I have an alt for every tanking spec and every healing spec in the game.So of course I am going to roll a Vengance Demon Hunter to add to my collection.  Now that the confession is out of the way, my main is likely to be my Guardian Druid. As for a new class NPC, how about "Morthis Whisperwing" who used to give the now removed "Swift Flight Form" quest chain.Best thing about being a druid tank is not giving a darn how you look as a bear and having that battle rez.

Thrall of course is my favorite NPC but i am hoping that we need so much help defending against the legion that we have a shaman seek out a previously unknown dark shaman clam to help us. Showing that we are so outmatched that we even consider using forbidden arts

I personally cant wait to play a Demon Hunter, ill be rocking vengeance and havoc no doubt a lot of hours making both specs equally geared. As for NPC's, Illidan has always been what i saw as a total Dark Knight in the warcraft universe, and since helping the legion ain't his cup of tea, i would love to see Illidan show up at some point in the expansion in the Demon Hunter's Class Hall. Maybe he escapes Gul'Dan and legion influence to finalize his pupils training. I don't know how it would spin, but to be able to have Illidan say the line to his Demon Hunters "You are prepared" would be pretty rocking

My main class is going to be Demon Hunter. I've been playing Balance Druid and Rogue since late tbc, but now I feel the need to change as both classes are no longer as fun as they used to be (at least to me).

I've chosen Demon Hunter because I love rogues and the class looks like it is a cooler version of them (dual wielding warglaives :Q_). I hope there will be some kind of class quest involving Illidan, my favourite character. *-*

Played a Priest since the bad old days, I will continue to do so into Legion.

I want to see Shadowpriest Allister so he can sign my copy of Holy Bologna: What the Light Won't Tell You.

My main class in Legion will be Demon Hunter or Paladin.I'm really interested on watching the Paladin Class Hall quests, and what's gonna happen with Tirion along the expansion. Also, I haven't played Paladin since WotLK and their new set and artifact weapons for Legion seem really nice.As a Demon Hunter, I love how the battle system for their abilities seem. Their movement (the Double Jump and the Dashes) seems really funny to play, so I'm going to give'em a try. And also, being part of the Illidari is lovely

I love the idea of summoning demons and the rework seems like such a rekindling  of a spec that went into obscurity by the end of WoD.

I would be maining a bm hunter. Nothing screams hunter more than shooting something with a bunch of pets savagely eating your foe.

Now for my favorite hunter class npc: I have 3 choices. If that's alright with mods.

1) Hemet nesingwary: Hunting is a sport. And no one does it better than him.

2) The dark lady slyvannis: Yes. Just. yes. Pls put her in our hunter stronghold. PLS!

3) Nathanos Blightcaller/marris. The first and only human ranger lord.

I love this class and with the new moonkin look could be most nice to play (I love the present form too). I hope get a Beta to give a deeper analisys in this expansion and to be ready to play hard in the begining of Legion

which spec? Survival of course, I've always wanted to try the Melee Hunter from the old expansions. They also look really solid and nice so far and I'd like Nathanos Marris AKA Nathanos Blightcaller in the class halls as he was the first Human Hunter AND Undead Hunter

I picked Shaman as my main in legion I've played it since I started playing the game and no legion invasion shall change that. As for my favorite class NPC that would have to be Farseer Nobundo the broken shaman trainer in The Exodar he was the first epic shaman I saw when I rolled my very first Draenei Shaman and his story really resonated with me having lost his ability to contact the light he heard the whispers of an air elemental thus he heeded the call of the elements, I hope to see Nobundo in legion and I especially hope to see him in the Shaman class hall

Hello Icy-Veins. My name is Kilthemall and I have been playing Warlock since the game has been out. Something about increasing my power to take control over more demons just makes my soul shards itch. Then the day came I could become a demon myself. Fighting side by side as a demon, with my demons. I would be the one to overtake Gul'dan's title as the best warlock. But now. I am being stripped of my demonic form. There is hope. My favorite character Illidan is looking for new recruits to train. Illidan. the betrayed. the one who as a young boy I feared and envied working hard to get ever so closer to taking him down. Though. I did feel for him and his story. He isn't a bad guy. misunderstood. Now that I can train under Illidan you can bet your corehound that I am going to be standing with my Warglaives at the ready to learn my new found demonic powers. I WILL BE THE DEMONHUNTER.

Of course i'm staying with my Hunter, but i'm not completely sure which specc i will play, 'cause they all look pretty awesome to play.

I would like to see Nesingway in my Class Order Hall because he's the typical Hunter for me and he always had fun and awesome Questlines.

I am going to stick with the fire mage, it was always the specc that made the most fun and the changes of Legion are amazing :0. So i would like to play my fire mage, while having Lord Victor Nefarius in my Class Order Hall as an fire mage, that would be awesome

My class in Legion will probably be Mage. always loved being able to cast spells and send pyroblast in enemys faces. Hopefully this time fire mages will return to be competitive even in single target. My favourit class NPC is Jaina, before and after her "madness". i'd like to see her character development more in Legion or in the next expansion

Now for which character I'd like in my order hall I'd have to say Turalyon. I remember not knowing the guy and then TBC hit and Arator was in Honor Hold and I looked him up based on his conversation with the barkeep. So while there has been hints of him in Legion I'd love to have him in the paladin order hall

Im definitely going to continue playing my Enhancement Shaman like i do since Cata. I mean c'mon you get to fight with the Doomhammer. As a Horde Shaman my favorite NPC is of course Thrall and i hope he will take the roll as a teacher in the artifact questline.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
