Just can't wrap my brain around destro pve

I have been playing for some time now and decided to revisit my main of whom I was mainly using for PVP purposes, now I thought I would like to go PVE as well on Destro.

I know about the rotations and am happy with my talents adn such but recently I have been trying to play around with the stats I followed a few gems guides but when i have played with the stats my dps always fluxuates and keeps getting worse

Looking at your character won't help identify your DPS issues. We need logs and examples of what you are doing to find out what's wrong. Can't fix a car by looking at the roof...gotta open the hood, get greasy, and find what's wrong.

weird this doesn't parse for being a 5 man. i guess world o' flogs doesn't break it down for 5's?

You can utilize the Analyze feature to find damage on a certain mob and use the Zoom In function to pull out a piece of data. Useful for finding damage in a particular time frame. I pulled that he hit 75k on Xin the Weapon Master while the Monk in his party hit 125k.
