I really look forward to see the new Artifact weapons, PvP honor system and the new raids. From what I've seen and read, this seems a very promising expansion.

I'm genuinely looking forward to the survival hunter change, as I've sadly mained one for a few years, and the changes are making me look forward to actually playing him again. In the past I've enjoyed the story and look of the areas we visited, and just learning more about the people and environment. I hope in Legion they continue adding more info such as with the new nightborne, which I'm hoping means they will delve into the elf ancestry again. Thank you for hosting this giveaway, and I hope that the lucky people who win enjoy their time in the alpha! :)

Legion is pretty hype. Being a more hardcore PvE player myself can't wait to see the changes they are making and the playstyles that people will come up with. Also ARTIFACT weapons! Can't wait to play my feral druid :) Hoping to test things out on Beta to further improve my knowledge on the soon to be class changes.

Hello, I am really looking forward to Legion since it changes alot and makes for more fun gameplay, I've also played since TBC and not gotten a single beta/alpha key or invite, so it would be really fun to actually get one now and try it out. :)

While I played WoW in BC it wasn't until Wrath that I became a raiding member of a guild.  Since then it is the Wrath lore that I have always been the most in love with.  I am the most excited for the return to/ continuation of some of that Wrath lore in Legion.  There are so many great features to look forward to!  Besides the lore, I think the other thing I can't wait to do is run around Val'Sharah in stag form.  It just looks so beautiful!

What im looking forward most in Legion, you say? Well it has to be the new raids of course! Since setting up an raiding guild during the end of MoP, we are very eager to challenge those new bosses. Overall, my best memory in WoW goes back to Wrath of the Lich King where I got my 2h Sword from Onyxia even tho many people insisted it to be given for the better dps even tho I won the roll. That raid leader was an really honest and cool guy.

I am looking forward to be able to check out the methods on how the new healing classes will work and to compare them to how the are now and how they will pan out in the new expansion.

I am perticulary looking forward to the new emphasis on 5-man-dungeons. Since my daughter i haven't had time to raid competitively, so giving people a more condensed version of that sounds like a great idea to me. Furthermore, I feel like this is a chance to make the game more social again, since a well-attuned group normally outperforms a freshly formed group, which incentives players to foster relations to the other group-members. Community and comradery are key elements of a mmorpg, so anything that supports these elements has a fairly good chance to improve the game experience, in my opinion.

Also I can't wait to get my hands on the new Demon Hunter class, which looks visually stunning and seems to have quite a bit more depth than a lot of people thought, so far anyhow.

biggrin.pngcool.png

Though, I most likely will end up leveling most of the classes to level 110 since I really enjoy questing and leveling in WoW. Thus I am kind of sad that we will only have 5 new leveling zones at launch. The scaling and the artwork appear to be decently redeeming features on the other hand.

Coming to a conclusion: seems like I just have to wait until I can test the content firsthand to form a real opinion in this matter.
See you all in the Beta?! :P ;)

I'm so excited to kill Gul'dan and Illidan (again *-*), I have been playing WoW for a very long time (not so much in the past year), and definitively I have a special affection for The Burning Crusade and The Wrath of the Lich King expansions. Because some of the most memorable moments in my love affair with World of Warcraft happen during these patches. Probably the most memorable of those moments was during a Trial of the Crusader 10-men raid, where I was playing with a Elemental shaman and the whole raid died for Icehowl, leaving only my shammy, the Tank Paladin and a beast with 5% of health to fight for their lives. Then using all my skills and hearing the whole group cheering in my ears, I healed the Tank, healed myself and also hit the damn boss until the beast was dead. Hear everybody screaming and saying I was the best Shaman they had seen was the most epic moment that I can remember while playing WoW... Wish I could live that moment again.

I've enjoyed the storyline in many of the expansions and learning the roles of different classes.  In Legion I look for to exploring the artifact weapon system, playing the new demon hunter class, and checking out the new transmog system.  smile.png

My favorite wow memories were defeating the lich king and the first time hitting 2300 to unlock all the pvp rewards with my friends.

Looking forward to the new pvp and transmog systems and to see whats in store for professions in legion.

Gratz on 5 years Icy Veins!

I am very excited about the potential class individuality the artifact weapons and class halls could bring such as class specific quests, new class features, etc. However, I am concerned with how the artifact weapons combined with the legendary items in legion could take away item progression in multiple slots such as we experienced with the cape in MOP or with the ring slot in WOD.

I'm really looking forward to the lore as well as the new DH class and artifact weapons. My favorite memory from WoW was entering Ashenvale for the first time and really feeling the conflict between the Night Elves and the Orcs.

I'm really excited about the new addon and all the new features, such for example the new transmog system or the new PvP system. WoD is getting boring to do the same thing over and over, it's time for something new!

My favoriet memories?

Open PvP at Gurubashi Arena, with a premade group of 3 people simply destroying everything despite that we were less people than the other groups was really fun happy.png

In Legion, I am really looking forward to all of the legendary items that we will be able to obtain. I am also looking forward to the new storyline, as that has been my favorite part of World of Warcraft since I started. In the past, I've also enjoyed the way flying has been incorporated into the game (ex: draenor's pathfinder and pandaria's wisdom of the four winds). I'm also super excited for the chance to get a beta key, I love testing games :)

Legion is actually look pretty amazing so far, i'm trying not to get too excited about it. I was very excited about Warlords of Draenor and thought that it looked amazing prior to its release, but imo it was the worst expansion to be released thus far. I am largely looking forward to Demon Hunters in Legion. Ever since Burning Crusade I have been waiting patiently for them, the time has come. My fondest moment in wow was back in WoTLK and Cataclysm raiding with my guild full of real life friends. Probably the most fun I ever had in this game was raiding 10 mans with them. Most of them have quit the game however :(

Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
Our guide offering is currently as follows:
Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
