Last two expansions I`ve been playing resto shaman and I`ll make a change for the upcoming expansion and switch to mage. I enjoy playing fire mage and so far the changes to the spec are promising very good experience.

I'm going fo the druid! I've played it since vanilla and with class fantasy being a main theme in Legion I can't imagine a more fitting class than this!

The druid I'd love to see in my class order hall is Naralex.

Rogue is gonna be my main for legion, i love this class since vanilla and new pirate spe is gonna be awesome. I wish to see Valeera Sanguinar as an npc in my domain, because she has a lot of cool background and is really charismaticRogues ftw. The pirate spec is Outlaw, a redesign of Combat

Guardian Druid since TBC, no change for Legion. I would love to see Hamuul Runetotem be represented in my class order hall, I would also love to see Alamo, though he is not, as far as I know, made into a NPC (definetly deserves some odd quest NPC). http://wowwiki.com/wiki/Alamo<3

Having over 2000 hours only on my mage shows how I like the class. From what I've seen from videos and forums, the mage changes looks really awesome and appeiling to me, fire in perticular but also the change to Brain Freeze and how they've worked with arcane. Really looking foward with Legion as my guild will be going from semi-casual (3 raid nights) to something more intense with around 4-5 raid nights. As I am the ranged officer, it is crucial that I know every specs pretty well to ensure a good progression through the expansion. Big fan of your website btw, really comes in handy in many situations

My main will be Warlock because I recently discovered how fun it is. Loving learning a new class, and can't wait to keep playing it along with all the new things that come with Legion. I find his character awesome, and loved learning his lore

I am going to be maining Death Knight as my class in Legion - Throughout all of WoW the Lich King and all of the lore behind deathknights and the scourge has done a number on my imagination and love for the class. If one of the main lore characters were to return as a Deathknight I would love to see him in our class order hall, I don't want to put his name here due to spoilers :$ Otherwise Alexandros Morgraine would be super cool to see return from the grave and embark on some epic missions revealing more of his story

Thinking about maining a holy priest in legion since I usually main a healer.  Looks to be fun gameplay and excellent healing.  I haven't looked into what NPCs will be in the priest order halls but would love to Tyrande Whisperwind there

I will be playing a Demon Hunter when legion comes out, and I hope to be able to save illidan from Gul'dan and get him into the DH class order hall.

I'll probably be playing demonology warlock during th expansion,

the NPC i'd like to see involved in the class halls would be Gul'Dan.

Instead of him beign there, you would get a mission to invade gul'dans clan of warlocks and try to earn his trust and you learn some dangerous but strong abilities like that.

Legion will be the 4th expansion that I have fully Mained a hunter although I started playing one midway through vanilla. And with the Legion changes I feel like the hunter will be just as strong as it always is. But the NPC I would love not only just to be in my Order Hall but as a follower is Grif Wildheart. If im not mistaken hes the Dwarf from the World of Warcraft cinematic and as a dwarf hunter myself I have those fond memories of going to him for the Hunter training quest.

Class: Priest (shadow)

Favourite NPC priest: The one that comes to mind is Anduin. I don't know about favourite, since he is Alliance and all, and I prefer Undead for my wicked looking shadow priest.

I'm very interested in both PvE and PvP but will likely play Alliance while lvling so as not to spoil my Horde experience. At max level I will try both of course.

It wasn't easy to pick a main for legion, every class looked so good but I'm going to settle with my Shadow priest who i've spent most of my time on since the start of HFC. For an NPC, I'd love to see Akama, especially since it would be interesting to see his reaction to Illidan coming back

I'mthinking of maining a warlock as i'm curious and excited to see demonlogy and from what i've seen and heard its going to very pet based now and the skills look nice. i loved rexxar from warcraft  although i would love to play survival and be a little like him, i'm not very good with melee

The class i plan to main in Legion will be a Blood Deathknight, mainly because i tank more than anything but also because of the class fantasy, a 2h tank is my ideal tank, shields seem legit but being able to smash the target like a DPS and hold aggro and self heal is like everything rolled into one, self reliant and completely unstoppable, deathknights to me are the pinnacle of what fun tanking is about. Its also worth mentioning that Deathknights are one of the only tanks that use absorption as a primary form of mitigation.

As for my favorite NPC, i would have to say that goes two-fold i like koltiera Deathweaver but if i had to choose an iconic NPC for my order hall it would be Darian Mograine because he was the original leader of the deathknights who turned from Arthas.

Gotta main that paladin for the sweet, sweet ashbringer and because even though I have a slight interest in trying out warlocks because of the harem I can't play casters for shiet. I did like my Maraad before WoD happened so now I guess I'm back to loving Yrel

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
