One tip that you may want to add to "take a breather" 

 

If you jump right before activating that ability, you will still channel it even while moving through the air. This makes you less stationary and vulnerable and is especially useful around corners.

Roadhog's "Take a Breather" has been changed to charge your ultimate.

Possible typo:

"and then yourself up at the end." maybe should read "and then -heal- yourself up at the end"
