I like what Blizzard is doing with the different specs and will soon have 2 lvl 100s one on horde and one on alliance. The person I would like to see in my class hall would be Jarod Shadowsong. He was a natural born leader even if he didnt want to be and the War of the Ancients would have been lost if not for him.

My favorite NPC is of course Tirion Fordring, i hope he'll fight with honor in Légion.

I have been playing warrior since vanila, and I would not stop playing it until I become the new Varian Wrynn, king of Stormwind and leader of the alliance. And I will do it in LEGION!!!

Always enhancement shaman for me . I think it would be cool if they included elemental lords in the shaman class halls. Even the greater elementals from the Throne of Elements in Nagrand would be cool.

I will be playing Demonology Warlock in Legion, I'm very happy with the changes I've seen so far for Demonology Warlock. It's had a major rework done, so I'm very eager to try it for myself. The one NPC I'd really like to see in our class order hall is Jubeka Shadowbreaker, she helped me banish Kanrethad of the Black Harvest, a major character of the infamous Shadow Council, and steal his power for my own, infusing the Warlock Fire Spells with fel energy, turning them green. Lorewise she seems pretty cool, and I can't think of many other "good" warlocks.

I will be playing warlock as my main for sure. Also, my favorite NPC is Kel'Thuzad. "Your curiosity will be the death of you." Sends chills down my spine everytime

I´ll play my Druid. One time Healer, one time Tanks. It´s a versatile class.

I would like to have Arthas here. It was my favourite NPC in Warcraft 3.

Most likely gonna stick with Warlock like all the other expansions, even though mage and shadow priest looks quite tempting. Would also love to see someone like Kanrethad Ebonlocke in my order halk

I'm definitely gonna be starting out as Warrior, been bouncing between that and Pally for a long time, but I always start as Warrior. As for my favorite NPC, or who I'd like to see in my Class Hall. Especially with the Legion theme.

I have been maining a pally since BC. I am excited to start healing again as I went Ret for Cata-Wod. I have a particular way I'd like to try out healing with the pally that seems to be a bit different than what most are using. My favorite pally has to be Uther the Lightbringer cause

I had a Paladin main for about 6 years and its by far my favorite class so I will have to level it up for the Lore.  Even though I played Horde for just about my entire WoW career, Uther the Lightbringer is by far my favorite paladin.  Probably stemming from Warcraft 1 - 3. Illidan has always been one of my favorite characters.  During the burning crusade, I would have loved to been able to side with him.

I'm going to main a paladin in Legion. I've always been a sucker for that just, righteous feeling of paladins - ever since I started playing wow back in Vanilla. My favorite class NPC is probably Lord Maxwell Tyrosus. I like that he's that sort of rugged, experienced knight of the light, so I'd love to see him standing with me against The Burning Legion in my order hall

ATM I'm stuck between a demon hunter or staying on my druid as a main (I've been on the druid for 12 years). For the druids class hall I'd most love to see Hammul Runetotem there. I think there's a lot more lore left for that guy and he isn't around a lot. We dont have as many horde druid lore guys as we should. For demon hunter I'm not sure who'd I'd like to see most.probably the guy from the Illidan book that recently came out.

As a player who played since vanilla and went into BC hoping to get some juicy demon hunter action now I can finally live out those dreams. I'm not sure what it is about the demon hunter that is so awesome to me as I typically prefer 2h weapons.  To me glaives might as well be because they're so awesome in their own right. That plus the sick tatoos, horns, and blindfolds. My favorite character would have to be The Lich King he's just so cool and I loved how he sat atop the frozen throne at the top of Icecrown Citadel. One of my favorite raids as well as expansions. The Lich King may not have been as large as Deathwing but he sure felt like the more terrifying foe to me

I will play protection warrior when the Legion come, I was a female raid leader, It is cool when I was playing warrior in my team. the NPC I wish to see is Sir Anduin Lothar. He was  a hero in my heart, ever though he was died for glory.  From the BETA information, the protection warrior has changed much, I'd like to know more about it .

I'm particularly excited for the Vengeance Demon Hunter. I think a spirit or shade of Akama being in the Order Hall in some capacity would be interesting, but If I had a choice on any one hero too have at my side? I would absolutely love too have Valla from Diablo 3/Heroes of the Storm

I've mained a Shaman since my earliest days of WoW, and that's not gonna change in Legion. If I had to pick one favorite, I'd have to go with Nabundo. He sacrificed himself by staying behind to fight at Shattrath when the Orcs invaded and lost EVERYTHING. His home destroyed, his people slaughtered, his body deformed, even the light abandoned him, and yet he still found the strength to continue. Even when his own people shunned him, he still wanted to help them by teaching them the ways of the elements. No matter what was thrown at him he always got back up, and I hope he gets some more love come Legion

I am going to have to stick with my BM hunter. I am an animal lover so I have to have my pets. My favorite NPC is Alexstrasza and I would want her in my order hall over anyone else any day. Girls have to stick together and tear the new world up

I have mained a druid since the end of TBC, and will probably continue to do so. Played every class at max level, i like the druid most due to it's utility. Will definitely try Demon Hunter though. Favourite NPS has to be Fandral Staghelm, due to his staff.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
