Got a bunch of classes at max level, i call  the warlock  my main char for a few expansions now. Unfortunately i really do not like the direction of both affliction and destruction, neither the developers' idea of class fantasy. So it's a toss up between fury, unholy and vengeance with DH having the edge.

Good luck y'all.

My main is going to be a Warlock, I have mained one since the first couple weeks of Vanilla. Gul'dan is arguably my favorite Warlock NPC. While I disagree with what he does with his life, his power is very respectable.

I'll be trying the guardian druid: from the alpha + beta videos it seems to be a very well-rounded tank. I've mained a BM monk for the last 2 expansions, but the changes it receives in Legion really made me question my class choice. Overall, maybe the BM monk won't be so bad, but the guardian druid seems AWESOME, especially those artifact claws. :D

As for favourite NPC, I'd like to see and avatar of Ursoc in my class hall, to guide me in the many challenges I will be facing wielding its claws against the Burning Legion.

I will be maining a Druid for the versatility and the excellent class fantasy of a being at one with nature itself. My favorite druid lore character is Hamuul Runetotem because he best represents my character as a Tauren druid and is the only Horde character to reach the status of Arch Druid, that is until my character rises through the ranks in Legion!

I am looking forward to play my Hunter in Legion, as I have in the previous expansions.

Hoping that beast mastery will be decent though, was always my favorite specc, loving the ability to look everywhere for new possivle pets.

As a Hunter, I have to pick Rexxar as my favorite class NPC, I am excited that we get to see him again in the hunter order hall, was thrilled about his appearance in WoD aswell.

I will be sticking with my DK in Legion for my main, I love the class and know it inside and out such that if I swapped mains it would be far too jarring to me.

Seeing as he's already there I will be able to enjoy his return, however I would pick Koltira Deathweaver as one I want to make an appearance considering he's been locked up by Sylvanas for so long.

Definitely staying hunter, can't wait to try out survival.

I always liked Wrathion and it does suck that he just disappeared after MoP.

I will play Demon Hunter this expansion just because its something new and fresh and I have been keeping away since WoD.  This whole expansion is very exciting!

Im Going back to my roots. To the very beginning. I started this game back in 2004 at 17 years old as a Tauren Druid. I still have that character. I will be using him in Legion and exploring which specialization will best suit me as my tastes have changed over the years. With that being said, one of my favorite NPC's is Hamuul Runetotem because he believes in balance and one of the very few tauren druids in the cenarian circle. His ability to see past the races and factions for the good of Azeroth has allowed him to ascend to a level of great power as an ArchDruid.

Planning on maining a rogue in Legion as I've always loved stealth as a class fantasy but never liked the gameplay before which has changed with the way the rogue appears to play in Legion

As for NPCs I'd love to see Blizzard change their minds, implement Tauren rogues, and make Gamon an NPC in our class Hall as the first of his kind to become a rogue :D

My main will be Blood Elf Priest. I actually choose my Priest as i needed a new healer. She right now my most geared character. If I have time I would like to gear up my Night Elf druid and play as restro, and thus I will also comment with a Night Elf restro druid class in mind, although I might roll it out for the Sin'dorei. I have played since Vanilla, and a Druid NPC which has ALWAYS been close to my heart is Mathrengyl Bearwalker. He is a level 40 Druid Trainer in Darnassus Conclave if I remember correctly. He is so important, because when I was but a novice druid, he lead me onto the path of the great Bear, and also when i was to get my sea-lion form. However his gratitude didn't end there. Also when I had to collect morrowgrain from Un'goro Crater he aided me and could answer any question you had. You felt that Arch Druid Staghelm was always too busy with the Cenarion Circle and acted very arrogantly and bossy, whereas Mathrengyl was ever so polite and friendly. I love to have him in my Grove. He is a true Sensei to any druid.

I'm going to be playing my undead priest - she is my first "main" and has always been my favourite (possibly the fact that she can just eat anything and never puts on weight!).  She's also the guild leader so I feel it appropriate she is first .. dual specced holy/shadow.  Interested to see the changes coming, especially for shadow.

Not very priesty, perhaps, but I'd like to see Sylvanas there in my class hall - she's just bad-ass tongue.png (also one sexy looking lady!)

DK is my class of choice! Darion Morgraine is the current favorite NPC.

I'd really want to see ressurected Uther Lightbringer as an undead champion of light in Legion in DK class hall.

I will be playing a hunter, most likely a BM main spec with MM off-spec.

As for which NPC I would like to see in my class order hall: well, he is already there, but I am going to reiterate! Rexxar! He is the everything hunter hero in this game, except perhaps for the current MM class fantasy, but certainly for SV and BM. The old-school beast masters could call on the animals in the wild to come and fight and support them and that is what the BM spec is able to do (as controversial as it is) and his dual-wielding abilities of course put him closer to SV right now.

Rexxar!

My main is going to be a Death Knight!

I'm hesitant if I want the Lich King or Darion Mograine in my order hall but im going to go with Lich King because I find him more badass.

Demon Hunter will be my new main.  I had a Paladin main for about 6 years and its by far my favorite class so I will have to level it up for the Lore.  Even though I played Horde for just about my entire WoW career, Uther the Lightbringer is by far my favorite paladin.  Probably stemming from Warcraft 1 - 3.

As for the Demon Hunter ... Illidan has always been one of my favorite characters.  During the burning crusade, I would have loved to been able to side with him.

I will be playing a Combat (Outlaw) Rogue, been playing the same toon since WoW started and don't intend to stop now.  Although the class name has changed and I'm sure the rotation and other abilities will change it will be a learning experience at first until the right combination will be found to get that perfect setup and gear. The NPC I"d like to see make an appearance in the class order hall would be Mathias Shaw or Edwin VanCleef.  Doing the rogue quests in Vanilla and being "attuned" to certain dungeons was one of the many things that made WoW great....not that it isn't still great, but as the years have passed the game has been "dumbed down" which is a shame.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
