The only class i've ever played seriously on is my priest and its also one of my first wow characters. I guess the NPC i would like to see visiting my order hall would be Anduin. I got intressted in his lore back in MoP and i really like his character. Maybe we could play hearthstone in my order hall or something

I'll most likely be sticking with warrior, though Demon Hunter is a possibility. I voted for Warrior, and the best Warrior NPC in my opinion is Muradin

My main class in legion will probably be a mage because i already fell in love with frost mage. Favourite mage NPC is probably Jaina, I like her since warcraft 3

I´ll play a rogue, my main character since TBC, i love the new lore where we are a secret organization trying to get our own plans sneaking up. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of Vanessa vancleef as a follower, brought back memories to me about Death mines about eleven years ago, probably just the first surprise that take me but not the last. Good luck to all.

Rogue. I've had a blast on rogue in WoD, and, although some of the changes are not ones I'd like to see, I'm hopeful it will work out by the time Legion goes live.

Shademaster Kiryn was a cool part of the Jade Forest storyline for Horde. I'd like to see her in the Class HQ.

I dont usually switch mains between xpacs, so im going with shadow priest again, hoping that they will become top tier again (looking good so far. The one character i would like to see at my class hall is archbishop Benedictus, because he too only believes in POWAH

I'm gonna keep being a real hunter of hunters as a Huntsman(Hunter) to hopefully not get confused with Demon Hunters when I walk around with my melee weapons. But my favorite NPC to see in my class hall? I would love to see all three of the Windrunner sisters but to pick just one I wanna see Alleria there the most. Preferably as the class or hall trainer. Be it for my own character or for my followers

I will main enhancement shaman again in the next expansion. I've always loved the idea of using both weapons and magic at the same time. Blizzard is working hard at reinforcing the enhancement shaman's identity to make it feel different from elemental, and I can't wait to see what they do. As for an NPC in my order hall, I would love to see Nobundo, as I play a draenei myself, and he was the first of the draenei to commune with the elements after the light abandoned him

My Main will be DK in Legion, been playing it since the start of Wrath Of The Lich King, cause I really enjoy the Lich king concept and I want to bring my DK as close to it as possible. So I also have to go with Arthas as my favorite NPC. if it has to be someone alive then of course the New lich King bolvar <3

I will main the Rogue class in Legion, as I did in WoD. It took me years to find the right class for me and now I have done it. Legion will bring clear diversity between the specs which makes it even more appealing than it already is. So far I am really into the class fantasy Blizzard Presents. As for an NPC, I always found Elling Trias a hillarious Rogue NPC. He is part of the SI:7 Assassins in Stormwind but has the title . What is great about him is that this is his disguise and he is an actual vendor.  Ontop of that he has a Copper Coin which you can fish from the fountain in Dalaran

Affliction specifically as I love the playstyle (strategically and methodically damaging enemies).  The NPC I've always fantasised about returning would be Kanrethad in some kind of redemption storyline to bring him into the fold against the Legion.  Warlocks are all about utilising the magic of the enemy against them, and Kanrethad was breaking new ground in that regard (green fire, enslaving Pit Lords, Metamorphosis).  Not sure how that last one will fit in with the retconned class design, but I'm sure they could think of something.

A Blood Death Knight will be my main for Legion. I have played since WotLK and have played DK mainly. I really like the new changes they are making to the DK and I think the idea of an undead tank that drains the health of the boss for its own is really cool and I think fits the lore of a Blood DK perfectly. My favorite Death Knight specific NPC would be Darion Morgraine because I love his story and the role he plays in the whole DK storyline.

Mistweaver monk all the way. I want to see Mistweaver Ku from TimeLess Isles, he's the keeper of treasures and has above all other monks hit true spirituality.

Thrall of course is my favorite NPC but i am hoping that we need so much help defending against the legion that we have a shaman seek out a previously unknown dark shaman clam to help us. Showing that we are so outmatched that we even consider using forbidden arts.

I love the idea of summoning demons and the rework seems like such a rekindling  of a spec that went into obscurity by the end of WoD. Warlocks for the win.

I picked Shaman as my main in legion I've played it since I started playing the game and no legion invasion shall change that! As for my favorite class NPC that would have to be Farseer Nobundo the broken shaman trainer in The Exodar he was the first epic shaman I saw when I rolled my very first Draenei Shaman and his story really resonated with me having lost his ability to contact the light he heard the whispers of an air elemental thus he heeded the call of the elements, I hope to see Nobundo in legion and I especially hope to see him in the Shaman class hall.

I'll probably be maining a Demon Hunter in legion because. I really want to see how much stuff in the old world you can get to without flying now that double jumping is a thing now. From what I've been seeing in the Alpha, the specs aren't too boring either.  As for NPCs, the obvious one is Illidan for DHs, but just like the Lich King, I doubt Blizz will ever make him our 'Mograine.' I'd like to see Loramus Thalipedes back in the game just because he was one of the only demon hunters in the game that felt like his main focus was to hunt demons and kill them. Everyone else mostly just does what they were doing before, but now as a demon hunter. So, yes, I want to actually track down and hunt demons as a demon hunter. lol

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
