My main will be paladin again. I started out playing a shaman in vanilla and played a almost all classes throughout wrath of the lich king. But after seeing various amounts of cinamatics and readings of the book, I can assure you paladins got to me. Legendary wielding Tirion Fordring and Uther Lightbringer are the reason to my interest of paladins. I really don't like that Tirion dies and we must equip the Ashbringer. I didn't check out to many videos about legion yet, cause I want to see it for the first time myself. But i would like to see some legendary paladins as statues in the class order halls. Maybe even some sort of reflection of Tirion, who would notice Ashbringer and give you advise on how to use it properly.

As for my alt I am going to play warlocks. It's totally the opposite of paladins. But I like to see the world in darkness aswell :p. But not a warlock from the burning legion. Just someone the take pleasure into torture and gain benefits for my own. That counts for demons and even allies. In their class order halls I would like to see Argus, the first warlock. I would like it if he would tell ous the true meaning of a warlock.

Elemental Shaman for sure, extremely excited about the spec being revamped.I rank decently high on WarcraftLogs among my spec but it seems I'm not as competitive with our DPS, hope the Ele revamp helps Ele become a more viable DPS again.Thrall all the way, Green Jesus.

I am not new to WoW but I am not one of those "I play since vanilla I DESERVE a key". I play since wrath and really looking forward to legion.I will be leveling a holy priest in legion first, I hope the leveling won't be too much of a hassle with a healer spec.My favorite NPC is the Prophet Velen, first time I saw him ingame it was amazing and he looks really great. On top of it he was one of the first legendaries I got in hearthstone.I'd like to see Tyrande Whisperwind in the class orderhall because she is badass.

As cliché as it may be, I plan on playing a Demon Hunter.

Over the years, I've spent most of my time as a Resto Shaman, though I mained a Holy Paladin during vanilla and a Resto Druid during BC.

Playing a class that doesn't feature a healing spec will be an adjustment, because DPS has always taken a backseat to healing for me, but I've always wanted to raid in a DPS role, and the mobility that differentiates Demon Hunter from other classes is a very big selling point for me.

In terms of which NPC I'd like to see in the order hall - I've been fairly spoiler-free as far as Legion goes, so I don't know for sure if Illidan is already featured there, but he would definitely be my top pick. I've been a big Warcraft fan since WC3 launched and I really enjoyed his story and character. I felt that the way his storyline ended in BC didn't do him justice, and I'm glad that Blizzard has decided to bring him back.

Thanks for hosting the contest.

Voted for Demon Hunter I am looking forward to try some new content, which points me to choose already very well known classes for me, like Death Knight and Druid, in order to level up faster and explore more content for short period of time. Death Knights are my favourite, and I take Driuds as fast level ups.but damn, i want to try some new ways for.killing mobs (and ppl, meh i might be joking ). So yeah, i'll definitely start with the new class, Demon Hunter shell it be. And than I'll be to lazy to level up smth else, and probably stick to the Demon Hunter as main.

I'm gonna play a resto Druid for legion cause it's gameplay seems to fit greatly the druid lore.I'd like to see N'Zoth in the first raid and to learn more about it.Well, for the friendly NPC i like i think it would be Sylvanas. I can't wait to see how she will be developped in Legion.Boufi

Hi and thanks for giving us a second chance for a beta key  I'm planning to change my main in legion, so i can try new things. I have played retribution paladin and priest since TBC, now i will give a chance to mage too, they looks good overall for now and also in every expansion they were good as dps.  Also i have made my decision after have seen Khadgar in his journey over the Draenor expansion, and was a pretty badass guy <3 love him

My main class is, and always will be Rogue, I just love the stealth approach to combat, and who doesn't like to pick some coin from an enemy pocket? (I mean, c'mon) though I do miss some of the talents, and skills rogues have lost; I still love them.

If I could have ANY Rogue NPC in the game in my hall, it would be Edwin VanCleef, without a doubt. This man was the first "Boss" I ever fought, and totally owned me back in the day, I can remember his battle-cry and taunts, as he engaged me in close-quarters combat, and dodged around my own blows; Edwin was amazing, and I miss him every day since he was Killed.

My main class is going to be a Vengeance Demon Hunter, or quite possibly one of the other tanks depending on strength of classes during progression. I think it would be hella dank to see my boi Illidan in my class hall. #Legion Hype.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
