Icy Veins' 5 Years Anniversary: 200 Legion Beta Key Giveaway

Recommended Posts

Since wc3, warcraft always gets me excited as never before, same as Legion (probably same again further expansions biggrin.png). I am living in warcraft universe since then. No matter what they do in WoW I will always support as I can because I trust Blizzard, they always come up with awesome things and they know what they doing.

I'm really excited for the new transmorg and artifact system. Can't wait for it. smile.png
I'm not a hardcore raider, just a guy who enjoy to game for it's details.. In the game there is lots of possibility. And it's amazing. Blizzard with the new expansion maybe can save the wow. I hope they will^^.

Personally I'm looking forward to nearly every aspect of Leigon, but if I had to pick one I was most looking forward to it has to be the new landscapes and zones being added.

One of my fondest memories of WoW Is the first time I ever took a flight path, It was from stormwind to Ironforge. Just seeing areas like Dun Morogh and Burning steppes was amazing.

I can't wait to wield my ashbringer against the Burning legion. Also to play as my rogue sitting at the table with all those legendary lore characters at my side, planning our next move againt the demons, beneath the sewers of Dalaran.

All i want to say that everything is awesome and i can't wait to play it..

Well..? I good moment for me in the game? It's hard to find one, because i have so many. :D

Never really signed up before on the site though I've always enjoyed reading the guides about classes (and get tips on how to play better).
As for Legion: I am really excited for the class changes. Finally Warlock won't be a "buffed Mage" anymore but rely on demons as the class (specc) should've been in the first place. I just hope that there will be more class quests as well as one of the best experiences I ever had in WoW was when I first started and I always got so happy when I got a quest to learn a new summon :)

Although when all said and done, I do not enjoy the current state of WoW.
Players who wish to get into a bit of casual raiding are pointed towards LFR and will not receive a chance anymore in Normal, even though LFR is EXTREMELY boring.
The LFG tool makes the world look so incredibly small. I feel like it would've been a better tool if it didn't include the "Random Dungeon" feature and didn't teleport you to the Dungeon.
The quest streamlining, although very useful to tell a story, killed the exploration aspect of the game for me. Just going around, finding new quests and finding awesome parts in the zone which were nicely hidden.....

Legion seems to fix a lot of the issues though. I just hope that they'll find ways to repair the social aspect of the game as well :)

The main thing I'm looking forward to is the changes to Rogues and how they will work out. I have been playing Rogue for about 8 years now and this is the first huge change to the class. The Outlaw spec looks very interesting in my opinion.

I've been playing World of Warcraft since I was 14, maybe even when I was 13, I'm 23 now, so that's 9/10 years ago! I joined in The Burning Crusade and was a hard core raider in Wrath of the Lich King, Firelands and a little bit of Pandaria, but I didn't like Pandaria that much.
My main is a Warlock since I've started playing, and now with Legion coming out, I am super excited because I loved the whole demons and burning legion idea because it's kinda the Warlock era biggrin.png !

At the moment I have a Alpha for Legion but it will end soon, I would love to continue in the beta of Legion!
http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/twisting-nether/Suii/simpleis my Warlock, I used to be an Undead, but had a beauty make-over!  cool.png

Really hope that Draenor designers got fired. Must be the case, since I can't really wrap my head around the idea that same minds that came up with crap like Everbloom or Highmaul could deliver such things as Eye of Azshara or Emerald Nightmare raid. Design of the PVE content in Legion promises huge things, hope Blizzard will deliver and even expand it with content patches, again unlike Draenor. And I really wonder who will be the main villain of the expansion, will we fight Azshara in the last raid? Illiadan? Avatar of Sargeras? Can't wait!

Really looking forward to see how the whole Emerald dream hype is being presented throgh out Legion.

I've been playing since release, and have been following the story on the sideline, and with everyone going "we need ED" well, now we actually get to see some of it.

The artifact system seems solid, but I am curious to having 1 weapon through the entire expansion will make raiding feel odd since we dont have to hunt for that Best-in-slot weapon.

I've been playing druid for 11 years, and finally get to have a choice on how my cat / bear looks - its hands down the best thing about this :D

I am really looking forward to Legion because it just seems like an overall great expansion. The think I am most excited for has to be the new Arifact system, I like it so much I am thinking about rolling a ret pally solely for the Ashbringer, I just love that weapon so much. The fondest memory I have in WoW has to be downing the Lich King and just watching that final cinematic, I still watch it whenever Im in Dalaran.

What do I expect from legion?

Good question, cause' I'm just a collegian!

Who love to explore;

New things and new world of warcraft lore!

I would enjoy pretty much the same stuff;

New instances, raid and more druid buff!

I would love to test demon hunter;

And maybe make it my main character!

And in the end I will tell,

While casting new spell:

,,I hope magic won't disappear each time we trip;

In this World of Warcraft battleship!”

As a paladin main and mostly a pvp player i can't wait to test the new pvp system and the retribution changes(hope paladin's will finally stop being the pseudo-support they are and finally get the kill potential they deserve like every melee class).
On the other hand,the healing change is quite interesting and might help me in getting back in pve again.

      Today, we release our Path of Exile site. It is not entirely finished yet, but the content is there and we felt comfortable sharing it with Path of Exile players from our current audience.
      This is a project that we have been working on for quite some time (so nothing to do with the recent Diablo announcements or lack thereof). We developed a CMS from the ground up, using our many years of experience with Icy Veins as a basis for the various features we required on the publishing side of the site. We also added things such as a proper item database or a dev tracker. These are things we can't have on Icy Veins, because the tech the site is running on would not permit it. Hopefully, one day we can run Icy Veins on our new tech and do all these things, if we feel like it.
      As I was saying above, the site is not 100% ready, but it is very close in terms of features. We worked hard in the past two weeks to fix all major bugs, so that end users can have a smooth experience, and we have enough content to cover the currently most popular builds. So we are waiting for your feedback!

      Currently you will find the following things on the site: guides and news for Path of Exile, an item database (still missing out a couple of base items), a dev tracker (Official Forums + Twitter + Reddit), and of course forums where people can discuss about that game.
      Our guide offering is currently as follows:
      Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist Build Arc Mines Saboteur Build Guide Glacial Cascade Mines Saboteur Build Guide Ancestral Warchief Ascendant Build Guide Ascendant Hit Elemental Build Guide Aurabot Ascendant, 8 Auras Build Guide The Cleave Ascendant Build Guide Herald of Agony Occultist Build Guide Frostbolt/Glacial Cascade Totems Hierophant Build Guide Uber Labyrinth Farmer Juggernaut Build Guide Rain of Arrows Deadeye Build Guide Tornado Shot Deadeye Build Guide The Baron Zombies/Skeletons Necromancer Build Guide Toxic Rain Pathfinder Build Blade Flurry Gladiator Build Guide Spectral Throw Raider Build Guide Cyclone Slayer Build Guide We also have a beginner guide for fresh exiles.
      With all that said, we're hoping to see you on that new website and are looking forward to your comments!
      Please welcome our newest website on Path of Exile!
