I am planning on maining a Demon Hunter in Legion.

I like their core story being one of the Anti-Hero. The dedication to their cause and 'blind' perseverance of their goals is inspiring.

I would love to see Illidan in our Class Order Hall. Possibly with Maiev Shadowsong at his side? (It would be totally unexpected)

I am a somehow returning WOW player, used to play all day long during WOTLK, played a couple of months at the start of cata, came back for longer period for MOP and spent just a month on WOD.  It is really a difficult choice for me (talking about my main class in legion). I used to main death knight all these years, made warlock because of demo revamp in MOP but apart from that I was always a death knight. DK - all specsWarlock - demo/affli (never destro, too much like a mage to me)DH - well I fanboy IllidanPaladin - prot/retri (dreanei one with some tbc set i remember + this dreaneish prot paladin artifact appearance, yeah i'm considering it just because of appearance) From lore's perspective I would pick DH or DK. I always loved Illidan and DHs in general but now that they are playable in WoW even thou I wanted it to happen - it just doesn't feel special anymore. I love shadowy themes thats why Warlock/DH/DK.  I think that in the end i will probably pick DH or DK. While DH seems to be fun, DK got a lot of love this expansion. Awesome lore, that pvp and pve lich-king like armour set. For a while blood even had blood beasts as a talent (saurfang roleplay intensifies). I would love to test both DH and DK before legion comes. And about the other question - I think I would love to see Kel'thuzad return as a major lore character(not necessarily a boss) and to see him in Acherus. And as DH well I would love Illidan to be in the garrison but maybe it would be more fitting to have him out in the world fightning demons.

I voted for Paladin as my main for Legion, I've always played a paladin and I hope Blizzard will make the experience even better. Regarding which class NPC I would like to have in my class hall I'll vote for Uther the Lightbringer, I loved him since he helped us defeating Arthas in ICC and I was attracted by his lore so much that I took ispiration from his story to create my D&D character

Rogue is without a doubt my favorite class.  There is something that fills me with joy when stun locking my foes and watching panic fill their eyes as they realize their impending doom.  As for my favorite NPC, I have the utmost respect for Sylvanas Windrunner. Despite her being a ranger, I feel she has a very rogue-ish attitude, and I would love to see her hanging about the rogue hall

My main class in Legion is going to be a ret paladin, since I'm glad to see the class design get a bit more interesting than it was in Warlords. The one NPC I'd like to see make an appearance in our class order hall is probably Vindicator Maraad's spirit within a Vigilant. Having Maraad return to fight the Legion even in death would be a really cool angle, and the Vigilants are sweet.

I'm going to play as a Protection Warrior, as I do now and always have. :) The news and hints about how it's going to look in Legion are just so amazing!
I'm ready to protect my friends in Legion, and my website and YT channel will be full of content this year!

It's got to be Monk. I love martial arts, always have and when I found out I could do this while kicking back with a brew, what else right?Specifically Brewmaster, I'm SO looking forward to strolling around with my Keg, wacking things with it and new animation hype right guys?If I got to choose anyone, it would have to be Liu Lang. Being able to see him reunited with Shen Zin Su would be amazing, the first Pandaren to question a better brew, but I kinda understand it's probably not going to happen, so It's got to be Chen Stormstout. Just looking forward to Brewmastering even more in Legion.

My main is most likely going to be DH, I've played since vanilla as hunter and rogue, I always requested a DH as a class since vanilla because playing warcraft 3 I was super excited about demon hunters.

And my favorit npcs is obviously Illidan. :)

Since vanilla and all the way till today, I havn't found anything other than mage, that suits my gameplay. Mage is where my fun starts.  To top this, 2 works - portals and blink. Pure awesomeness. I would like to see in mage class halls Frozo the Renowned. I've been running past this guy with a jelous looks about this tier 3 since Wotlk. I like this guy, I would be pleased to to see him in class halls.  -Flunk

Been playing a druid (well aside from WoD) since the start, Night elf for life! From what it's looking like the ol' feathers will be back, so druid main once again.

As for an NPC in the order hall... hmm.. after we save/kill Cenarius, I would want him as someone i could then quest with. (I think/hope this fits the question)

I'll definitely play a rogue in Legion. There's nothing better than that ambushes/backstabs/dispatches sounds when hitting the enemy. For an iconic class character i'd love to hang up with Valeera Sanguinar."

Well, I will main what I have mained since before the middle of The Burning Crusade: A paladin. Paladins are my go to class for playing wow, and my favorite class. As for my favorite class NPC, I would have to say Lady Liadrin the Blood Knight Matriarch. Back when I first started, my first paladin was a Blood Elf paladin and I wanted my paladin to be like the blood knights. She captures that excitement I had when I first started WoW and represents the non-Alliance paladins well and seems to be getting a lot of spotlight with Warlords and as well as in Legion

Paladin, always have mained a pally (might just be because this is the first class I played) and will continue to main it until either a better class comes along or wow ends.

I hope Lady Liadrin would be hanging out in the class hall, and if Uther's ghost would be wandering around that'd be nice too

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
