I will be playing my windwalker monk. Been hooked on this class since mop and havn't stopped playing it since. From what i can see the changes seem fun (untested since No Alpha/Beta Club) and im really looking forward to trying this on my own.

Im not a new player, my account is made the day the game released in Europe. It has been active ever since with an exception in Cataclysm, where i had alot of work so i couldnt really play so the last part of cataclysm i didnt play.

The class npc im looking forward to be seeing on the wandering isle, is not just one. Since monks are about harmony, and no dwarf monk is at harmony with some drinking buddies.

So from the Horde side i hope i will be seeing

Ting, Strong of Stomach

and from the Alliance i hope to be seeing

Liu of the bottomless Tankard

Imagine the conversation you could be listening too!

I will keep playing my Resto Druid, and I'm very happy to know that Brightwing will appear in the Dreamgrove. She's my favorite HoTS character.

The class i am going to main in Legion is the Demon hunter. Ever since i first saw illidan i though how cool it would be to play a demon hunter and have wanted one for many years. I will be leveling my Demon hunter first and i will make sure it is outfited with the best i can get as far as bags and items. and i personally think it would be awsome storyline wise to have illidan become good after defeating him and him be in your class order halls for Demon hunters with you being in charge now and him giving you guidance on what not to do.

Frost DK, since the class has been growing onto me... Freezing everything with my cold undead runic powers

Would like to see abit more Thassarian aswell, since I'm alliance... Molded my DK to look abit like him (Shame we can't have the same face as him :p)

I picked Demon Hunter because it is a class play style that I have been watching very closely and a class who's lore has interested me very much.

Unfortunately there are not that many Demon Hunter NPCs in the game that have had such a huge inspiration to me other than the obvious Illidan Stormrage. I would like Illidan in my order hall because he seems like a leader for the Illidari that can show them their true goal to save the world of Azeroth from the burning legion. Illidan Stormrage has always been an iconic figure in the Warcraft series, and I would love to see him do it again against this even more powerful invasion of the legion.

I am looking forward to playing a Paladin in Legion.  I have played the class since April of 2005, and I have never tired of it.

My favorite Paladin is Bolvar Fordragon, because of the sacrifice he made during WotLK.

Even though im a shadow priest main since ever, its very likely this will be no longer the case.

I love what they did with the shadow specc and i will continue to play him as a twink, but my main focus will change to the warlock.

Demonology took my attention since the reveal of the artifact weapon, but the other two specs look like fun too.

As long as they don't change the complete gameplay, theres a new warlock among us biggrin.png

My favorite npc is wilfred fizzlebang, maybe we can call him out of the twisting nether =p

I'll probably be a balance druid because well they've been fixed and they look fun to play. And my favourite druid NPC is Celestine of the Harvest.

I love my Death Knight but I also like to explore different ways of experiencing the game. I think Demon Hunter will add a new dimension and twist to the good versus bad thread that runs through the game :). My favourite class NPC is Darion Mograine.

I am really looking forward to the enhancement shaman changes, I mained one in WoD and will keep doing so in Legion.

My favorite shaman NPC would probably be Akama, even though some people say he's more of a rogue/shaman hybrid.

To me he is the most badass melee shaman NPC in the game.

If only those awesome scythes of his were available in-game...

Will main Demonology warlock, the redesign looks incredible, can't wait for it. The Black Harvest story line always intrigued me, specifically Kenrethad, unfortunately i killed him, so the other Black Harvest members will have to do lol (So I guess Jubeka Shadowbreaker). Also the warlock class hall looks awesome, I like the chained up demons. pretty badass.

My initial main will be a Demon Hunter Vengeance Tank, I'll do what I did at the start of wrath which was play the new class all the way up till the last raid of the expansion then fall back to my one and only love the Shadow Priest, cause I have this pull that comes into me at the end of an expansion to just play them lol.

The NPC I'd like to see in the Demon Hunter Order Hall is of course Illidan or maybe somehow bring Varedis back as the Bloodelf leader half of the demon hunters or something.

In the Priest order hall I'd like to see Zabra Hexx, I've read the Ashbringer comic and I'd like to see more of what they can do to expand on his story in game :D

Thank You Guys For this opportunity!!!! Wish everyone good luck on a key!!

I love how Demon Hunters looks in Legion expansion, but I choose shaman because of two reasons. First is that I played as enh shammy since WotLK and I love this dual-wield spec. Second is that enh shammy has so many buttons and spells (I love it) that the rotation will be a little bit different what is fun.

As I said before, I love DH because one of my favourite NPCs in WoW is Illidan. Would be nice to see him in my Class Order Hall, but I know that won't happen. So I think better choice will be Akama. As I remeber he is a priest, but he looks like a enh shammy a little bit. He has nice story too, so thats why I choose Akama as my favourite NPC.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
