So for the moment I'm taking Demon Hunter into serious consideration as a main, but I'm keeping my Warrior on the back burner. At the end of the day, whichever of the two is going to benefit my raid more for progression is very likely the one I will be maining. Either way they both have pretty cool Order Halls. There aren't too many notable Demon Hunters in lore that aren't already accounted for in some way. I think the obvious answer to the question would be Illidan, and perhaps if he ends up redeemed in some way he will come back to the hall and sip some Fel with the boys. But given that Demon Hunters can apparently be resurrected in the Twisting Nether like demons, I think it would be pretty cool to see Theras, Netharel, and Alandien as a part of the crew again. Given I'll likely be playing my Warrior just as often, I'll be spending a good bit of time in Odyn's house. I don't know the exact circumstances that allow a Warrior Spirit up in his great halls, but I would really like to see Broxigar make an appearance up there. There's a Warrior who deserves to be immortalized

My main will be druid and I would love to see phylarch (I think thats how you spell it) the tall slender tree guy from the garrison, that'd be cool to see him hanging around.

Prot Warrior, I've only been playing since MoP. I have missed most of the earlier content as I was just leveling to get up to speed with the rest of my guild buddies.

I would like King Varian Wrynn to be by my side..

I'll be maining a Retribution Paladin in Legion. My favorite NPC (Maraad) is unfortunately unavailable (for obvious reasons), so I'm going to go with Liadrin, who is one of the followers in the class hall.

Druid! I am maining Druid in Legion because I have always been a lover of Night Elf lore, and we are getting SO MUCH for Night Elves and druids in this expansion. It has been the excuse I've been waiting for to main him!

A character I'd like to see in my class hall? Cenarius. He is a key figure in both the history of the Kaldorei and the druids themselves. Perhaps if not always, then sometimes at least walking around to check on his 'children.'

I have played a paladin more than anything since Vanilla. In WoD, however, I made a swap to Death Knight due to the fantastic lore behind the class. In Legion, I fear, nay, I embrace the fact I must switch again to Demon Hunter. Since Warcraft 3 they have been the absolute best thing in the Warcraft universe to me, being a lore fanatic. I remember playing in TBC and seeing the Demon Hunter out in Nagrand whilst questing and I had a mini heart attack. Later on you find Illidan is training them, and some are even named NPCs. I'm sorry I'm rambling -- my favorite NPC; I would have to say Leotheras the Blind (after Illidan of course). After reading the Illidan novel you find a new respect for the demon hunters. They have to constantly fight to suppress the demon inside. We didn't know that back in BC and the fact that they held true to that lore tidbit makes me appreciate the character a whole lot more here 10 years later.

My main class is definitely Warrior. I enjoy lots of other classes and I am very interested in the Demon Hunter's. I love Fury Warriors and I am very excited for the changes in Legion. I would love to see Lord Anduin Lothar as a statue in the class hall. But For living NPC's Muradin Bronzebeard should be hanging out there from time to time. There are more orc warrior heroes than Alliance but it's the staple of combat. Warrior class is the bread and butter of combat and I look forward to playing one in Legion

Well, part of the reason I want beta access it to know what class I want to play. I want to test them out to see what feels good and what doesn't. That said, I've been thinking Shaman. I've always had fun with elemental, and enhance was my jam back in Burning Crusade. Drek'Thar is probably one of the coolest shaman. Please stop killing him in AV Alliance

Really looking forward to the Mistweaver Monk changes.. Always wanted to play Mistweaver but didn't get the feel for it so I played as Windwalker..

I'd like to see Taran Zhu as a NPC. He's been through a lot in Pandaria. I also like that he is a big part of a possible truce/peace between Horde and Alliance.

Beast Mastery Hunter all the way have always loved their play style so I'm sorry to my Warrior who has always been my main it's not my Hunter's turn. Hemet Nesingwary because why not he is a classic and I'm pretty sure he will be there

I find warriors to be my favorite because I like getting in the enemies faces. Out of all the warrior specs fury is my favorite, I like the idea and feeling of going berserk in battle

Although my main next expansion will be a paladin, I think hunters should get John, J Keeshan in there order halls. Some of my best memories of levelling were in Redridge and Burning Steppes, defeating Blackrock Orcs by Keeshans side, and seeing him in my garrison inn gave me chills and gives me hope that he might make a return in legion

I'll play hunter (it's my main since 2005), and I would like to see Nathanos Blightcaller in the hunter class hall since he is so badass, his "insults" are funny as hell.

I'll be maining a brewmaster monk in legion, although I'll say the amount of changes to the spec make me nervous. My favorite Monk Npc in game is Taran Zhu, Lord of the Shadow-Pan --- I role-play my character as being a member of the shadow-pan, and I know Taran Zhu gets some hate in the community, but I love him.

Ive played a hunter since vanilla, but theres always been one word missing in the name of the class to satisfy me .  My favorite NPC would probably be Illidan tbh. Probably one of the most misunderstood characters in the WoW universe. After reading his book it made me even more hyped to be playing a DH.

I will most likely keep my Death Knight as my main. I love the changes coming to Frost which has been my spec since ICC.Class NPC that's a hard one. I'll say Terron Gorefiend, started as an Orc Warlock, but now is a Human DK. I mean he was the first DK so it would be fitting if he were there.

I plan on making my Shaman my main in Legion. Enhancement looks really cool and I can't wait to see how we get our hands on The Doomhammer. Thrall is the NPC I want to see in the order hall most.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
