Stating Rogue, need to know best PvE specs and stat priorities please and why

hello, i am thinking about starting myself a new rogue for high end PvE content, planning on going for realm 1st as well as my mage so i got two classes for the fights to proceed through them quickly from 5.4 when garrosh enters, i would like to know what the best dps spec currently is and what stat priorities and weopons should be used as i would like to go through them fast.

For the best DPS spec, it seems to be Assassination, currently.
