Main will most defininately be my warrior!  Can't wait to see the Halls of Valor(Valhalla). But I truly look forward to playing all my alts to experience the different changes in Legion.  I've played since vanilla and am truly looking forward to this expansion.

Hey there, I will be playing a Ret Paladin as my main in Legion as I have done since TBC. I love the lore and enjoyment I get from playing a Ret Paladin and in Legion, Paladin looks to be really well put together.

As for my NPC I would say Tirion Fordring, Would make a great addition to the Paladin Class Order Hall.

My main class is definitely Warrior. I enjoy lots of other classes and I am very interested in the Demon Hunter's. I love Fury Warriors and I am very excited for the changes in Legion. I would love to see Lord Anduin Lothar as a statue in the class hall. But For living NPC's Muradin Bronzebeard should be hanging out there from time to time. There are more orc warrior heroes than Alliance but it's the staple of combat. Warrior class is the bread and butter of combat and I look forward to playing one in Legion!

Well, part of the reason I want beta access it to know what class I want to play! I want to test them out to see what feels good and what doesn't.

That said, I've been thinking Shaman. I've always had fun with elemental, and enhance was my jam back in Burning Crusade. Drek'Thar is probably one of the coolest shaman. Please stop killing him in AV Alliance.

Current choice is Hunter (MM/BM), but that may change based on my experience in the Beta!

As for NPC, I'd like NEsingwary to be in the class hall, with a quest each week for a rare-ish mob in the new zones!

Hi there,

I'll play Shaman, enhancement, but let's find why i wanted to.

I think that the Enha Sham its very popular now due to the future possession of doomhammer, but trust me i played it since the darkest hours of enha sham. I try to make apart of the invasion of the ice crown citadel, but all guilds let me at the door. I keep play shaman during the cataclysm and i finally can get in during dragon soul patch. Finally, we were seriously up on "mop" and I was able to deploy huge damages at the garrosh take down. Id don'tplay much during wod but trust me, i'm really hyped by the future enha shaman.

About NPC's, my favourite is definitely Malfurion Stormrage, for is contribution to the elders war and all the lore parts concerning the elves and illidan.

At least, just forgive me for my english speaking, im french, so , i do my best.

Lok'Tar Ogar!

Going to be playing holy pally 100%, it's been my main since the day WoW launched. Really excited to be able to play shockadin again, I'm glad Blizzard is giving healers the option to do a small amount of dps so we can quest or do old content without having to change specs and carry around extra gear for that set.

While I'm planning on having every class to 100 for Legion my main is, as it has been for six years, going to be druid. Gotta love having every role in one (and being able to turn into a bird... and a kitty cat... and a bear... and....)

My favorite druid NPC is Zen'kiki from the Western Plaguelands quests. He may be bad but he's near and dear to my heart and I'd love to see him again, 60 levels later.

I have played WoW since Vanilla as an Affliction Warlock, and when WotLK came, I switched to Blood Death Knight. Both of these classes hold a special place on my character panel.

In Legion, I shall either wield the Deadwind Harvester and watch my enemies wither into a soulless husk, or protect my friends behind a wall of blood and bone torn and hewed from my opponents by the Maw of the Damned. The souls of the dead shall empower me, and their bodies will shield me. Death is my servant, and I it's master.

I've been maining a Warlock Since release, and the changes to Demonology and the artifacts are making it look even more amazing.

I enjoy the warlock NPC, specifially Gul'dan, because of him, we have the story we do, he helped open the Original Dark Portal, and in the AU, is the reason we have this expansion to look forward to. I look can't wait to fight him in the raid, and show him exactly who the more powerful warlock is!

Druid... has been my main for the last 3 expansion and with all specs (range dps, melee dps, tank, and heals) at my disposal in Legion it should continue to rock.

If it isn't parochial...well even if it is...ysera... Dragons rock...But it is going to make me sad in legion... :-(  so much more they could have done...

I will continue to main my shadow priest that I've had since TBC. My favorite class NPC is High Priestess Laurena since, through all the changes in WoW, she's still in the cathedral teaching the ways of the light.

I will be playing a monk because it is the class that i personally find the most fun. I would like to see the tornado guy from shrine of the seven stars in my class hall because the movement speed buff was pretty cool.

Ele Shaman is my main, and my main man is Thrall :-)  Cool lore around him and appeal for both Horde and Ally.

Just hope Ele is competitive in Legion - was fun to play in Mists but was a struggle in WoD until ilvl 680+.

It's gotta be my warrior, I've always given it attention in every expansion since tbc when I started. Sitting with my trusty Argent Dawn Tabard from the Scourge event. And since warriors is getting Valhalla-lite I want Daelin Proudmore to walk around my Order Hall.

I'm torn between Warlock and Death Knight for my main for next expansion. Since I haven't gotten beta access I haven't had a chance to test them out yet so I can't decide. As far as NPCs go, my favorite class NPC is probably either Koltira Deathweaver or Darion Mograine.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
