Tsulong 10m Normal Troubleshooting

Hey guys. Me and my crew been running Tsulong 10 man normal a couple nights now and we keep hitting the same wall (enrage). None of us can work out why and we're really stumped. Please could any of you take a look at our logs and help us. What are we missing? Would be much appreciated
