Since MOP Ive been Monk, but I think is time for a change. Im still undecided between DK and DH. Both artifact, gameplay and campaings looks great for me. My favorite NPC is probably General Nazgrim, and when we had to kill him in Siege it break my heart. But who knows, nobody stays dead for too long (Death Knigh campaign *cough cough*)

I will be playing Disc/holy priest in legion, cant wait to test the changes for disc i like when the playstyle is a bit unique.

had been nice if lady liadrin was a priest but since she became a paladin i will choose iridi from the Night of the dragons novel

Good luck every one!

May the odds be in your favor!

Resto Shaman: giving your life (and of the all raid) back by the force of the spirits (and so powerfull totens) since 2004 - The mana used for this will be discounted raidly in your repair and in your patience, in any case of disliking the product put the fault on hunters or other healers. But speaking serious, I play resto shaman since the early pandaria and is the most fun healer that I play, the "Lay on Hands" with your Healing Surge and the Totens that call back from the grave all raid members are the most wonderful things. The Ner'zhul back again would be awesome.

I have made a switch from Warrior, to Mage. i like the ranged playstyle alot better and its just a really comfortable class, my favored NPC lore wise is Khadgar, he is really going for the new guardian thing. (as long as they keep me'dan far away lol) i think he has alot of potential and i really cant wait to see what story revolves around him in Legion. about the mage class it self, ive looked into it and for now i think fire is going to be the spec imma start with. i would love to play it now if it werent so RNG.

thats my plan for legion! :)

I'm an incurable altoholic. I have been for years, I make a character, lvl it up, play a bit and then get bored with it, I went throught it every expansion, I started as Paladin, then DK in WotLK, then SPriest in Cata and part of Panda now it's my Hunter. She was made a very long time ago, started out as a dwarf, but I left her to rot for a while, changed her to draenei at some point as well and lvled a bit, but didn't really come back to her in Panda. She's been my main ever since and I think she'll be still in Legion. I do plan to make a DH of course, even have a name reserved. But definitelly gonna start with my Hunter. Can't wait for Hunters to go back to staves and polearms!

As for my hunter NPC, I just wan't to see Alleria Windrunner in WoW!

I will be playing my hunter for Legion. Always enjoyed the ranged mobile play style. For hunter NPCs I'd have to say the Windrunner sisters are pretty interesting. They are also the server I picked before I knew anything about Warcraft lore.

Paladin for life. Been a holy pally since WotLK and its the most fun I have had playing a healer.

As far as NPC paladins go Tirion Fordring all the way.

I will be sticking with hunter in legion although I want to level alts for all the other classes so I can do all the different class campaigns.

Favourite hunter has to be Rexxar who already happens to be in the class hall luckily for me

I´ll stay on my mage, turning the legion into crisps one at a time. And I´m curious about seeing Medivh there, would be cool to learn some tricks from him.

I will be choosing Death Knight because when i first started playing back in Mists and was levelling a warrior I found out that I could make a Death Knight at lvl 55 and since then I loved the diversity and unique play style that comes with it. I would love to see Darion Morgraine again as I enjoyed the lore in WoTLK and what he could bring in terms of lore to legion like where has he been whats new with the ebon hold.

Been playing since Vanilla as a Fury Warrior but to the End he got boring like hell.
Then when Legion got announced a Hypetrain went throuh my Veins, letting me know my new Destiny
will be the Demon Hunter (Havoc ).
Went 1 1/2 years into BT just to get my Glaives..  I love fast attacking playstyle and i really do love
this Weapontype.
Surely i want to see Illidan (my Master) @ Orderhall :D

My main in Legion will be my Mage. I've played it for many, many years and I have always had it as my main.

As for what NPC I'd like to see with the class hall I wish/hope Khadgar would have something to do with the Mage class hall as well as the story.

I will be maining monk this season, mainly windwalker, and mistweaver for pvp, though I may change mid season depending on how fun mage mage is. My favorite class npc is Taran Zhu because of how peaceful and wise he is, but my favorite mage npc is definitely janna just because she's an Albatros

I am a somehow returning WOW player, used to play all day long during WOTLK, played a couple of months at the start of cata, came back for longer period for MOP and spent just a month on WOD.

It is really a difficult choice for me (talking about my main class in legion). I used to main death knight all these years, made warlock because of demo revamp in MOP but apart from that I was always a death knight.

I'm considering overall 4 classes.

DK - all specs

Warlock - demo/affli (never destro, too much like a mage to me)

DH - well I fanboy Illidan

Paladin - prot/retri (dreanei one with some tbc set i remember + this dreaneish prot paladin artifact appearance, yeah i'm considering it just because of appearance)

From lore's perspective I would pick DH or DK. I always loved Illidan and DHs in general but now that they are playable in WoW even thou I wanted it to happen - it just doesn't feel special anymore.

I love shadowy themes thats why Warlock/DH/DK.

I think that in the end i will probably pick DH or DK. While DH seems to be fun, DK got a lot of love this expansion. Awesome lore, that pvp and pve lich-king like armour set. For a while blood even had blood beasts as a talent (saurfang roleplay intensifies). I would love to test both DH and DK before legion comes.

And about the other question - I think I would love to see Kel'thuzad return as a major lore character(not necessarily a boss) and to see him in Acherus.

And as DH well I would love Illidan to be in the garrison but maybe it would be more fitting to have him out in the world fightning demons.

I voted for Paladin as my main for Legion, I've always played a paladin and I hope Blizzard will make the experience even better. Regarding which class NPC I would like to have in my class hall I'll vote for Uther the Lightbringer, I loved him since he helped us defeating Arthas in ICC and I was attracted by his lore so much that I took ispiration from his story to create my D&D character.

Rogue is without a doubt my favorite class.  There is something that fills me with joy when stun locking my foes and watching panic fill their eyes as they realize their impending doom.  As for my favorite NPC, I have the utmost respect for Sylvanas Windrunner. Despite her being a ranger, I feel she has a very rogue-ish attitude, and I would love to see her hanging about the rogue hall.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
