There has been alot of negative feed back on tanking in general in Legion and only look to provide Blizzard with the best feed back a tank of 10+ years can provide. Only expansion I didn't main prot warrior was Wrath due to how DK worked at the time.

I will most definetly be representing acherus-- Team DK!! i think the NPC i'd like to see most in our class order hall would be Bolvar (The new LK obviously :P) or if they can fit Saurfang (obviously we killed him in ICC) into the lore as a risen ebon blade deathknight that would be great too, we need more (Possibly even new) iconic powerful generals at our camp cause it's always been kinda like "Hey im home!! Darion, Class Trainers... zombies and abominations... how yall doin! no? nobody? mmkay I'm gonna leave now good talk guys" XD but that's just me! no judgement :)

Thank you for organising the contest. I will be playing a demon hunter in Legion and raid mythic with it as well. I would love to see Loramus Thalipedes make an appearance in the class hall, some interesting quests in Blasted Lands with him (pre and post cataclysm)

I have been playing Fury warrior since the bgeinning and I plan to continue with that legacy. Fury is just so fun and does massive damage if played right, which is why I am extremely partial to PvP with them. I love the idea of going into battle wielding double massive weapons of mass destruction on your back. So I will, like always, be playing Fury warrior in Legion.
A hero that I was wanting was Genn Greymane, though since I figured since he was taking over the Alliance in the absence of Varian, he wouldn't have time to visit and stay with me. So I would really like to see Muradin Bronzebeard.

I am going to be maining a balance druid for Legion. I love the fact you can pick up a druid and change some gear and fulfill every role in the game with it. I have always thought that Malfurion is a boss, what with the antlers and wings. He is so deep in the druid arts he is becoming the animals he shapeshifts into. I have always loved the druid lore and the love they get with class sets. So it is going to be fun to finally play one again. Last time I mained a balance druid was in ICC progression

Always enjoyed healing as a Paladin and includes my favorite Pally NPC Lady Liadrin. Always played a Blood Elf pally since TBC and she always connected with me. But still wish Uther could be in the order hall.

I will be playing Shadow Priest come legion because they look incredible.  I've been a priest/mage/warlock player for years and Blizzard seems to have improved everything I already loved about Shadow.     My favorite NPC is Maximillian of Northshire; Maximillian is hilarious and I enjoy his questline every time

I think it would be cool to see Med'an show up at the Heart of Azeroth as well as the mage and paladin class halls.  Maybe he could help me out with the shaman board game.

Demon Hunter! Illidan Stormrage is a baws! Loved the lore behind TBC and the Black Temple. Legion is relaly looking to be one of the best xpacs since TBC/WoTLK.

My main, as it has been for years will be Hunter. What makes class identification and fantasy hard for hunters is that we really don't have any lore figures that actually are like the in-game hunter. Shandris Feathermoon and Nathanos Blightcaller). I think this is due to the fact that bows and guns kind of pale in comparison to global conflicts that stem from magic and the Light. That being said I think Rexxar will be exciting to see due to his relationship with his animals being what most people want regarding hunters and lore. I think they could elevate hunter's presence as strong figures by tying their strengths to benevolent wild gods similarly to how in Avatar, although the blue people kill the Mother's creations, they thank the animal for it's life and in return for the respect, they are in tune with the deity. So yeah I look forward to Rexxar's presence as this larger than life (heh) figure for the hunter population.

I will be playing a rogue in Legion, I have been playing wow since vanilla and rogue since BC. I would love if Maiev Shadowsong were to make an appearance. She was such a big player in the finding and capturing Illidan in BC and now that Illidan is back it will be interesting to see how she will react to the news.

I'll be maining a frost dk as I have done since wrath. I'd love if Koltira Deathweaver were to show up in the class hall somehow, as I feel his story was left way too open ended. I want to know what Sylvanas did to him and I think this is the expansion to tell that story.

My main class in legion will be the main i have stuck with since BC retribution paladin. The changes to the spec are very interesting and of course who wouldn't want to be able to wield the ashbringer. I would love to see her in the class hall coming with us to continue the battle against the legion

I'm going to roll a Retribution Paladin as a main in Legion, mainly because of the lore. I've had my Ret Pally since 05 and remember falling victim to the infamous Ashbringer myth of fishing, where I spent hours upon hours trying to fish it from the waters. To me, the feeling of finally being able to fight the legion with the Ashbringer as the very embodiment of the light itself is incredible to me, and I cannot wait to start. As for my favorite Paladin of all time, it has to be Alexandros Mograine. Not only did he discover the artifact that became the Ashbringer, he WAS the Ashbringer for many years. He created one of my favorite stories in Warcraft history, the rise and fall of the Ashbringer and the fate of the Mograines. It would be great to at least see his spirit in the order hall

I will likely main my warlock and play as demonology because it looks like so much fun. I would love to have gul'dan in my class hall, even his corpse after we defeat him. I would go as far as to say it would be cool to see other warlocks draining his fel energy to empower themselves

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
