I'm swapping to mage for legion.

Now, for my prefered NPC to see in the class hall, I'd really love to see Korialstrasz. He's an interesting character, and I don't know if he is in new Dalaran currently, but he should be more tied to the mages, and given a more prominent spot as a representative of Alexstrasza.

But wait, I'm not done! For my bonus answers, I bring up two mages that have lost their relevancy since the Cataclysm: Theocritus of the Tower of Azora, and Morganth of Redridge. Theocritus (also the name of the creator of Greek Bucolic poetry in the 3rd century BC) is an eccentric mage with perhaps a greater than is appropriate interest in gnomes, and a deep hatred for Morganth. There used to be a kill quest given by Theocritus for Morganth, but with this gone from the game, maybe one of both of these mages can show up arguing with each other in the Mage Class hall as some comedic relief.

I'm planning on playing my Troll Shaman as a main in Legion, even though my main right now is a Guardian Druid. Even though i'm planning on playing the Shaman, i will consider of a few classes like Demon Hunter, Fury Warrior and Guardian Druid.

As a Shaman there is no one else you should pick as favorit class NPC than Green Jesus himself, the one and only Thrall, but i still have a few other favorites, like Varian Wrynn :'( and Illidan.

Best of luck to everyone entering the giveaway and hope i'll see you in Beta or at the Launch.

My main in Legion will most likely be Mage, the class i played through Hellfire Citadel. My favourite Mage NPC that i hope is in my Class Hall is none other than MILLHOUSE MANASTORM! I would especially love if you could talk to him and he would comment on his wife being locked up somewhere close-by...... too close...

Favourite class definitely warlock.

Was my first pick when i started (even though i melee/voidwalker leveled him back then to save mana ) rip old days

The class fantasy was always there, and it is the darkest of them all.

For the npc who really spoke to me was actually Kanrethad Ebonlocke with his quest to actually become a demon.

Now it would really be nice that he could be placed inside our demonic class hall in his banished form as a constant reminder that i wooped his ass.

Been all about Priest Mains for a while now! At one time, I had 3 of them max level xD

Someone who I'd like to see: Probably Moira Bronzebeard. There's a lot of mistrust around her and you can't help but be wary especially after she offered to help Varian in Blood in the Snow. Just makes you think she must have some masterful plan, we know she just can't wait until her son comes of age and can rule the Dwarves! It'd be great to see her there, maybe seeing more of what she has going on. Or maybe she's just misunderstood... xP

I am going Warrior.  Still not 100% sure which spec I want to start with between Arms or Fury.  I am really excited about their new animations, the Warrior Class Hall, and the improvements made thus far to the class!  Warrior has been my "Main" since 2005.

Druid is love, druid is life. My first main was a mage, and have a few other characters I might test out here and there, but I love the aesthetic, utility and variation that druids have. Also bear tanks are dope.

While I love WoW I'm actually not a huge fan of the NPC's, they're mostly forgettable. However, Tabetha in Dustwallow Marsh from the good old mage wand quest in vanilla always sticks to my mind for some reason.

My favorite class is rogue.  The stealth mechanic is just too much fun.

My favorite rogue NPC is Vanessa VanCleef.  I love her voice in the Deadmines.  I could listen to her all day.

Good luck everyone!

I have played my hunter for two years. My first expansion was WoD and I will still be a hunter in Legion. It is a very fun class and I am very excited to play it when the expansion launches. Needless to say, I am also very excited to participate in the beta! As to what specialization I am going to play, I have not decided yet. Both Marksmanship and Beast Mastery look promising.

I have not yet seen the hunter Order Hall in great detail so I do not know which NPCs are in it. But I would like to see Lady Sylvannas in it.

Good luck to everyone that entered the giveaway! :)

Demon hunter will be my main in Legion, have been honestly waiting to play the class since its introduction in Warcraft III. I love the theme and style and can't wait to give them a go in the beta. Coincidentally, Illidan is my favorite character in the greater Warcraft universe, and having him in your order hall would be amazing but I am realistic that it isn't likely to happen.

The Illidan novel was amazing as an aside, if you haven't checked it out yet do so as quickly as possible!

I am pretty certain I will be switching to shadow priest when Legion hits. I really love the new play style for them and I am a sucker for Old god lore and love how they are based around going insane :) My priest is currently an alt, and I am excited to play it more progressively in Legion. It is currently Undead, but I think I will switch to a Troll because I love Vol'jin! He is my favorite character because has some cool lore and went against Garrosh! For the Horde! tongue.png

Good luck to all and Thankyou for this opportunity!

Started out in vanilla as a Warlock then in BC changed to a Mage and now I've been a Hunter since mid MoP and plan to stick with it. However with a new class coming out I will want to see how it plays.

My main in Legion will be Rogue Out of law, because i like the gameplay of rogue in general and big weapons. And this time, Rogue Out of law will be a little different. It will be a nice time to discover this spec. My favorite NPC will be Sylvanas, because she is cool ...

I'll stay with my resto druid, proudly member of the Cenarion Circle since the good old days. I guess we'll have the opportunity to meet Arch Druid Hamuul Runetotem again, our very first Druid mentor.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
