Going to stick with my BM hunter throughout legion. Love the idea of having 3-4 pets fight for me constantly.

I would also like to Hemit Nesingwary sitting in the hunter order hall. Would be awesome if hunters had a short little Hemit quest chain that only hunters could do.

My main class in Legion is going to be a Marksmanship Hunter, just because their new artifact weapon and its variants look so damn cool (and 'cause they're the spec that's getting quivers back - hype.) As for our class hall, I'm really hoping we'll get to see Tyrande Whisperwind there at some point - I know she's primarily a priestess of Elune, but she's also renown for her skill with the bow, so she wouldn't be totally out of place at Trueshot Lodge (she's even got a pet spirit owl for crying out loud). I don't think she wants to hang around the priest hall anyway, it's all naaru-themed and she hates to think about the possibility of Elune being a naaru

I'll be switching my main from Mage to Druid for this expansion so I can tank or heal for my fiancee's Paladin.I'd love to see Majordomo Staghelm in the Druid halls since he can offer more insight into our enemies than any other Druid

My main will be Monk in Legion. I've loved the class when it came out in MoP and I played it somewhat through WoD. I didn't like what they did with monks in WoD, but it looks good for monks in Legion. The mastery change was a good change imo.

My favorite class related npc is Chen Stormstout I enjoyed his journey through MoP, and was just an awesome npc. And I really hope to see him in the class hall!

Started playing WoW when Wrath released because of the epic story of the Lich King in Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne. The one NPC I would like to see in the Class Hall would be Kel'Thuzad. He would give insight on how the undead would aid a DK while fighting and such. He could also pop up with a very low chance when you die with his famous quote: "Your curiosity will be the death of you" akin to the Demon Hunter-Illidan popup in the DH starter area

My main class in Legion will be my Shadow Priest, I'm looking forward to see what new lore regarding the Void Lords is awaiting us in the darkness. As for NPC's, the Mage class ones are awesome, like the two Blood Elves who lost their Masters book in the water in the Blood Elf starting zone, the Mage NPC's always seem to have great wit and always get me to laugh with their endless banter.

Tho i'm not the fan of him per say, i would say Kanrethad Ebonlocke as many of my fellow Warlocks are aware it's the guy we had to fight for our lovely Felfire back in Pandaria, How he becomes so powerhungry really fits into the theme of a Warlock. Having him as an NPC might be hard but if you could have his prison there so you could just /poke him a bit would make it excellent

I originally started with Paladin and have been maining a human pally since vanilla but over the past expansion; I have been really digging on my troll warlock.

Going into Legion and seeing the new order hall for warlocks, its hard to resist that choice!

Favorite WOW iconic NPC is Tyrion Fordring, ever since the storyline build up in Wrath he's been my favorite. Rocking the Ashbringer and leading the charge. Looking forward to the release!

Since the early days of beta with World of Warcraft I have always wanted to be a Demon Hunter. I can follow in the footsteps of the greatest hero of Azeroth ( Illidan)!  I am FINALLY PREPARED!

I'll be playing Demon Hunter when the next expansion comes out. I think it would be cool to have Illidan be integrated in the class order hall as he is easily one of the biggest characters in WoW.

However, I finally got around to leveling up a Guardian Druid, and I'm REALLY tempted to change it up after 10 years as a Paladin. Shame we won't be seeing her outside of WoD

Now, for my prefered NPC to see in the class hall, I'd really love to see Korialstrasz. He's an interesting character, and I don't know if he is in new Dalaran currently, but he should be more tied to the mages, and given a more prominent spot as a representative of Alexstrasza. For my bonus answers, I bring up two mages that have lost their relevancy since the Cataclysm: Theocritus of the Tower of Azora, and Morganth of Redridge. Theocritus (also the name of the creator of Greek Bucolic poetry in the 3rd century BC) is an eccentric mage with perhaps a greater than is appropriate interest in gnomes, and a deep hatred for Morganth. There used to be a kill quest given by Theocritus for Morganth, but with this gone from the game, maybe one of both of these mages can show up arguing with each other in the Mage Class hall as some comedic relief.

Resto Shaman: giving your life (and of the all raid) back by the force of the spirits (and so powerfull totens) since 2004 - The mana used for this will be discounted raidly in your repair and in your patience, in any case of disliking the product put the fault on hunters or other healers. But speaking serious, I play resto shaman since the early pandaria and is the most fun healer that I play, the "Lay on Hands" with your Healing Surge and the Totens that call back from the grave all raid members are the most wonderful things

My main class in legion is going to be a warlock, simply because it is the class that I have the most fun with and I love to play all three of the specs. I would like to see something to do with Gul'dan since he is the most warlock npc in my opinion in the class order hall.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
