My Main class will possibly be Holy Priest. Having been overlooked in Warlords alot I feel now the changes made will allow me to maximise the spec which is more in line with discipline as we want it. T'uure, beacon of the Naaru is insane

Ive even got unique full Defias Set on him and he looks rly rougish so ive chose to play as subtlety rogue in Legion. In new expansion i will try to gather rest of Defias Brotherhood and i will try to take over Deadmines as mine stronghold. Ofc Edwin Van Cleef (dear Elune please bless his soul) is my grandpa and i know when i will enter beta i will crush leader of SI 7 Mathias Shaw.

I want to go Balance Druid starting in Legion, the changes look like it will be a lot more fun to play than it has been in WoD - and the new druid forms are sweet!  I'd have to say Malfurion is my fave druid, though I have a hard time forgiving him for turning his back on Illidan.  Family drama...  I'm sure we'll be seeing more of it soon.

Shaman!

I've been a huge fan of dwarven lore since I started playing back in TBC.  When Cata came out with shaman for dwarves, I've never looked back.  I've gone back and forth between enhance and elemental from xpac to xpac and currently I'm torn for which one to main in legion.  Thrall is always going to be top shaman but it would be nice to have dwarven shaman show up in the class halls.  Though I don't think they were ever officially listed as shaman, Kurdran and Falstad would be more than welcomed in any class order hall that I run.

I have been playing since vanilla and I will be playing my shaman once legion comes out. I love the mechanics and different ways I can spec my elemental shaman. I would love to see Rehgar Earthfury in the class halls. He was the adviser to Thrall when he was war chief and at the moment is where abouts are unknown so maybe he could be in the Shaman class halls and offer his services to the shaman players.

I will be playing Demon Hunter as my main in Legion. I have been asking for Demon Hunters to be added as a playable class ever since BC. Assisting Altruis the Sufferer in Nagrand was one of my favorite quest lines and then once I saw all the cool abilities Illidan had in BT, I wanted to have that!

I will be maining a Blood Death Knight in Legion.Sticking with my current main, I personally love the new changes that Blizzard are applying to the spec, and playing blood should be a joy for raiding, hooray heart strike.MY favourite NPC for Death Knights has to be Baron Rivendare, because if I'm nice to him, surely he'll give me his shiny mount

My main will probably be what it has been in the past, about 2 expansions, a Holy Paladin. It has been my favorite for quite a while now, it is a well-rounded class with many possibilities and there is a lot that you can do with it. Besides, to be a good Holy Pally in many aspects, you need to have some idea on how to play opposed to a druid that I used to play. They are the most fun, awesome lore, and seem to be a well loved class by Blizzard. Some sort of "Spirit of Uther" would be awesome to see in the class order hall just because of his story and how powerful he was. Uther is one of my favorites in Heroes so it would be cool to see him make a comeback with voice acting!

My main class in Legion is going to be Death Knight, since I've played it when it first came out and loved it ever since. Now that they are making each spec unique on its own I'm excited to play each one for myself. My favorite class npc is going to be (spoilers) undead General Nazgrim turned into one of the Four Horsemen. It was really interesting seeing him in Northrend, Vashj'ir and Pandaria eventually becoming a raid boss for us to defeat even if it was sad killing him. However he gets another chance to redeem himself to fight against the Legion

Mained mage since vanilla, will still gladly be playing mage in legion!  The changes to mage don't seem to extreme and I'd love to play around with them before they go live.  Favorite class character is Meryl Felstorm.  He had a couple of cool moments in the comics and I'm interested to see where they take his character.

I will be maining my resto druid for Legion.  I started healing in Wrath out of necessity and found that I enjoyed it more than any other role; I really get excited when something goes wrong in a raid and I'm able to save the day with a quick mind and quicker fingers.  My favorite character from druid lore is actually the priestess Tyrande Whisperwind.  Her place in the stories going all the way back to Warcraft 3 put her right in the middle of the action in the upcoming visit from the Burning Legion and I'm looking forward to experiencing it.

I've been playing mage since vanilla and still main the same mage as back then.

I've always liked the idea of killing people with ice, fire and arcane magic.

Right now i main Frost with 2.7k rating.

I don't have much to do since i don't need to push anymore for gladiator and i already have everyclass in level 100 so im just waiting to play legion and lern to play the new frost or fire mage.

In new expansion I am going to play Rogue because of its new specialization. It seems to have its own original playstyle and should give a lot of fun, way better than hybrid melee-ranged hunter long time ago. I used to play only ranged classes, but it's time to change. I hope to see rogue at the top of damage table. Even though its mechanics doesn't seem reliable, I hope to show some skill to all haters.
I'd like to see Valeera Sanguinar. She was never really shown in the game or had any history, this way we probably would be able to get to know her better as a NPC.

My main class in Legion is going to be shaman, enhancement shaman to be specific.  I love the fighting style Legion is bringing for the shaman class, and I get to fight with Thrall's legendary Doomhammer!  Thrall is also my favorite NPC mainly due to lore, and I hope to see him chilling in my order hall!  :)

I have been playing Warrior since Vanilla so yet again this will be my main for the expansion. Can't wait to try Demon Hunters tho.

As I'm a fan of the fluffy cows I would love to see Cairne Bloodhoof in my Class Order Hall.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
