So, i've mained Druid since the start (TBC) and i'll continue to do so, unless they totally break my class, getting into beta is something i really want to be able to test out, not only classes, but all the new content legion brings. My favorite class NPC would've been thrall, if it wasnt for the fact that DH are interdused in Legion, and as of such Illidan becomes by far my Favorite class NPC(Upgraded from favorite WoW villain) I'll definitivly try out DH, and prob love it. I always hoped they'd introduce this class into wow, ever since BT and illidan, too it will prob not become my main. As of My own class, Druid, there's sadly no spesial NPC i'd like to see, as i'm not to hard into druid lore

Hmm. Not an easy question...As a pure melee player warrior and dk look nice. But Fury seems more fun than Frost so I will go with that one first. The npc I would like to see most in my order hall is Thura, niece of Broxigar. She inherited his ax and I would love to see her kick ass with it.

I will be maining a Mage in Legion.  For the first time ever, I will play a pure DPS for a raid.  I mainly dps so it makes most sense.  I'm excited about having to work harder to get all three artifacts leveled up.  Hey, stuff to do is a great thing. I'm excited about Jaina Proudmoore in my order hall.  She's obviously one of the strongest mages in current lore, and I would love to learn more about where she's at.  I feel like she could turn out to be the next Lich King, or the saviour of Azeroth.  She's definitely a great unknown and I would like to discover what her motivations and plans are

I plan on maining warrior in Legion because it was my first class i ever played and i always loved it so much fun charging at people, I also loved titans grip a lot because it was so unique duel wielding two two-handed weapons. My favorite NPC is High Warlord Saurfang because when i would play back in the day i would always see him in Orgrimmar and wanted to have his gear and look exactly like him always thought he was so awesome

Probably going to trial run a monk or end shaman, I've been playing casters for the last few expacs and am ready for a change! As someone who plays a mage currently, I'd like to see Millhouse Manastorm come back and interact in the mage artifact quest line. He is so quirky and entertaining, it'd be fun!

Have to go with a wildcard here and pick Gryan Stoutmantle. Dudes been in Westfall and Grizzly Hills. Was also in Stratholme when Arthas decided to purge the city. Would definitely be a cool character to see in the Class Order Hall

I have always been a priest main since Burning Crusade. Disc priest looks so fun and needs a lot of skill to play. Gotta use those micro skills i learned from starcraft. ;)

Please dont kill off Voljin. The concept of a shadow hunter is sick and he didnt have his time to shine unlike other race leaders :O . Being him as the member of the order hall would be fantastic since he can teach us some shadow voodoo magic shit.

I will play a Demonhunter as a main in Legion! Fell in love with the Demonhunter fantasy in WC3 reign of chaos and have been transmogging my rogue to look like one :-) Really happy that we will finally be able to play this class! I would love to see Vandel, the Demonhunter from the Illidan novel, in my class hall!

I will be playing a warlock as i love the class and the lore behind it, and with that in mind my favarate npc is gul'dan as he is just what a warlock is about not caring who gets in the way or who he gets caught in the backfire its just about getting more power for yourself.

Definitely druid, after years of being a plain bear or cat you finally get to look different. You were wearing an awesome looking set? Too bad you will look like any other druid in most activities. Now you can actually see some kind of progress

I think I'll go for Shadow priest. I played it mainly in vanilla and I've played melee all the other expansions so I'm tempted to go back to a caster class.

I want to play the beastmaster this time because I love me some critters in real life so I love that I can hunt with them on the game. Plus hunter was my first toon to pvp on, to level to cap in vanilla, to raid on even.I don't know if we can pick sylvanas as our favorite hunter npc since technically she might be more like the demonhunter in diablo but, I really love her. I'd love her more if she had a cool gargoyle looking pet but hey she still rocks.

I will be maining shadow priest in legion. (Was blood dk in wod).

Priests have always been one of my favorites and i know from playing alpha that the class got some awesome changes.

My favorite lore character of all time is not a priest however, he was taken for a slave shortly after birth by aedelas blackmoore. Escaped and killed blackmoore, freed his people from internment camps only to become warchief of the horde. After the cataclysm he went back to his duties as a shaman of the earthern ring fighting to bring balance to the torn elements at the maelstrom. Only to be asked by ysera the awakened to save nozdormu the timeless one from being trapped in time. He then proceeds to save the world preventing the hour of twilight.

He is and Will always be, a thrall to duty.

I name him go'el.

Disclaimer: i already have access to the beta so i dont really need to win. I'm just contributing to the community of icy veins.

Cheers and good luck to all (and especially to tauaton since I know he wants this very badly)

Shine

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
