I will be playing a Shaman as I always have as my main, I have a very strong attachment to this character. I'm guessing big daddy thrall will be around as He is my favourite shaman as I am guessing he is for most people. I would like to see drek'thar make an appearance though. He played a really cool part in frost fire ridge so I would like to see more of him

I'll be playing as a Restoration Druid, since the beginning of my WoW "life" I play as a druid, I love them and all the nature stuff that we can see in their lore.

My favorite Druid NPC is Malfurion, I love him since the beggining (And I love his wings!)

My first class will be a warrior. they have great dps specs and there artifact weapons look epic. They are brave, fearless and above all just  A bad-ass-class.

the NPC i can wait to see is Odyn, not just because he is a titan keeper and the fact that he rules over the halls of Valor...but that lava beard though...MMM LAVA BEARDbiggrin.png

Heh, well I've already touched on this a little bit in the previous giveaway when saying what I was excited for in Legion but. As I said then, I actually have half a mind of maining a Demon Hunter. I've mained Hunter for years but I've fallen out of touch with the class; it's just not been as fun as it used to be throughout WoD, OP or not, the fun aspect was just lacking. So yeah, I'm highly considering taking the chance of a new class and actually maining a Demon Hunter. And don't worry, I won't sacrifice a ranged dps for a melee dps; I actually plan to tank while at it  As for NPCs I'd like to see. Tricky one, seeing how sure there's some known Demon Hunters but without playing the beta well there aren't an awful lot named ones known. That said, Leotheras the Blind is one I wouldn't mind seeing on our side. I've seen in videos that some Black Temple bosses return and are in the class hall so I mean. It's not like Blizzard seems to mind bringing previously killed Illidari back. Leotheras in particular would make for an interesting one in my mind seeing how the fight involved him struggling to control the demon that was within him. Perhaps years later he's finally managed to control the demon instead of letting it control him? Also, whilst not a singular named NPC, I'd quite like to see a group of Wardens in the Demon Hunter class hall as well, to represent the fact that the class is still a fight fire with fire case. That we aren't completely trusted yet, and that the Wardens will still be keeping a close eye on us, even if we are now allowed to go fight against the Legion. Bit of an uneasy alliance between the two

Been playing mage as my main since vanilla and will continue to make this my main for legion. Other than MC I have been mainly Fire. Disappointed on fire for WOD, but still leveled and raided with it because I enjoy the challenge. I have numerous favorites when it comes to NPC's. So my choice for mage NPC will be Medivh

I will main mage because I fell in love with them a long time ago and I have stuck through thick and thin. It will be interesting and fun to see what the legion offers for all the specs of the mage and how the playstyles will change.

I'll be using a prot warrior as my main. As for my favourite class NPC, that would have to go to Muradin Bronzebeard. Dwarf warriors are incredible. I mean, mines a night elf but that's probably going to change shortly into legion :p

But who i hope to see (which he may be there I don't know I haven't checked who all is in the order hall) is Rehgar Earthfury. He's come up more and I find him to be a interesting character in the lore

Hello,

I plan on playing a paladin during Legion. Probably as tank, or perhaps heal, depending on my raid needs.

Currently as a NPC I really like Archimonde. But I doubt he would fit in my class hall, although the roof seems pretty high so you never know :-)

Thanks for the give away anyway !

My most used class tends always to be the rogue (or rogue-like classes), so I'll go with that one. I just love the quick, witty one-liners, swordsman archetype, and the idea of covert operations in stealth and all the gameplay that feature offers. In Legion I'm thrilled about the new outlaw spec, since I've been mainly combat from the start, and I love pistols too. Though not the best known rogue (or at least known AS a rogue), I'd like to see mr. He taps into the often forgotten parts of the rogue archetype: a scholarly type with a knack for adventure and the wits to get out of tough situations. And he surely knows that a gun beats a sword

Vengeance demon hunter for sure. Gona be super fun to roleplay, really hyped for it after reading the new Illidain novel- demon hunters are nuts. Not that it's a bad thing. Needle was awesome in the book, best demon hunter.

I will play a Demonhunter as a main in Legion. Fell in love with the Demonhunter fantasy in WC3 reign of chaos and have been transmogging my rogue to look like one :-) Really happy that we will finally be able to play this class. I would love to see Vandel, the Demonhunter from the Illidan novel, in my class hall

My class and spec choice for legion, as of now, is going to be a Mistweaver Monk. I have always enjoyed healing, and especially so with the monk class. It has such a unique healing method, and I look forward to testing many of the changes made to them in Legion. The NPC I would want to see in the order hall would be Chen Stormstout. Because he was introduced to WoW in MoP with the monk class, I feel like he is iconic to the class. I remember the quests in Valley of the Four Winds to go through Stormstout Brewery as Chen, and that even if you didn't play a monk, you got a taste of how the class played as you journey through the quest line. He also brought enjoyable humor to the questing experience through his obsession with beer. He is definitely a character I want to see more of as I play a monk.

Ever since WOTLK was released, DK has become my main (even though I thought they were OP and didn't like them for a while). I will continue my tradition and stick to the DKs

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
