory in Warcraft history was from when I first started playing back in The Burning Crusade. A few friends from school and I re-rolled alliance for the first time (I was a warrior tank), and we had a blast leveling and doing dungeons together every weekend.

Thanks for the chance to be in the beta!

My fondest moment playing WoW had to be in Mist of Pandaria when Season 12 ended (around the time the first big content patch came out). My friends and I had transferred over to Mal'ganis NA horde at the beginning of MoP to play arena and some raiding here and there. Half of us were gladiators (out of 6) and the others (including myself) were duelists so our expectations weren't high in terms of rating. We ended the season being ranked #1 in 5v5 and #1 in 3v3 (We had held #2 and #3 in 3v3 and #1 in 5v5 for most of the season). When I logged on after the season had ended and received my Malevolent Gladiator title, it was the happiest moment of my life. Keep in mind I was around 15 at the time.

For many reasons, mostly personal and unrelated to WoW, I quit 5-6 months later. I came back near the end of Warlords of Draenor and didn't enjoy it due to things such as skill pruning and the lack of balance in PvP. I'm excited and hopeful for Legion because I want to try a new challenge, Heroic/Mythic raiding, with my old friends from MoP as well as for the "class fantasy" Blizzard is going for. I'd be thankful for and enjoy a chance at playing the beta because as a broke college student $50 is a lot to drop on top of a monthly fee for a product I may or may not ultimately be satisfied with.

Thanks for your time.

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
