I want to use my dk as the main, especially frost dk. The reason im choosing this spec is that breath of sindragosa will be able to maintained for a much longer period due to the rune and r. regen will be more efficient as frost. This extended breath will feel much more rewarding comparing to the use of breath now as an unholy dk. Also, by reading the patch notes, I feel that frost will have a good survivability in legion due to the shielding from auto attacks and 20 percent dmg reduction from wraithwalk. Lastly, i feel that the animation of afking as frost really bring out the theme of frost dk and i love it. I would like to see Tirion Fordring as the dk npc in ebon hold, since he will be dead and I think the dks owe him a favor in terms of the lore anyways. It will be such a sarcastic yet ambitious move by blizzard too

My main character in Legion will as always be my healer priest. I spent several years / expansions playing as discipline and for WoD switched to Holy and have loved it. need I say more?

I will be maining tank. What ever class my guild needs me to take on, as long as it is tank.

THerefor i would really love to give the classes a shot beforehand, so i may get the feeling of the different specs, both for myself and my guild co-tank

My main will probably be my Paladin, since getting Ashbringer has been a dream of mine since Vanilla. A Demon Hunter, just cause Illidan, you know?

It is my current main and the very first dps class I absolutely fell in love with upon trying it for the first time. An all-time favourite hunter will of course have to be Alleria Windrunner. I can hardly wait for Legion and all the related lore. Alleria is a favourite, but I must say I am partial to all the sisters ^^ they are all three absolutely amazing and it would be really nice, albeit hardly possible, to see them all fighting side by side. My "main alt" will be my druid, which I have been playing as a main since wrath and which got sadly neglected in WoD because of my newly found love for hunters. I still love my druid and I want to make it justice. If I was to chose a "famous druid" for my Class hall, Alamo would defnitely be the first choice How did Blizzard not think of that yet?. Joke aside, I always had a thing for Leyara. I wish there was some sort of redemption for her somehow

I started playing World of Warcraft as this class and i will stick with it to the end tho. Also i like tanking the most out of all roles. I would love to see Highlord Tirion Fordring himself in my class order hall.

I always wanted to try out Demon Hunters. Just love the way they gonna play in Legion. The mobility is amazing. I'm gonna main a Havoc Demon Hunter. Love them !!!

I also love Illidan. My favourite NPC. Glad he's back and my future toon will be as awsome as he is.

Appears to be a very smooth tanking playstyle and I like tanking so wouldn't mind testing it out.  Class hero honestly the only one I know of is Illidan so I suppose him maybe

i'm going to play Protection Paladin as main because of it's toughness and it's lightened spells.

My favourite paladin is Tirion Fordring.

Let the light be with you!

Hello,my main will not change, it's still gonna be my DK. I'm interested alot in the demon hunter though so I may play alot of that too.As for my favourite class npc, it's gotta be the Lich King, he brought me into WoW from Warcraft 3 and still remains my favourite character in the game to this day. I would love if we would get Icecrown as our order hall instead of Acherus which we kinda already have and for the Lich King to be like Odyn for warriors. That's not going to happen though, but I would love if that would have been the reality

I've always liked to heal in pvp or pve and the changes of priest class in legion sound very exciting. My favourite priest npc is Anduin Wrynn. I like how his character has been developed over the years.

I will be playing a hunter as my main character at Legion, as it's always been my favourite class and I'm really eager to try the new melee spec. I'd love to see Alleria Windrunner in the class' headquarters. To me, night elves are the best representative of the hunter class in the Alliance, plus there's always been a mystery around her, no one has seen her for ages so it'd be a good surprise to see her reappear and learn more about her

I will be playing my Hunter in Legion as I made it my main throughout WoD. I just love my spirit beast Loque'nahak and all the other spirit beasts. My favorite NPC has to be Hemet Nesingwary as I love the quest chains he gives

My main class in Legion will be a resto druid, because its my main since cata and really looking forwrd to see how it works in Legion. The updated balance druid model is great, and i'm fallen in love to The Dreamgrove.  I really want to know everything about druidism. Can't wait to see it, please Icy Veins, let me in to the Beta.

The only class i've ever played seriously on is my priest and its also one of my first wow characters. I guess the NPC i would like to see visiting my order hall would be Anduin. Maybe we could play hearthstone in my order hall or something

I will roll a Ret Paladin in Legion, as I have done since TBC. When it comes to favourite class NPC, now that's a hard one. So i'm gonna have to go with former Paladin Alexandros Mograine

I think my main in Legion would problably be a fire or frost mage. I really like how they're right now on the beta and I love both Felo'Melor and Ebonchill looks. The one NPC I'd like to see on the Class Order is Cho'Gall (but I know it's not gonna happen). I think it would be fun to see him going against his masterss and helping us fighting the Legion

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
