Hunter for me as it has been my main since TBC. I'm really excited for class hall for hunters and also I'm interested in trying the other specs as well this expansion. Who wouldn't like sending a few pets against the Legion?. My favourite hunter NPC? Now that is difficult. I know it's quite impossible but I'd like to see Sylvanas in the class hall

I have played prot paladin since wotlk and I plan to do the same so in legion.

I would want Sunwalker Dezco as class Npc because he's one of the strongest characters in Warcraft lore. he suffered so much but he didn't lose his faith to light.

I am not 100% decided yet, but will likely start off with the old reliable Death Knight that I have leveled first every expansion since WotLK.

I have always liked Falric from Halls of Reflection. He had some good quotes and the voice acting delivered them very well.

"Men, women, and children... None were spared the master's wrath. Your death will be no different."

Also, "Dis pear..., so delicious..."

My main for Legion is going to be Arcane Mage, i saw his new Artifact spell and its really unique, its the mark from Highmaul's last boss. I can't wait to throw my garrison away and play some high quality WoW. I can't wait to see the new Emerald Nightmare raid, i've been waiting for it for so long

My main since Vanilla has been holy Paladin. I have always loved the feel of the Paladin class and just the whole idea behind them being brave holy crusaders has always been very attractive to me. I am loyal to the class and it will remain my main in Legion as it always has through nerfs and buffs alike.

It is hard to pick a favorite NPC but I guess I have to say Tirion Fordring coz ashbringer is just too cool to not pick him.... Although Uther is pretty awesome too... Its too hard to choose!!!

She is from BC my fave xpack and where wow was at its peak in my opinion but i still miss vanilla expect for the only having two specs.

Even though i'm planning on playing the Shaman, i will consider of a few classes like Demon Hunter, Fury Warrior and Guardian Druid. As a Shaman there is no one else you should pick as favorit class NPC than Green Jesus himself, the one and only Thrall, but i still have a few other favorites, like Varian Wrynn :'( and Illidan. Best of luck to everyone entering the giveaway and hope i'll see you in Beta or at the Launch

I'll be playing a Warrior as main, as I love the fantasy aspect of a ruthless orcish warrior.

As the Npc I would love if Grommash came to Azeroth to help fend the invasion as I find he is one of the most iconic warriors in the lore

I have made a switch from Warrior, to Mage. i like the ranged playstyle alot better and its just a really comfortable class, my favored NPC lore wise is Khadgar, he is really going for the new guardian thing. (as long as they keep me'dan far away lol) i think he has alot of potential and i really cant wait to see what story revolves around him in Legion. about the mage class it self, ive looked into it and for now i think fire is going to be the spec imma start with. i would love to play it now if it werent so RNG

My main class in Legion will be an Arms Warrior. I'd like to see Grom Hellscream in our Class Hall, as he aided us in the fight with Archimonde inside of Hellfire Citadel.

I've mained a Warlock for the past decade, and I don't see that changing anytime soon, so for Legion my main will be Warlock.

As for who I'd like to see in my Class Order Hall. This will be controversial, but I'd like to see the spirits Gul'dan or Ner'zhul. They were the first Orc Warlocks and they have quite a huge significance in Lore.

Of course, there's also Wilfred Fizzlebang, or at least his spirit. Zevrost, the Orc Warlock Trainer, he's been training new locks for almost 12 years now.

I switch my Mainclass from Shaman 2 Demonhunter, cause this is fuckin awesome. Illidan is the coolest guy in the whole World of Warcraft.

My main right now is a priest, and more than likely will be my main in Legion just because she is my favorite character. Though I'm excited about trying the new Demon Hunter class. Depending on how much I like the demon hunters my main might change. But for the most part I think my priest is going to be my forever main, haha. Oh god, WoW gives me a lot of nostalgic feelings, I've been playing since I was really young, back when Vanilla was the only thing out. I remember installing it and watching the Vanilla Cinematic trailer and falling absolutely in love with the Night Elf Druid. I don't think she has an official name, just simply a NE druid. And I would love to see her in the order hall. Other than her, I really love Sylvanas. I love her backstory and I find it so empowering.

It will be a Night Elf, as they are harder to hit, and I absolutely love their lore. Thanks for the giveaway, and good luck to everyone. -Nappyweave

I'll be maining a  Balance Druid this expansion. It's the greatest class with the most versatility. I'm  also the backup tank if the main ones can't make raid.

My favorite NPC is Arthas. His story is amazing, from the beginning wanting to do the right thing to save his people, the corruption that turns him into the lich king. to his downfall and death. that story was what brought me into WoW.

I will be playing a Shadow Priest as it is my main spec since the early days of Vanilla. WoD was the first time I quit maining my Priest but the changes in Legion look amazing so far so I'd really really like a chance to try them out. Also, I'm totally diggin' the lore about Old Gods and the Void. As for NPCs, Natalie Seline for life.

I've raided as one since MoP and i have loved it.I enjoy dotting things up and watching bosses and mobs slowly die from the damage that i do. Destro is fun in itself because of fire and the big crits. If i had to pick an npc in my class hall. I would like to see a column in the middle of the class hall where you can put the new Guldans skull. You can see it only after killing Guldan in the suramar raid. But it would be amazing to see the immense power continuously pour out of the skull as it sits on the column. It's complicated but i think it would be an amazing addition to the warlock class hall.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
